Absolutely amazing burgers with authentic Korean flavours!
We tried The Classic and the KimCheese, which were completely different in flavours but both really good! The fries are some of the best fries I’ve had. The same with the ice cream sammie we had for dessert was to die for!
If you live in Dublin or are just there for a visit - no matter what it’s definitely worth a visit!
Thank you for a great service!🙌🏼

Great food here! I had the classic chicken burger & shared a portion of the kimcheese fries. Really delicious & beautiful Korean flavours.

Not your regular burger shop (in a positive way).
Order "The good good" burger and Kimcheese fries (pictures attached).
Delicious food, fantastic and friendly service. Coming back soon to try the wings.

One of the most unique tasting burgers you’d find in Dublin. My favourite is the Korean classic chicken burger with their hot sauce and their chicken nuggets. The best fix, when one gets bored of the regular chicken burgers. And if you love your spices, then go no no far! Their friendly staff are just a bonus to the whole experience! Must try!

Absolutely off the charts, the poutini fries are easily the best fries I have ever had by a mile.. the Korean chicken burger us phenomenal.. the young lady working there is so pleasant an helpful she really finishes off the wonderful experience in Chimac (didn't get her name unfortunately). If you haven't been you are missing out big time. I will definitely be back again very very soon @dublinsnap

This new restaurant in Dublin has a lot of potential.
We visited yesterday and it does look like there is a good selection of local brew beer and the restaurant definitely has a nice atmosphere.
From the meal we had our favourite thing was the fried cauliflower which was amazing.
Unfortunately the chicken didn't quite hit the mark.
It was very well cooked, super juicy and the batter was very crispy but needed a bit more seasoning in the batter, some extra salt would make a massive difference. It also came warm, not hot which is a little concerning.
I believe it would be nice to have another sauce on the menu that is extra hot, the ones available were not particularly spicy (they were very delicious), so having the additional options would be a great addition.
Overall the food was good. Good value for money and we'll cooked. A few tweaks and it will be amazing.
I feel that these things are likely to all be teething issues with a new restaurant, which is completely fair and I would like to return in a few weeks when things have settled down to try it again.

The service was very friendly and quick. The chicken burger was delicious, a little bit different and spicy. I liked the brioche style bun also. I was stuffed at the end and am looking forward to returning to try something else on the menu. Great place.

Enjoyable beige stodge targeted at a millennial audience.
I’m not much of a fried chicken man owing to my wayward vegetarian tendencies and the fact I’m a grown adult with a mature palate. However, I have a propensity for grease-based cuisines and I was gladly lead to Chimac in order to sample their menu.
Chimac is cut from the same cloth as most millennial munch-holes you’ll find in Dublin. That’s to say, the food is great, the menu is minimal and the service is speedy. The focus is on big chunks of crispy fried chicken served between burger buns accompanied by an assortment of greasy sides. From what I can tell, the ingredients are of a high standard and the chef knows how to operate a fryer.
Craving stimuli to soothe their attention-eclipsed psyches, millennials no doubt will find Chimac to their liking.
