Oh wow, such a nice restaurant! I always have a pleasant experience when I am here! Here's why I recommend Arisu.
1. Food is so delicious and fresh! Meat is always tender, soups taste delicious and everything else is a must!
2. Haven't tried the barbecue but I'm sure it's lovely. One of the most popular choice here.
3. There's something so comforting about the decòr. It isn't fancy or anything, just perfect and cosy!
ps: I always eat the kimchi here, it's just too good!
T. C.
Incredible food and place. Strongly recommend to go for a BBQ set to try out the different meats. Each meat is an experience, and I did not expect how tasty each of those would be. Truly amazing.
Staff is super friendly and reactive. Great experience overall

Great Korean restaurant with a friendly staff.
We really enjoyed our meals but we're a bit disappointed by the size of the portions.
The staff was very friendly, although we ordered a Korean beer and got an Asahi beer because they were out of Korean beers that evening 🍺
The restaurant was well located after our movie night at the cineworld close by.

My favourite korean restaurant in Dublin!! I honestly took all of my friends here because the food is soooo nice and the staffs were always very kind and friendly. Taste very authentic and the music are from my favourite series :) Last time I tried Jjampong which I saw the guys in "It's okay to not be okay" had and it was very very nice! Hot soup with seafood and very soft and slightly chewy noodles. So yummy! Totally recommend everyone to visit if you feel like korean food!!

This restaurant is the best Korean restaurant in the the city. I've went there many times with family and friends and I've always been amazed at how their Korean BBQ is good. The meat is always amazing and the atmosphere in the restaurant is warm and nice. The staff as well is really helpful and friendly and always there if you have any question. If you are craving for a Korean BBQ, Arisu is the place to go to.

While I were staying at Ireland for 5 days, I visited here twice. Absolutely perfect restaurant. K-bbq is scrumptious and the other food also is tasty😍
L. T.
Portion size is huge. Side dishes were pretty mediocre compared to all other Korean restaurants I've been to. Will have to give it another shot with different items on the menu as I've heard many good things about this place.
J. K. M.
Great spot for Korean BBQ. The prices are reasonable and the portion sizes are massive too, in my opinion. I love the vibe of the place and the staff are very friendly too. The beef bulgogi is a must try!

I strongly recommend Arisu! I have now visited 4+ times (as I love it so much) and have tried various dishes including the Korean BBQ where you cook yourself at your table - DELICIOUS! In addition, the service is wonderful, the staff are so kind and friendly, the restaurant itself is also really interestingly decorated with lots of Korean historical decor. An absolute must in Dublin 10/10

Amazing very authentic Korean food. Service was undoubtedly the exact same as if you were to eat in a Korean place in South Korea. You don't have to worry about cooking anything like the other Chinese owned Korean restaurants around Dublin.
The menu was accompanied with detailed descriptions making it easy to understand without having to look up every type of food if you don't know much about Korean food.
Food was very tasty, everything was cooked to par even when the restaurant was full. Service was also speedy giving an overall amazing experience.
K.
I came here yesterday for the first time, and me and my date had such a lovely experience. Food is great and big portions, so come hungry!
However I want to give it 4 and a half stars instead of 5 because I noticed on the bill that I was charged an extra €5 for two Cokes that we never ordered. We only ordered two still waters with our food... Be careful before leaving the restaurant. Look at your receipt first! :)
J. L.
Had a really tasty Korean bbq, cooked right in front of me! The girls of the staff were really helpful explaining the menu and giving recommendations! Also, congratulations to the sushi chef! The roll was amazing!

This is a really nice wee place for Korean nosh on a night out. It's nothing too fancy, but that is also its charm. Delicious food, decent service, and surrounded by some great Dublin pubs. Arisu is just the sort of joint you can visit again and again without getting bored. Dublin definitely needs more spots like this. Love it.

Amazing food healthy tasty and spicy…
Big menu I think I will visit again and try other options…
Nice service 👌
Do carry your vaxx certificate to dine in 😊 **************
Only suggestion would be light music 🎶 - as I was getting louder as wine goes in lol hope other customers didn’t mind me 😉

Yes prices you see on here is before Covid. Do check latest menu - but you will not be disappointed everyone else on Capel st did the same

Korean restaurant in the city center of Dublin, food is plenty some and tastes very well. The experience is 90% authentic in my view with some minor differences to Korea. The place has smoke screens on every place which is a big plus. The tables are a bit close to each other, also, insulation could be better as could be the restrooms. Staff is very friendly however. I would come again to this restaurant.
Z. O.
Love it! Had an authentic Korean dish experience here and food was delish! They will guide and recommend a dish to your liking and you wont feel rushed at all like with other restaurants. We had the pork ribs and spicy beef grilled right in our table, and that even my daughter's fussy eater friend had loads to eat! Highly recommended!
J. L.
Although it cannot compare with what we have in Asia, it’s good enough for Ireland.
Friendly staffs. Good meat.
N. T.
They managed to fit us (5 people) as walk ins during peak dinner time, and the staff were all very nice! Ordered a japchae for myself and it was delicious, and the meat on top was a generous serving. I would say it was a little.. watery (rather than oily, which is what I usually expect from japchae) but the flavour was all there and perfect. Maybe could use a bit more vegetables though.

