Simply great. Food incredibly delicious. Food was a taste explosion due to the super balanced spices and the meat was extremely tender and enjoyable. And an extra plus point was that the food came extremely hot to the table. No chance for could dishes.
There is also something for the sweet palate.
You should visit this restaurant. Because the atmosphere was also like a little trip. On top of that, the staff was super polite and you never had to wait long due to the attentive waiters.

Absolutely delicious Moroccan food. Having lived 17yrs in the middle East and enjoyed genuine Arab food, Dada restaurant is as authentic as they come. Lovly friendly staff. Will definitely be back.
2 months later and back again. Quality of food hasn't changed. Absolutely delicious. 👌👍

We booked Dada for a saturday dinner, and we were delighted with the food. The starters were delicious, and the chicken fillet tagine was very yummy!
Not enough bread for our liking but thankfully they provided more bread after we asked.
For dessert we went for the selection of treats and the cookies were amazing. The baklava wasn't Turkish but I still liked it.

Absolutely amazing.
I have find out that there is a Moroccan place in town and I straight away called the restaurant to reserve a table.
They were very welcome in the beginning and the place is absolutely woowMoroccan style.
The menu was short and sweet , we decide to go for a mix starter and for main couscous and tagin amazing. End I had meet the owner amazing guy

I have not much experience with Moroccan food so I cannot tell if they are authentic or not. But the food is absolutely yummy. We ate at the time that they do Christmas set menu and it’s a huge portion of food. You get a platter with everything on which let you try 5 different types of appetisers. For the main it’s Tagines which is packed with flavours. The atmosphere in the restaurant is nice, it’s quite a romantic place.

Excellent dishes made with Irish lamb.Very clean. You can bring your wine, corkage fee will be 4 euros per bottle.Prices very reasonable for the quality of food.Signed:A french guy who knows what good food is.

Amazing foods and atmosphere! Interior design is mesmerizing. 7 hour slow roasted lamb shoulder is just rocking!
E. P.
Good food for a reasonable price. Loved the interior. The place was a little loud since it was a Saturday night.

Was there last nite as part of a trio! Love it here, food is always good but the staff are so good! Love the byob option too. So relaxed & comfortable but also extremely well looked after. Great as always
M. B.
It's a nice restaurant. The atmosphere is lovely, the food is excellent, the quantities are good too, and the prices are reasonable. You can even bring you own wine which is super cool. But I can't give 5 stars because the table we were sitting at was quite damaged, to a point it looked really not great. I think these are easy fix that should be taken care of. Also I do no agree with charging groups just because we are groups... I mean.. 20€ extra charge because we're 5, I really don't get it. I know it's not atypical but I feel it's not justified

Great introduction to Moroccan food! I enjoyed everything about this restaurant and it definitely inspired me to plan a trip to Morocco
S. N. O.
A large group of us went to Dada the other night and had a wonderful time there. The staff were lovely and the food was absolutely delicious. The 3 course Christmas menu was perfect for a group and the staff were really accommodating about my nut allergy and made sure I was well looked after. I would highly recommend Dada to everyone! I will definitely be back again.

Its my third time what I come. I love this restaurant. The meals are delicious and the owner is very welcoming. The decorations are very nice and we are in their country during the dinner 😊
S. M. T.
Best Moroccan food place. Food was delicious and staff was very polity and welcoming
C. S.
A lovely Moroccan decor, with helpful and friendly staff and incredible food. The blend of flavours in the chicken supreme and pear tagine were incredible, as were the assortment of pastries and Moroccan mint tea. Highly recommend and would happily go back. I’d recommend booking ahead as it was understandably busy.

Tasty food, great environment and they accommodate groups for celebrations.

