As One is one of our favourite places to eat in Dublin. They have a very friendly staff, great food and probably the best coffee in Dublin (I wish this was an exaggeration but it isn’t, they actually do have the best coffee:). Everything is designed around sustainability and there is this calming yet cheerful feel in the restaurant. Also their grab and go sandwiches or lunch take aways are fantastic. Everything they do, they do it top notch quality and they develop themselves every single day. I highly recommend you visit this lovely restaurant and taste their food!

LOVED THIS PLACE!! The whole concept is coherent and thoroughly applied. It sources everything from the island and looks out for every detail. Food is tasty, delicate, and in correct portions. The produce itself is good enough to eat on its own…so together it’s an explosion of flavors! I absolutely loved it, can’t wait to go back. The coffee is delicious, and the staff is friendly and interested in the food they serve, so fun to discuss with.

Hash up & halloumi Dish are my all-time favorite dishes. ❤️ Great place to enjoy delicious brunch and coffee with friends/families or just to spend some time for yourself. 10/10! Ps. I had an unplanned visit to Dublin and decide to walk down the City Quay as I had not been there in a decade or so and crossing over the bridge I came upon a most perfect eatery between a Church and towering office building facing the river Liffey, As One! The staff were excellent, I met three and they were so welcoming and engaging that you feel they genuinely were interested in you and you having a great experience. The food was delish! I had the Hash Up which was different Irish potatoes fried with chorizo and scallions with two perfect poached eggs perched on top. The water was chilled and I had a cappuccino with a real rich roasted coffee flavour and decorated to a tee. The menu was minimal which helps reduce that, " I don't know what I want" dilemma but the choices are well thought out, intelligently created and put together. I really enjoyed my brunch and look forward to returning to try the other tempting choices that were on offer on my next visit.

Just revisted 27th October 2021, after far too long an absence. I had the Hash Up + extras €14. It was so delicious I wanted it to last for much longer than it did! Fantastic service from a very professional & friendly staff. Well worth a visit for breakfast or lunch. Photo below is the Hash Up. If good tea or coffee is not your fancy, they have wine too. Menu available on line. This is a fantastic place..great food..fantastic staff. Social Distancing available inside & out....Open for Breakfast & Yummy Lunches. Well worth a visit...The coffee is really good and sweeties so good you will be tempted to have more than one. Enjoy....

What a wonderful find. Very spacious and welcoming spot on the quays. The food is simply delicious. Highly recommended the "Irish Mushroom and Miso broth" as a filling yet light vegetarian lunch. I mixed in some of the fermented chilli paste for a little kick and the combination was a moreish one for certain. The hummus and pesto that came with the "Flatbread and Dip" were amazing and the Flatbread itself was great as well. Guaranteed we will return here!

Always a friendly smile as you walk in the door and a friendly thank you when you finish and leave. The environment is very calming and I can really can get behind the philosophy of being sustainable. So far I've ordered all their pastries (Coconut Chocolate Brownie, Brown Butter Cookie, Blueberry Oat Bar and a cinnamon roll), a watermelon salad (which was very refreshing for the weather), potato hash up, mushroom toast and pancakes (only available Saturday) and I've loved everything I've eaten so far. Even the coffee is top notch. Has a lovely smooth body with a slightly nutty aftertaste. I can't recommend them enough. If you have the time you should definitely eat here. Even if you don't have time you should make time for As One. 10/10 would come again.

Really, really tasty high quality food with quite a fancy touch in recipes and caring setup in the venue. More expensive than places around, but you get what you pay for. So far it’s quite unique to Dublin, hopefully that won’t change with time. The vibe is really quite unique, despite targeting typical (fancy) business crowd.

I have eaten in As One a few times. The food is excellent. You can really see and taste the quality of the ingredients. The vanilla ricotta toast on the breakfast menu is divine! I have had several dishes from the lunch menu and all have been delicious, as well as the freshly popped popcorn to nibble on while you wait. The space is so bright and airy. I can't recommend enough. If you haven't been there, you are missing out!

I’ve been into As One a few times. I’ve stopped in quickly to grab a coffee and breakfast on the go once or twice and I’ve eaten in at lunch time several times. The food is really fresh, tasty and different to anything else I’ve eaten before. The staff are friendly and pleasant. The sustainability ethos of the restaurant is something that stands out to me and gives you peace of mind while enjoying the relaxed atmosphere inside. I would highly recommend this gem to others.

Popped into this little gem for a quick coffee and have since returned several times to sample as many dishes as possible. None have disappointed yet. Menu changes a bit so no chance of getting bored with the variety. Staff were very pleasant and the setting is so airy and clean. My favourite dish to date would have to be the double nut butter toast but even if you're just flying in for a coffee, it's easily one of the best around.

Went into As One with a few players off my football team. We were looking for somewhere with good healthy food. Found As One through a friend of mine who works close. Gorgeous setting with a nice atmosphere about the place! We got the steak and eggs, Beef Rigatoni and lamb flatbread. It was absolutely lovely, great service too! We got coffees also which were gorgeous! Great to finally find somewhere that puts emphasis on healthy, fresh food that leaves you feeling good about yourself after! 10/10. Will be back!

Delighted I found this little gem. Food is delish, fresh and healthy. I've had breakfast and lunch and even tried their take away menu. You won't be disappointed. The coffee is some of the best in the city centre. Great spot for lunch with the girls as the space is contemporary, open and spacious. They also source all the best Irish products which is a huge selling point for me. 5 stars from me, will definitely be making it one of my regular dining spots!!

Dropped in to As One on Saturday morning as had seen it passing by while going to work. It looked good from the outside but even better when you get in. The staff were really friendly and brought me through the menu which has a host of new and interesting ingredients I had never tried but always wanted to. In the end I wasn’t that adventurous and went with the steak and eggs which were perfect. Will be back to go through the rest of your menu, some seriously tasty looking dishes on there!

WoW! This is the spot for anyone who’s keen on eating healthy and eating proper good grub. The staff to the decor to the food is first class. I first came across this place due to one of my high profile associates who swears by this place! And wow I wasn’t disappointed. I had the steak and eggs and it was quite frankly scintillating, the coffee was also one of the best I have had in and around Dublin. First class!

Beautiful food in a very comfortable and modern setting. A bit of confusion regards our order and the pricing, and one of the orders arrived late but was left off the bill. Soup was stunning and the sandwiches delicious 😋. Overall good experience 👌.

Food is good but prices will have to come down if they hope to survive. 6.50 for a bowl of porridge. 3 Euro for a granola square. Given the low footfall at weekends it needs to compete with other options for workers and at the moment talking to anyone in my work it is just too expensive to be visiting on a regular basis. It would be like having your work lunch in Avoca every day. Maybe a rethink needed on pricing and more suitable sandwich/salad options are added in the 6-8 euro price bracket.

One of our favourite new places for lunch and brunch in town. The interior design is beautiful, modern and bright with lots of healthy breakfast options, salads and sandwiches. We ordered the Irish shiitake mushrooms with spinach and edamame pesto on sourdough toast, and the beef bone broth for lunch. The pesto is full of flavour and complements the freshly baked sourdough toast perfectly. The beef is a tender lean cut served with soba noodles and picked red onion, presented in a colourful display of fresh ingredients sourced locally. As One has a relaxed, chilled out vibe perfect for lunch, a quick coffee or a Saturday morning breakfast. A great spot in Dublin.