Absolute gem 💎 I loved my visit to this restaurant. The food came fast and was do delicious. The portions were filling and satisfying. Reasonable pricing on the menu. I would 100% recommend to give them a visit, you may see me there because I'm definitely coming back!
A. M.
If you love Korean food then you must come here. If you haven't been here then I highly recommend visiting. Everything that we've ordered here is just so good. The service is very good and staff are very friendly. The operate a push button service when ordering and it is very efficient. I recommend ordering the Bibim bap and BBQ beef.
K. V.
My daughter treated me to a meal here tonight. My first foray into Korean Bbq and Korean food in general.
We went for set menu A and it did not disappoint in the least.
Had fried dumplings and spring rolls too and a bottle of Soju.
Absolutely delicious.
We will be back again soon.
S. C.
We really enjoyed the Korean BBQ experience here. The staff were friendly, fast and professional. Food was excellent. I recommend the spicy beef on the BBQ, spicy but manageable if you like spicy. Cant wait for the next visit.
C. K. S.
Best and cheapest kbbq I've ever been to. Amazing food as always ♥️😋
R. ..
This place is good for Bbq, if you fancy cooking your meat at center of the table. It's great activity to do with friends, I think. That's the speciality. Staff is friendly. Portion sizes are big, like huge.
Í. S.
It was my first time at a Korean BBQ and I really enjoyed it. Food was very tasty and the experience of having the food cooked at your table is quite nice. The staff was very polite but some of the staff couldn't understand us very well when we asked questions about the food because of a language barrier. Don't forget to try the Bulgogi, it's really tasty.
H. M. S. (.
Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, amazing range of Korean dishes...and the Korean BBQ was really yummy and worth the money!

Number one place for Korean food in Dublin in my opinion.
It is quite rare to see the places getting better over time but Arisu is definitely on of them!
Great food and service, portion got even bigger over the last year or two! Very tasty food and always a pleasure to come back.
L. B.
If you love korean food, good place to come to. Cozy place and you and your friends can cook your own food too if you like to. Good bonding for friends and family alike..
B. I.
Amazing all around!!!
Very nice staff and reasonable prices.
Food was tasty and wine and beer was as well.
Party of 5 ordered set A and B as well as spring rolls and fried dumplings.
Would recommend coming to this place out of any in the neighborhood.
It is byod optional, we had 3 bottles of wine for a party of 5, where 4 were drinking.
Would whole heartedly recommend the pork (one they marinate and cut with scissors)
Bulgogi beef was spicy but amazing as well.
If you are visiting Dublin, I would personally recommend this restaurant!
S.
Wow! Super authentic, delicious and very reasonably priced. Great food, clean and well organised. As someone who doesn't really eat spicy food, I was really happy with the kimchi which was nice and mild. Definitely would go again
M. O.
This is an amazing Korean restaurant. It's our favourite restaurant in Dublin. The food is delicious. They have a lot of dishes to choose from such as bibimbap, different choices of dup bap and many more. They also have a good choice in sushi which is delicious. There is also an option of barbecue (bulgogi beef, spicy beef, pork ribs, prawns etc.), which is prepared in front of you on your table. You also get free starters such as small bowl of miso soup, and two bowls with salads (kimchi and seaweed salad). The prices are really good (from around 9 to 15 €) and the dishes are big. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
I can't even recommend a particular dish because they are all delicious.
S. J.
On that day staff looked not happy to service. I called them many times for orders but they don't look at me. Maybe we are sitting outside and For food not too bad I like a dragon roll and soup nice flavor.
J. A. Y.
Best place in Dublin for Korean BBQ. They assist you with setting up the equipment, cutting the meat.. Only left is to put the delicious food into your mouth..