We had the most beautiful evening here for a friend's 30th birthday. All the staff went out of their way to look after us and make it really special. The food was all beautiful too especially the sharing platter starters and the mint tea, and it was great value. Loved it

This is a wonderful restaurant, a little off the beaten track, but well worth checking out.
I had a pastella, which was amazing. It's quail and chicken with almonds, spiced with cinnamon and wrapped in filo pastry. The cinnamon made it almost sweet - it could have been baclava masquerading as a main course!
My partner thoroughly enjoyed a cauliflower tagine, served piping hot and bursting with flavour.
The sides were delicious as was the freshly baked flatbread.
The decor is subtle, but seems authentic (to my untrained eye). Service was welcoming and friendly.
All in all a winner. So much so we're planning to go back again this weekend

Reviewed June 8th 2021: Finally reopened again (outdoor seating) and continuing to serve delicious food.
Authentic place with authentic food, well deserves 5 stars from us.
Been here twice in the last Month or two as the food they serve is delicious! On top of that, the staff here is one of the best - very friendly and welcoming.
Our recommendation: Couscous Royal and Lamb tagine😋
C. K.
Simply incredible food, decor is stunning, staff are lovely and the atmosphere is great. Definitely my favourite spot in town. I had the cauliflower tagine, spicy potatoes (divine) and the cheesecake for dessert. Loved it!!
S. L.
When the bank account is low and you’re basil-ed out. Fear not - dada is here. Bring your favourite bottle or dada and an empty stomach because this place will fill you up. You won’t only have full stomachs but full hearts & souls!!
L. M. K.
Probably my favourite place to eat in Dublin at the moment. Everything that comes out of the kitchen looks amazing and I've never had something that I haven't enjoyed. The service is so good - I think the waitress Milena is a star. Love that you can bring your own wine. Just love this place!
A. E.
The flavours of the food is always amazing. My husband's starter was cold so they didn't charge us for the starter. My only disappointment was the dessert. I ordered selection of moroccan pastries (having ordered this before and knowing what to expect) the dessert I received was 4 coconut balls, 2 chocolate and 2 white chocolate- they were bland and just a monumental disappointment given that previous desserts here were so tasty.
C. K.
Excellent food, poor service.
The quality and flavors of the dishes are exceptional. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated and has a casual atmosphere. While the food is 5 ⭐️, the quality of the service pulls the restaurant rating down significantly.
Over the course of a meal, there were 5 waiters. Requests had to be made twice for cutlery. When it was pointed out on leaving the poor service levels, this was brushed aside by it being a busy night and limited staff on duty. Given that this was a Saturday night and there were multiple large group bookings, the restaurant should have been able to plan ahead. Quality of service, 2⭐️.
Exceptional food but would be slow to return.

I was in Dada with a friend a few nights ago. The food was excellent as always as was the service. In terms of Covid measures I was extremely taken aback. When we sat down there was an empty table on both sides which was ideal. A couple was then seated right next to us, with little to no distance. I asked our waiter if this was in keeping with guidelines. He said he would speak to the manager. A few minutes later the manager appeared at my shoulder and said he wanted to move the table a bit, which was fine, but when I turned fully to look at him, he was very close to me and had no mask on. I said to him not to come close to me without a mask. He went on to say that he and all staff were fully vaccinated, seemed to have no understanding about how high the cases are and that doubly vaccinated people are at risk too. All in all I won’t be going back based on this.
M. L.
Very friendly yet professional staff. We were made very welcome. Ambiance just right. Very clean. Wide selection of dishes. Lovely, tasty food, Very generous portions and not too hard to pay.
J. C.
Lovely food, reasonably priced and plenty of room and quick service. Just needs a wider selection and newer menu's, pages torn.
Service staff though were very friendly and helpful with recommendations so can't fault them. Would recommend to try.
P. N.
I loved the place, the atmosphere, the mezzes too, I've heard about their tajine and couscous, I'll definitely go back to test those.
Update: I've tested the Tajine - very nice but super hot please be careful of your tongue folks! But defo recommends.

