E. J. O.We always have such a positive experience here. All the staff are amazing. It was a little stressful today though as whist we were queuing to get in there was a constant stream of staff and workmen squeezing past.

The staff are really really nice.
The only think is that at the reception in the waiting room(for blood tests) it's very warm. There is no breeze at all. The space is too small for the amount of people which are coming.