My husband and I visited Dublin for our 10 year wedding anniversary and we love Korean BBQ!! It is really hard to find good Korean BBQ in other countries. I was so pleasantly surprised by how good this place was. Steven our waiter, who is new and has only been there for a week was amazing. He was friendly and kind and very attentive to our needs!! The owner of the restaurant came to our table several times and she was so warm and welcoming and everything an owner of a restaurant should be!! If you read this thank you for your amazing hospitality!! The BULGOGI was amaaaaazing!! We had a set dinner so we got to try several different meats but the Bulgogi was the BEST by far. It was sooo flavorful and delicious. If you are reading this comment and debating if you should check out this restaurant I am sure you will not only be pleased and satisfied with the bulgogi but the with the service too! Thank you Steven for being a great waiter. Thank you to the wonderfully kind owner of this wonderful restaurant!! I highly recommend this place!!!
S. H.
Really great place. Was looking for Tteok Bokki in Dublin for AGES and this did not disappoint. Staff were all very friendly too.
J. P. N.
Still the best on terms of service. They will cook the barbeqie for you which in a way gives you more time to eat and less time cooking.
C. B.
Wonderful spicy food, generous portions, very good flavours and very fair priced for Dublin. Thoroughly enjoyed it! Definitely would recommend it!!
P. R.
Friendly staff and good prices. I had California roll sushi and seafood rabboki. The seafood was excellent but the noodles were the instant kind from a packet. My partners rice was a little undercooked. The sushi was average but fair enough for the price. Interesting experience, definitely worth checking out!
S. A.
A very good experience to eat in this restaurant. Taste soooooo good and you will get and taste real Korean food.will definitely come back again and recommend to my friends.
A. M.
Great place for a fun date or just a different dinner experience , food cooked on the table infront of you and the staff couldn't be nicer. Great value 100% recommend
J. F.
Great food, amazing meats so tender and delicately spiced, great fun barbecuing at the table. Will definitely be there again
L. M.
Myself and my daughter were here recently, staff are friendly, service is very good and efficient, and the food they are delicious and big in portions.
J. A.
Super friendly and helpful staff, it was my first time eating in a Korean BBQ restaurant and the waitresses were so nice to help me cook my meats and they also informed me how to eat what. I ordered set list B which is basically a three course meat feast for two at €38.00 but that doesn't include rice or noodles but only a few patches of lettuce.I had to buy a cup rice at €1.50 and a plate of plain noodles for €8.90.
Overall it was a great evening and the food was really tasty and well-presented. I would've given them five stars but the mishap with the booking a table before hand was made unclear and we had a minor inconvenience with seating. We were switched over to better seating very shortly though.
D. S.
I lived in South Korea a while back so was taken on a nostalgic ride with the bbq. We had spicy beef and lamb and they were both delicious. They give you quite a few side dishes like Kim chicken and some other cabbage dish I can't recall the name of. All in all if was close enough to the real deal and the service was pretty attentive considering it was a bit busy when we got there and she had to help people sort the burners on their tables. My friends were really keen on the plum wine as well.
J. R.
BIBIMBAP! amazing dumplings, excellent staff. Have the bulgogi BIBIMBAP, you won't be disappointed!
e. v.
Favourite Korean restaurant in town. Always very friendly staff, excellent service and mostly the food is always perfect. Their bibimbap is a must try. They always serve kimchi and seaweed salad when you order your food accompanied with water. Couldn't recommend this place more.
J. T.
Went here for the lunch all-you-can-eat BBQ and was impressed with what you got for €21. There's a good selection of around 6 meats which were all tasty as well as 17 different sushi to choose from.
The sushi were a bit dry as they were on the side rather than prepared to order but they still tasted good. Also this price doesn't include rice/lettuce so it's worth ordering a couple of those to accompany the meat.
And don't forget to pace yourselves with the amount of meat you are cooking.
A. M.
Second time visiting and will definitely come back many more times! Food is very tasty and the portion is generous.
I love the Bulgogi Dup-Bap or Beef Japchae. So flavorful yet not greasy or too oily. My husband always goes for the Spicy Chicken Dup-Bap. It’s very spicy in my opinion so I can never go for that to eat as a meal. Their miso soup and side dishes that come with the meals are really nice too. Highly recommend it!!!
P. B.
My companion loved the chicken teriyaki. The shimsu and meso soup were tasty. My prawn mains was bland. A highlight was a new member of staff going off to fetch the dessert menu for us. 1 minute later the head waiter informed us there was no desserts on any of their menus. It was handled really well and with humour.
R. S. (.
The foods are superb 👌 and the male host during the night was fantastic! We enjoyed our dinner most specially 😋
K. G.
My favorite place in Dublin.
l. A.
Great service, great meal
E. H. B.