Nice restaurant in town. Good staff service. Friendly people. Plenty of art works inside and unique interior. Menu was bit confusing for me. Food is nice and chill. I would recommend this place for anyone. Its a good restaurant in the heart of Dublin City.
L. M.
Amazing homemade lemonade with mint. The chicken with caramelized pears was heavenly. Please go here and eat all their food. It is worth it.
D. U.
Nice place, tasty food. I was craving to try a dessert but the main portion was big. Nice experience in general.
k. k.
In the heart of Dublin, this restaurant is amazing and makes me feel like in Morocco. The food is excellent, the portions and prices are corrects. The staff was very kind and friendly. The decoration is very beautiful it looks like a Moroccan Riad 😍 I will come back for sure and I recommand this restaurant !!
N. L.
The moment I stepped inside the door I loved this place. The sounds, the smells and the menu made me feel as though I was back in Morocco. We visited the restaurant in December and were stung with 'The Christmas Menu'. Dada are top of the class in this and charge €38 for a the most basic 3 course meal. First course is a tapas style where you share 6 different dishes predetermined by the chef. For the main course you have the opportunity to choose from 6 course and for desert you are presented with very small slice of premade cheesecake. You will also have to pay and additional €5 for corkage, €1 for water and €6.50 for bread. I have heard this place is a great place to go for dinner but for December avoid at all costs as they are on a mission to rip their customers off.
D. D.
Beautiful food and great atmosphere and ambiance in the restaurant and great customer service
N. G.
Definitely recommend this place, food it’s delicious and the price is right. Went there as walk in but tables are RSV and you only get 1 hour to eat unless you had a reservation you can try more dishes. But I would definitely come back and RSV .
E. P.
Authentic food and drinks, lovely atmoshere, friendly staff.
C.
Lamb was unbelievably tender - I love my lamb.
Cheese was intensely creamy (but only if you like cheese). Cleared us out a bit early but could be covid related (and we were being a bollox).
10/10 would Christmas again
Z. Z.
I love your tajines but I don't like your couscous. Please there is no such thing as green peas and red pepper in moroccan couscous!!!! Prices are very high for quality of the dishes. I like the atmosphere of the restaurant though and the BYOB. There should be an option for a classic beef and veggie couscous, not royal nor vegetarian only.
G. M.
We were walking around the city centre without a plan ,when we decided to find a restaurant where we would have a decent lunch. Even though we were at the doors 16:45,we weren't aware of the opening times, we were greeted by a lovely man who told us that there is no problem and that we can have a table righ away and that we will be served immediately.
Righ away we got the impression that this is a professional outlet, because staff was experienced, with proper manners and looked happy in their jobs.
This was pleasant experience especially during pandemics where service is a major let down in most of the Dublin city restaurants.
Ambience was amazing and food was delicious.
Staff attentive and informative.
Reasonably priced, with wide variety of Moroccan dishes on the menu.
We will definitely come back.
Well done guys!
A. S.
It's a place we go back to for our girls gathering regularly. Dada is a restaurant with a soul, Middle Eastern soul. The authentic Moroccan food is full of flavour. Spinach starter is to die for, tagines (chicken, lamb and hake to choose from) for the main are served with a warm bread. Early bird orders finish at 6.30 and they are worth a try. It is a BYOB place, so bring your favourite wine (each!) and enjoy a great evening.
P. G.
A little Moroccan Gem in the center of the city.
We strongly recommend this place for the nice atmosphere, vibes and lovely food! Owner & Staff are really professional. Thank you!
A. P.
It's a nice place with very good decoration inside. The vegetarian tajine it's lovely and the chicken couscous it was very good too. The portion are good and the early bird it's very good price/value, highly recommended.
S. J.
Food was super-tasty, I wasn't expecting too much with a Christmas menu but each course including dessert was very flavorsome and high-quality, I would highly rate and advise anyone to visit this restaurant and i'll definitely be back - soon!
V. M.
Great food and amazing service. The food was hot till the end so you can enjoy every bit of it. Just had an situation with the booking which could have been resolved if the staff was a bit active, apart from that everything was amazing.
D. F.
Very friendly owner and staff, really nice and pleasant the entire time. As you might expect, things are busy right now, especially on the weekend. Food is great, very authentic Moroccan cuisine. The covered outdoor seating is lovely, there's also some uncovered seats that are a bit more exposed on the footpath - would be aware of the current situation on S William Street if you're in one of those seats.
m. ş. K.
Great atmosphere & amazing service. The food was not super tasty but probably we were not accustomed to ingredients and spices in the Moroccan cuisine.
J. G.
Lovely food and great service with a smile ☺️
Best main courses are lamb tagine and cauliflower dish 🤌🏻
S. S.
Delicious food, great prices and cool ambience. I discovered this just before COVID-19 hit and was delighted to be back last week. If you're a restaurant connoisseur, and you enjoy tasting new flavours, you'll enjoy this.
J. W.
Food and service just amazing!! We were served by a lovely Brazilian waitress and we left so happy. The atmosphere and decoration caught our attention! Really good place!
C. M.
Party of 6...excellent appetizers - kofta, hummus, dipping sampler. Meals were wonderful - lamb shoulders, hake tagine, lamb tagine, chicken tagine. Fresh baklava and tea. Wonderful host/waiter. Love to come back again next time we are in Dublin.
T. M.
Very Authentic Moroccan Food. The Chicken liver starter is just divine, the Hummus not so much. The portions are really big and the kebab burgers are very tasty. Great Wine selection, great for a Large Group/family and even sweet for a date night. Decent Pricing as well. its worth go back for more. Early Bird Menu Available
W. S. M.
Went there for a Christmas party, but I don't think it was a good idea : staff were overwhelmed, and Christmas set menu was a lot more expensive than the A la carte menu, which wasn't available on that night. We booked in advanced and weren't told about this. We weren't told either that only 3 credit cards maximum would be accepted for the whole party (17 people)... Had to argue on that with staff at the end on the night, not a pleasant experience!
Food on the other hand was excellent, just not enough of it, specially the dessert which was only three spoons of yogurt for everyone (no other option on the Christmas set menu).
Now I'm very confident that this restaurant is perfectly fine any other day, but my unpleasant experience doesn't make me want to go back there.
Try Cedar tree ;-)