Wonderful food, great service. They were quick to serve us, and the food tasted amazing. Nice big portions and good value.
G. G.
One of my favourite spot in Dublin, is always very busy, for a good reason and it is worth to go, one of the few places that does TteokBokki!
L.
One of my favourite Asian restaurants in Dublin. Always absolutely delicious
A. C.
Had a fabulous meal here on Sat, highly recommend it, not overly priced either🍽🍷🥂
M. M.
The best Korean food I've ever eaten.
N. B.
This is definitely my favourite Korean restaurant..love it!!! The dolsot bibimbap is divine! Had the Korean pancakes and steamed dumplings as well today..all amazing! 😊
D. A.
Great place for anyone craving korean food and sushi. Had the barbecue and midnight sushi. I have to admit, I love sushi but their portion is too big for me to the point that I ddnt enjoy it by the end of the meal. I will order something else and sushi as a side dish to share next time.
s. t.
The food was delicious and if you're looking for a spicy food they do it for you ...miso soup ,spicy chicken dup bap & Korean meal box A was really nice and the portion size is good 🙂
S. L.
Dirt cheap however I don't agree with this restaurant being one of the best Korean restaurants in the city.
They wouldn't serve me hot tea at 10pm and couldn't even give me hot water. I guess their machine was broken.
F. F.
Great Korean food, go for the BBQ
C. P.
Great bibimbap. Nice touch with the complimentary miso, kimchi and seaweed.
Very tasty and good value at €11 for a big portion of bibimbap. They do have BYOB which I wasn’t aware in advance.
C. H.
Welcoming staff, excellent service, delicious food. 10/10 would recommend.
P. J. R.
Best Korean BBQ in the city, not so wild about the sushi selection.
R. M. G.
Incredible food, great set up for a group outing. Great food for decent prices
M. P.
Honestly, it's the best Korean place in Dublin. I've been to others but the food at Arisu is just so fresh and authentic. The staff are very friendly and there is a wide variety of food that you can get. I've never been disappointed. The atmosphere is always warm and inviting.
N. N.
Great service! The waiters are friendly, professional and move around quick!
Food was excellent and generous.
R. A. R.
This is the best Korean resto in Dublin! If you are looking for a yummy korean bbq, this is the place to be. I like that they have extra sides (kimchi, seaweed, and miso soup) which is part of the meal and no extra fee. The bbq is so tasty and also it’s very affordable and good to share with a friend. At lunchtime, they have reduced prices for some meals and they have meal box for 10 euro and less. The service is fast and they always help you to turn the meat and will tell you if it’s ready to eat. The staffs are friendly and accomodating too!
J.
Wonderful experience - friendly staff, great food! Will definitely come back!
M. V.
Really tasty food, lots of options. The staff were friendly
B. S.
Korean barbecue is very good but you come out smelling like that great food you had 😀
A. D.
Nice food
S. B.
Real Korean experience. Friendly staff. Tasty food. Nice atmosphere. Will be back
A. D.
The food is absolutely amazing. The staff are very friendly and it's a lovely cosy place to eat. I highly recommend it especially the chicken teriyaki and beef bulgogi😁
S. T. L.
The place is not the fanciest but the food is so good. We tried the bbq and we were pretty impressed.
R. P.
Excellent Korean BBQ fare, with generous servings of meat and great cuts, cooked for you at your table. Outstrips many more expensive restaurants in London for quality.
N. H.
Food is great, great large portion for a great price. Complimentary kimchi and seaweed is included also. Highly recommended
B. B.
I think arisu is best korean resturant in dublin, i’ve been someother korean resturant, i think arisu is good price and taste!
a.
great place, nice atmosphere only thing missing is a karaoke bar lol
P. C.
Nice Koreański place. Bulgogi hot pot was excellent. Jajamjoen was good too.
H. Z.
I love this place. The best korean BBQ i've ever got. Will go there again if I am back in Dublin.
T. P.
The buffet doesnt come with veggie so we order set B with extra veggie instead. Delicious
F. B.
Nice Korean food for decent prices. Servers didn't speak English very well so communication was a bit of an issue.
A. V.
Best Korean food I’ve had in Dublin. The staff were very kind and thoughtful as well. You get a ton of variety of food with the meal boxes and it’s definitely a steal for the price. 100% recommended
S. P.
Its a hidden Korean restaurant in the capel street... I tried japchae there for the first time and it was good. Went in many times after this for Korean Bbq and kimbap.
Y. K.
Ordered dolsot bibimbap, the beef was so good. The best bibimbap I tried in Dublin so far 🙂
T. M.
Great on your own or for a date or even family event. Delicious and entertaining food worth trying.
M. M.
Solid Korean Restaurant. Ate the Sushi, very good standard in my opinion.
M. T.
It’s hard to find Authentic Korean BBQ anywhere let alone Dublin but Arisu is just that. The food is authentic and is a great price. They have a wide variety of items on the menu but you can’t go wrong with the BBQ items themselves. You can self cook if you have the knowledge or let the staff do it (probably the safer option). Would recommend anyone looking for the authentic experience
C. G. G.
Very good serving size and reasonable price. California Maki is my favourite order as they are massive with free Miso Soup.
T. C.
Best Korean restaurant in Dublin. Staff is kind but not always great at speaking English. Service super fast and prices fair. No desserts available.
E. S.
Keep going back to this place. Servers are very friendly. I particularly like their barbecue sets and they cook the food in front of you. The taste never changes. Always the same delicious. Also pile their bento. Small busy place. Insulation is not very good so like any other closed-space restaurants, you and your clothes are gonna smell like food when you go out of the restaurant. But worth it all the same.
J. N. (.
Amazing food and friendly staff. Will happily come back next time I’m in Dublin. 감사합니다!
N. M.
Repeat customer, I go for their Korean BBQ at the table. I love their beef bulgogi or spicy beef. Avoid the chicken that is bland, and they don't marinate it with oil so of course it burns when cooking.
W. W.
This is a great spot if you want to get some Korean BBQ. For those of you who are not familiar with it, you buy plates of raw meat and cook it in the middle of your table. It's fun and delicious. There are a couple of these around but this is definately one of my favourites. They are usually busy but if you do have to wait the queues move pretty quickly. the staff are lovely and service is speedy. A great place to take a few friends for BBQ and some beers.
S. F.
Really enjoyed this spot both times that I've been here. The food is very rich and certainly has a more unique and flavoursome taste to your usual Chinese. If you choose the barbeque option, they cook it right in front of you at your table, adds to the experience of it all. They have a bring your own wine service and just charge for the corkage. Very impressed, will dine again.
M. M.
Nice and friendly service, smooth atmosphere and really great food.
Can't wait to get here next time
S. K.
I love this place, and I eat here regularly.
I can't fault it, and the staff are very pleasant too.
T. L.
Cheap and cheerful Korean food with pleasant service.
The €9.90 meal box is great value and very tasty - I can never finish it. The BBQ is lovely too, although dinner would usually be my last social plan for the evening (I tend to smell like BBQ pork after...)
K.
Favourite Korean restaurant in Dublin, reasonably priced and enriched in flavour. My favourite is Meal Box A which comes with noodles, beef, pork and rice which is great. I'd recommend if you like Asian food and don't want to break the bank for great food!
H. S.
Definitely my favorite Korean restaurant in town. I've been there for both the barbecue and the dishes and I was never unhappy, the food is really good and they speak a good English (several Asian restaurant in Dublin people struggle a lit bit). Recommended
J. R.
Favourite korean spot in Dublin (personal opinion).
Usually quite speedy service, their sushi is good, the meat is amazing.
Highly recommend going over weekend during their all you can eat deal.
Can feel a bit pricey but i am not sure if that's just korean prices, I have never regretted paying.
Suggest to book a table in advance if coming with more than 2 people.
N. H.
Very good, traditional korean food, very very tasty. Definitely would go again if ever in Dublin. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that I tried to ask the waitress whether or not the dumplings had milk in them and she had absolutely no idea what I was asking. Probably would be a good idea to teach your staff some English in regards on food intolerances, just for peoples sake. Other than that no complaints!
S. B.
Great savory food, presentation, and value for the price. This is a fun place for dining on a date or with a large group, and of course one can dine independently with confidence. Come in for traditional Korean BBQ cooked right at your table or try their amazing sushi combinations.
Z. L.
Really great food at a reasonable price and very friendly staff.
i.
Amazing staff, food and comfort. It was one if the best restaurants I've dined at. They provide you with more than enough hospitality. The staff seems highly trained and extremely generous. Their service is instant. The BBQ option for meals is amazing, with help from the staff, the meal was delicious. I highly recommend Arisu for any occasion. I will definitely be returning.
N.
Nice Korean BBQ place (something sorely lacking in Dublin) where food is cooked on the table if you choose the BBQ option though standard mains are also available. Service is quite good and the restaurant is usually quite full. My only complaint is that some of the options in the BBQ selection are a little plain and could use some marinade (particularly the chicken and pork belly)
D. J.
I don't remember when was the last time I was that full, service was great as well. Will come back for sure.
M.
Alright, it can be better: please make sure there are plenty of napkins on the table for the guests. Some recipes involve opening prawns with bare hands, so also make sure to also serve lemon wet towels after the meal. Please serve glasses with beer orders. Miso soup should be more substantial. I ordered Pork Ribs but I didn't quite get the ribs, it was more like loin cuts. I have mixed feelings about this place, I mean, it is quite cheap but with a little more attention to details it can get to the next level.
a. g.
Good jjampong and loved the pork belly bbq!
R.
My favourite Korean restaurant to go.
Highly suggest going over weekend when their all you can eat menu is active.
The bulgogi has amazing taste, sides are great too.