Thanks for a table for walk-ins on a very busy post COVID lockdown night. Great food, great service and really enjoyable
D. O.
Lovely food and great service. Also only 4 euro corkage when you bring your own wine. Definitely a relaxing and tasty evening out.
A. O.
Had a work party here. The team were so pleased with the variety and quality of the food.
Also the staff were so helpful - totally recommend
H. S.
Excellent service, atmosphere and most importantly, food. The dishes are not only delicious but also ver well served in big portions.
S. G.
Great experience. Visited with a large group of friends and were looked after excellently. Food excellent and service looked to go above to help
G. M.
Gorgeous Moroccan food with some amazing flavours you wouldn't find anywhere else in Dublin, some vegan options too.
B. C.
What an experience
The staff are next to none and the food is absolutely beautiful
We had the nicest prawns to start, followed by a beautifully tender lamb tagine and a mixed grill, followed by beautiful baklavas 🤤🤤🤤
a. k.
This place is not a restaurant it's an experience, once inside the you're plunged into a Moroccan garden.. The smell of the food from the open kitchen and the light is just dreamy, for someone like me who has never visited Morocco, I was amazed by it all like a kid. The food was so full of flavour and nicely put, I have loved this dinner. Me and my friend were served by different people and they were all so nice and kind, expecially Matheus, who had such a great energy and empathy. I so much recommend this place and I will definitely come back.. So cozy and romantic at the same time, for friends or lovers it's just the perfect place.
N. S.
What you pay and what you get makes this restaurant one of the best in Dublin. Also the food is genuinely Moroccan, and this comes from a Moroccan himself
R. O.
Lovely restaurant, great atmosphere, great food, great staff! Highly recommend!
D. K.
Excellent food and service. And I like that you can bring your own drinks. The tagine is amazing and baklava divine.
A. D.
We really enjoyed our evening in Dada, the service was brilliant & the food was gorgeous and so fresh! Recommend to anyone.
J. W.
Excellent Moroccan restaurant. Great food & service. Reasonably priced for the early bird menu
R. T.
Absolutely love this restaurant. Food is authentic Moroccan and full of flavour! Always have received such attentive service from staff. They offer a bring your own wine option with a small corkage fee. Great atmosphere from the second you walk in the doors. Well worth a visit!!
R. M.
Beautiful meal and wonderful service! Would highly recommend
s. O. C.
Excellent service, excellent food, excellent value. Highly recommend
M. C.
If you do anything before you die.... Sorry that sounded morbid but you know what I mean lol ... Get your lips around everything that Dada had to give. You won't be disappointed 😁 great food great everything 🍽️ the pear & almond chicken tagine yummmmmmm
B. S.
Some of the best food I have ever had. Such nice staff and even brought out a cake as it was a friends birthday
A. A.
Very good Morocco food. I enjoyed the lamb shank which was perfectly cooked
S. H.
The staff make the place 5 stars, friendly warm and start to finish made the experience.
Then there's the food balanced, and traditional but the spice was not to much even for a Dublin lad. I'll be back soon
A. O.
Original Moroccan cushion
Lovely and nice services
And crowded again,,😉
R. N.
Great dinner spot. Tasty food, big portions and the BYOB endure that it's a very reasonably priced night out
A. G.
A relocated native of Dublin who visits regularly, I try to find any new resteraunts when I return. Unfortunately for any new Moroccan resteraunt in Dublin, I'm sorry, I cant give up my yearly trip to Dada.
This Moroccan restaurant is one of the best establishments I have visited outside of Morocco, and realistically could hold it's own there too !
When you walk in, you are transported by the decor to an upscale establishment in Marakesh while the smells and sounds are reminiscent of any Middle East country.
The staff are infallibly polite and attentive and the menu the perfect size for good choice without being overwhelming.
The food is amazing, no other word can do it justice. Authentically cooked, in tagines when appropriate, the presentation is the part of a dining journey.
For a true Moroccan dining experience, Dada is the place to visit.
M. S.
Very good food. Server might have been new. Service was slow and didn't get water until after appetizers.
D. C.
Superb restaurant, great staff and Dino was an absolute gentleman to deal with, the food was amazing.
G. k.
Amazing traditional Moroccan food and very friendly accommodating staff. A must visit when in Dublin!
A. A.
Food is good, but we had to wait for an hour for our appetizers and then another hour for the main... overall a good place
S. E. S.
It's a very nice restaurant with very friendly staff. The food was delicious.
C. C.
Amazing! Customer service 10, Decoration 10 and the most important…food was impeccable! Congrats to all staff!
M. K.
Lovely food . Full of taste n beautiful environment. Highly recommended.