Excellent quality, excellent service and best Korean place ever (so far in Dublin)
A. W.
Love the food here. Esp the Korean bbq. The atmosphere can feel a little dark and loud when a lot of people come. Staff are friendly but have limited English. Food is amazing though.
G. G.
It is a pity to give 3 stars as the food was really amazing! However, I have been here on a Saturday evening with a table of 10 people. There was a vegetarian order which turned out to be not vegetarian, they didn’t take it away and we also had to pay for it. The waitresses were not patient at all and not cooperative - they were pretty annoyed with us non remembering the name of the orders! I understand that on a Saturday night it is busy and all but the service was horrible!
J. O.
Lovely Korean place. The kimchi jigae was great, the dumplings authentic and the bibimbap was really delicious. I would say the quality of the meat for the bbq was poor though. It was very fatty and had no flavour or marinade at all. Overall a great place to eat, but I wouldn't order the bbq again. The staff were very sweet and attentive.
F. M.
Not fancy, very basic.... But the food is definitely good. One of the best Korean place where I ever been in Dublin.
We will go back with friends for sure.
Good prices, good food. If you are not looking for elegant place, this is the Korean to go!
F. R.
I visited the Arisu now for 3 times and what I can say is that you receive one of the friendliest services I ever experienced, even when the restaruant is full. They always try to find a table for you. The food itself is amazing and reasonable priced. The portions are normally more than enough and the taste is incredible. Just the BBQ seems a bit overpriced compared to what you get but this could be just my impression.
I can just recommend this restaurant for everybody living in or visiting Dublin. You get full, have a really nice lunch/dinner and get a friendly service.
V. P.
Amazing stuff.
Plenty of choice and affordable price.
We had the all you can eat and the quality of the food was above our expectation.
You need to book a table because usually is very crowded.
The staff is nice and welcoming.
We went with our little one.
Enjoy.
P. M.
Brilliant night out. I had spicy beef with vegetables and rice and kimchi with wasabi plus steamed dumplings. We had beers and plum wine to drink and a green tea after. Great food, lovely staff. All at a reasonable price.
R. S.
Nice food. Actually spicy like the menu says.
L. S.
The staff are super kind and helpful, there's a dinky doorbell on each table which eliminates the awkwardness of getting a waiters attention. I wasn't blown away by the food , though it could be just what I ordered. The sushi wasn't made from fresh raw salmon, but some kind of smoked salmon. And the noodles are far too salty. My friends tried the barbeque and said it was delicious.
M. -.
Great Food Highly reccomend it.
I have been a frequent customer for years and the consistency has never changed its almost perfect 8.5 out of 10.
I highly reccomend Seafood Rabokki if you love spicy Noodles.
the only downside about this place is the location, it is not exactly the most convenient.. but the quality of the food makes the effort worth it..
I do wish if they offered takeaway on Uber Eats or Deliveroo that would be far from ideal and great for their business too if they keep maintaining the integrity of their food quality.
J. R.
I love eating Korean Barbeque so I am often there. Unique experience to have your food cooked at the table. Great Korean atmosphere and service.
L.
I was kinda not sure about all previous reviewsbut the place is really worth a visit!!! I never had Korean BBQ before but it was scrumptious. The staff were very helpful with the order and menu, we ordered the Bulgogi beef which was delicious! King prawns were ok and beef ripb and a few other dishs. A bottle of wine. We were surprised when the bill has arrived! - 20 euros per person and we were 5! Super cheap.
P. J.
Delicious Korean food and very kind staff... Just recommendable! 5-star-rating for this kind of awesome service and amazing dishes...! I loved it.
B. D.
Very good value for money, food is tasty but service could be improved. We got the bbq platter 1, was cooked for us by one of the staff but I probably would have rathered cooking it myself. Would go back again though!

Don't let the decor put you off. The food is good. I enjoyed the spicy noodle pot, fried dumplings and spicy seafood with rice on a second visit. The BBC is tasty and fun
k. y. (.
9 people 1st experience of this type of Korean bbq we had 2 set menu and a few more dishes and At the end none of us were close to being satisfied 5adult 4kids we left paying the bill around 150 euro and search for another food service few minutes later. Would not recommend a party of people for this type of food.
S.
Great food, with a portion size that will extinguish your hunger. Even with the place filled with people it wasn't noisy at all, the lighting was soft and cosy. The toilet room wasn't the most luxurious, with its loose hanging tap. But is was clean and didn't have the cloying smell of a public toilet.
C. F.
1st time tasting Korean food. Very tasty. Fun experience cooking meat at the table. Food good & good buzz. Portions very large so we got enough to take away. Would go back
M. M.
Went in on a fairly quiet Sunday evening. Great service, lightning fast and the food was incredible. Tasty and fresh, fairly priced and really generous portions. Beer was ice cold too! All in all, massively impressive stuff.
P. V.
A nice and cosy place in Capel Street with a nice variety of korean dishes. I had the korean bbq with prawns, beef loin, bulgogi and pork belly. The pork belly was ok but the beef loin and bulgogi was excellent! They were both tender and had a lot of flavor. We also brought the dragon roll and it was amazing! Overall the meal was filling but not heavy, which was great.
T. R.
A little taste of Korea in the centre Dublin. If you like kimchi get in here. If you wanna have a go at some Korean alcoholic water(!) Get yer arse here too. Lovely grub. Lovely prices. Go and fill yer pie-hole for less than it would cost to dig a pie-hole!
p.
Great Korean food. Go for sets 10,11 or 7. Great stews. Great Kim chi. Although - for meat lovers the barbecue looks even better. Well priced. Highly recommended
D. O.
Beautiful Korean BBQ food served. Attentive and efficient staff. Even on a busy Saturday they were able to fit us in without reservation. Reasonable prices on top of that!
R.
Best shushi place IMHO in town. The shushi is awesome and in the weekends you have buffet, with lot of options, great quality food, bbq. The staff is very nice, smiling and helpful. Great stuff. Also they have BBQ, so is not just for Asian lovers, just in case you have the typical friend who doesn't like Asian food and spoils the fun ;)
M. K.
Best Korean restaurant in town. Fair prices and great food. What more can you ask for. The BBQ in front of your nose is an experience on your own and the marinades are just amazing.
R. T.
A hidden gem on Capel Street - Arisu has been one of my favourite restaurants for years, especially when I just want to grab a bite on my own. The spicy chicken dup bap is INSANELY good and the BBQ experience is brilliant to do with friends or for date night :)
What makes Arisu so special is the staff - they are so friendly and service is so quick. The team have a smile for every customer that comes in and seem to genuinely enjoy working together which gives a lovely vibe to the place. Arisu is also incredible value for money and I would recommend it to anyone - possibly the best restaurant on Capel Street.
C. o. c.
We really enjoyed our meals here. Good quality ingredients, cooked really well. The service was excellent too. Can't wait to eat here again
L. Ó.
The food is great and the prices are reasonable. My only issue is the fact that the water jugs they give you fill only about 6 of their water glasses (that are small) so you constantly have to ask for water because they don't tend to replace it if you finish it.
D. L.
One of my favourites in Dublin and further proof that you just can't go wrong with Korean food.
The first thing you'll probably notice when you enter is that the tables are covered in some sort of metal contraption. "What is this?", I hear you say, "Do I use it to heat up my food?" you ask, "Is it some sort of Korean custom I'm unaware of?"...Well, it's a grill, so you're partly right. When you order one of the barbeque options on the menu the meat is placed into the centre of your table and you cook it yourself (or get the pleasant wait staff to help, if you're as inept as I am). The bulgogi is incredible and they probably have the best kimchi around in my opinion, it's nice and spicy.
I've been here numerous times over the past year or so and I just keep coming back. It's tough to pick a place to eat on Capel Street with such high quality Asian food all along it but you owe it to yourself to try this one out at least once.
C. M. G.
Amazing food and nice atmosphere. Same menu for lunch and dinner with all you can eat on the weekends. Sure to become a repeat customer once you visit once
D. M.
One of the better places I've ever been to. Great food. Great place to spend time at. Food is relatively cheap as for a restaurant standard. I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to try Korean bbq. (Very safe place for k-bbq)
M. R. (.
First time trying Korean BBQ and I already want more! Clearly the best food I had on my trip to Dublin. The staff is friendly and attentive.
Go and have some Bulgogi! Dont even bother with chicken on your BBQ, its not as good as bulgogi or pork belly.
C. A.
Great food and service. Very affordable!
A. Q.
Cheap and cheerful is the name of the game here. Don't be tricked, getting the Korean BBQ one meat at a time is a suckers game. Pitch in with someone and split a full spread of meats, as you get way more out of it and with huge savings. I love wrapping the meat in lettuce and lashing on the kimchi. I also tend to order a few dumplings, a sort of potsticker/gyoza looking fellow, but a little larger. The other great option instead of the BBQ is the Korean meal box. Rice, noodles, and multiple different meats and sauces, it's a delicious sampler box packed full of great flavours. Throw on a Korean beer, which is just a German beer but made in Korea, and you have yourself a good dinner. Add friends for bonus points, as most Asian cuisines are social activities!
N. H.
When ever i go to town i eat here. I love it so much. My whole family come here now. Always delicious. Servers are always lovely. Amazing food.
J. C.
Really huge portions and lots of options for korean food lovers. I've been here for both bbq and regular entree options. The jajangmyeon (bean paste noodles) are HUGE - flavor is decent but not amazing. The fried dumplings are bomb! The bbq isn't the same as what you'd find in say LA, but it does the trick and the spicy beef is very satisfying.