Appetisers are a little dry but very tasty. Monkfish is excellent and so is the service.
Z. Z.
Staff was very nice. A young Brazilian man and woman with a full Moroccan staff in the kitchen. Authentic food served. We had some soup and chicken to start with followed by tagine chicken with olives and potatoes. The meat literally fell of the bone. The mint tea was a bit weak in taste but we fixed that ourself, no biggie. All in all a brilliant evening and at a very small cost.
P. G. B.
Lovely place as always. Lively atmostphere and delicious tasty food.
d. s.
Excellent food, reasonable price, friendly and attentive staff.
A. G.
Absolutely fab place, great food, great staff - excellent experience, will be back.
N. C.
The restaurant is beautiful on the inside. The staff are nice but not overly helpful.
The food on the other hand is average. We have three dishes and none really stood out or had a lot of flavour. We expected it to be a lot better for the prices they charge.
Nothing special.
a. O.
Food was absolutely amazing, I came here for something a bit different and was not disappointed. Here on a work trip I had tried a few other really good places, however this was my favourite for food quality by far. Had the mixed grill and selection of Moroccon dips . The chips wings were so tasty and tender that the meat fell off the bone. What ever sauce was on it was extremely tasty and its just a shame I will have to wait until my next work trip to Dublin to come back. But I will be back.
S. G.
First time experience with Moroccan food was amazing. Will be back again soon.
S. J. B.
There were 12 of us and we had an amazing time here! I was able to book the lovely Ziryab room (which accommodates 60 people in total). We were told we’d get the room for 2 hours but we got it for a whopping >3 hours!
We ordered off the Christmas menu and the waiter brought in all the starters for us to share. The starters: fried spinach, aubergine, liver, salad, meatballs, and the chicken kebab.
We picked the mains; I picked the Hake Fillet Tagine (as recommended by the waitress). It was delicious and delightful. The dessert was a cheesecake which was light and fluffy and of course delicious.
The service itself was great - food was quick and the staff was sweet and nice. I’d definitely visit again but during an off holiday season. 😋
S. S.
Delicious Food, a great place for Morrocan food, the fish and lamb dishes are immaculate!!!
I. G.
I went to Dada a couple of years ago and it was already good. Now I've been vegan for a while and the other day I saw in their menu dishes specifically marked as vegan and... they are amazing! Who though that a vegan tagine could be so full of flavour, super tasty, not disappointed at all! Also the staff was wonderful, very friendly and they know their stuff. I will come back for sure :)
R. B.
Nice restaurant and atmosphere. Food is great, lamb in particular with big tasty portions! think I will come back and taste something else!
t. d.
Absolutely love this place. The food is amazing and the staff go above and beyond to make your dining experience the best. My friends and I go here at least once a month and always have a fantastic enjoyable night with delicious food. The front man Deano is one of the nicest fellas I have ever met. Thanks and well done for make this restaurant my favourite in Dublin.
E. M.
Such a gorgeous interior and gorgeous food to match it. Had the sharing platter which was perfect if not too much food ! Recommend the chicken supreme, couscous royal and the cauliflower tagine. Staff really lovely and helpful too. BYOB to top it all off. Thank you! (Finish with a Moroccan coffee if you have a sweet tooth)
F. S.
I had a real experience in Dada, food is very tasty and staff very kind and helpful
S. L.
Amazing food, location and great service. Highly recommend it!
p. g.
Wonderful dining experience. Grwat food. Terrific staff. Had to eat outside dou to Covid restrictions. Relatively comfortable all things considered. Cant wait to return and sample the interior. 👍👍🥂
N. H.