Watch out for the cery damp and not so clean toilet.
S. S.
Amazing experience! Have been multiple times, the food is delicious and the staff are very friendly. Definitely have the BBQ it's freaking incredible.
C. S.
Great food and friendly service.
A. H.
I used to like this place for its sushi but now it wasn't that good, the rice was dry, there was more carrots than anything else and now it's even more expensive. The staff is very helpful and friendly.
V. D.
Nice little Korean restaurant. Very happy with our choice of food and thankfully we had help from an American-Korean friend to choose what to eat. Huge portion, very filling. I will visit again!
A. V.
Great experience! Loats of good food!
A. B.
Tasty food, hospitable service, value for money!
T. P.
I went there im March 2020 and was lucky i booked a table earlier that day. There was a huge line in front of the little restaurant. The food was super tasty. I ordered Korean BBQ, Japchea, Mandu and Bibimbap. Delicious. Can‘t wait to eat there again.
T. T.
I can't stress enough how delicious was the kimchi gimbap roll and hot jjam pong beef stew. Great staff around. Been visiting the restaurant past one year and it gets better every time. Kham sa mi da!
C. R.
Amazing food! Clean restaurant and good service! I've eaten Noddles. Big portion, fresh sea fruit, good quality. I really recommend it and I will be back!
m. B.
Good .. chicken meat was not good...I doubt was it chicken itself
P. Ó. B.
Fantastic food and excellent staff
H. M.
Nice food and quick service. Not really a restaurant but very good quality for the price. Affordable sushi and delicious dumplings. Some dishes are cooked directly at the table which is a nice feature
M. L. D. R.
Really nice corean bbq, with generous portions of meat.
D. K.
I simply love the food here. At least once in a month come in at have my favorite hot chicken dup bap and kimchi! Staff are friendly and the price is really good.
J. O.
Smashing place. Been there twice and left happily stuffed both times. Great place to order some different dishes and share. Great food and super value too.
j. e.
Really very, very good. Go without fear! 👍😉
R. S.
Great Korean restaurant, it's also a great experience to bbq your own food there too. Staff are very pleasant
D. R.
Really liked my experience, lots of staff and very attentive and polite. Food was great, especially the fried dumplings, with great sized portions and really looking forward to going back soon.
I. W.
Friendly staff, decent korean food!
D. M. A.
The BBQ for two option was absolutely amazing, amazing flavour in the bulgogi. For my first Korean BBQ experience I'm really blown away.
S. P.
I always have great dinners here. The BBQ is plentiful and delicious. Very recommended and at a great price!
A. S.
Really nice place, staff very kind and good quality of food!
G. P.
A classic Korean barbecue venue which is sure to please, the menu covers everything you might hope for. Always bustling you might find yourself waiting for a seat, but it's worth the wait.
The barbecue is quite the visual and flavour spectacular.
This place is definitely more about the food than the drink, whilst alcohol is available the selection is small , if you are a wine pairing aficionado this might not be the place for you.
Honest cuisine in more than generous portions.
G. d.
Amazing experience where you can cook yourself your meat on the table. There is a bbq on the middle of the table and you choose your raw meat and cook yourself, there is also japonese buffet.
R. J.
Food was excellent but they only gave us half our order and made no effort to fix that. We ended up paying for what we ate and left. We were probably just unlucky but the service definitely fell short
T. F.
Great place! Delicious food, excellent service, good location, reasonable prices. Soybean seafood soup is just amazing! Also the Bibimbam with beef is great.
M. M.
Great and tasty food. If you like new experience very recommended. Staff in restaurants was nice number 1' . Thanks so much
B. F.
Great Korean food. The staff are very friendly and attentive. I have to say the quality and taste of food blew me away!
P. P. (.
Lovely place, quite romantic and casual at the same time. Staff is very lovely and the food... Amazing. Been there more than once and definitely coming back.
P. J. W.
The waiters are so sweet and the food is so delicious~ You do t have to wait long and the waiters speak English so you don't have to worry about not being able to speak Korean~ Such a nice vibe here. I recommend coming.
S. S.
I have tried just one menu so cant say something about the foods. The 김치찌개 kimchi stew with some pork, was salty alot. The server korean girl was kind,
M. K.
Love this place. Been coming here for a few years now and never was disappointed. Food is reasonably priced, tasty, well portioned and service is swift and friendly.
K. S.
Poor value these days, 25 euro per person for buffet and you do not even get some side dishes with your Korean BBQ. i asked for some Kimchi and they wanted me to pay extra for it....
A. K.
Have always loved arisu. When the opened the new bigger restaurant it got even better. Prices have increased in the last few years but still excellent food, service and value.
A.
Awesome experience. Word of advice, 2 chilli's beside an item generally indicates how cripplingly spicy the dish is.
A. C.
I've been there so many times and I never regret it. Food is great with a fair price! Definitely recommend the BBQ!
P. B.
The BBQ tasted very good, it is cooked in front of you and the table has a bbq grill on it. The restaurant itself feels small and local.
B. n.
Amazing food , great atmosphere, super friendly staff and all round a great experience. Definitely something needed to be tried :)
A. G.
One of the best places I have ever eaten at.The BBQ smells delightful and the food is the best I have ever had.The staff was amazing as well as the atmosphere.Highly recommend.Without a doubt I’ll be back
L. F.
I came here at first with a Korean friend and couldn't be happier with the visit. The all you can eat lunch is great value for money.
J. D.
Good food for good prices, nice friendly staff, always busy so you may wait a bit before being seated,
Only pity that they don't have desert menu
P. c.
Best Korean in Dublin, great wine too, great value for money, service is a little slack but it's still worth it, bulgogi stewpot is my favourite