A place with delicious Moroccan food full of flavors! The service was good and we got the food at reasonable times.
L. D.
Tasty food and well priced. Nice atmosphere in restaurant.
A. T.
Overall the food was great. Comes on time and there was no delay. Amazing experience of Moroccan food in a Moroccan seating. The staff is extremely friendly, professional and helpful.
The only concern is the men's toilets need some cleaning. Other than that I would definitely recommend this restaurant to all my friends and family. Amazing place!
G. P.
First time eating in Dada. Food was top class. Could not fault it. We were greated at the door and made feel very welcome and this continued throughout the evening. Lovely atmosphere. It was a busy Wednesday evening during these strange eating out times. We look forward to returning.
A. R.
Beautiful food, great service and a nice atmosphere.
L. T.
This place would be one of my favourite for lanb dishes. Always friendly staff, tasty food and the main thing you can bring your own wine in!
S. D.
Absolutely incredible Moroccan restaurant.
Beautifully appointed, both outside and in, a fantastic experience from the moment we were seated until we settled up and left.
Wonderfully varied menu (we ate from a set group menu, starters were a sharing platter of gorgeous dishes, chose our mains from a list of 12 or so dishes, followed by cheesecake and coffee)
The food here is just excellent. We were a group of 9, everyone had something different, and there wasn't one dish I'd hesitate to recommend. I had the mixed grill, and CLEARED my board. Fresh ingredients, cooked well, and brought to the table hot.
Generous portion sizes, to the extent that by the time the (delicious) cheesecake was brought out, I legit had to hesitate before attacking it.
The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, explaining each dish in detail as they were brought to the table, and always on hand to answer a question or top up drinks. Every table around us was full, but we could have well been the only people in the place with how attentive they were.
Prices aren't through the roof for a Dublin City Centre restaurant, with our party coming out at about 35/40 euro a head, including cork fee on several bottles of wine (it's B.Y.O.W, which is always good!)
All in all I can't recommend this place enough, one of the best dining experiences I've had in Dublin. Whopper atmosphere, great food, friendly staff, and (rare enough in the city) you won't have to remortgage your house for the sake of eating out.
M. A.
Great food and great service definitely ask for in house reccomedation. Personally love anything they slow cook. They also have the most interesting starters just makes you want the main course sooo much more.
A. N. S.
Not as impressed as I thought I'd be! Had heard a lot about Dada and how good the food is. Husband and I got one starter - which was tasty - but the quantity is too little if you'd like to share. We moved on to main course - they serve no bread/rice/vermicelli with main course. How are you meant to have a curry dish on its own? And it's not like the food is cheap! My vegetarian main course didn't taste very Moroccon like! My husband got a lamb dish, which was a piece of a giant bone! Quite disappointed. We ordered bread and rice separately. The quantity of rice again - it's too little!
I do have a few good things to say - the staff are lovely. Well trained. Extremely polite. It's BYOB they charge €4 or €5 for corkage. Which is not bad at all. The restaurant itself has a nice positive ambience. But if you're looking for taste, value for money in terms of food, I wouldn't recommend.
A. D.
They were so accomading and friendly, food was delicious. Hope to get back when we can eat inside.
A. B.
Delicious food big portions, gorgeous setting
e. o. c.
This was my first visit to Dada & it certainly wont be the last. The lamb tagine was to die for and the option of BYOB makes such a difference as eating out in Dublin can be on the pricey side. The atmosphere, decor and staff were amazing. Cant wait to return.
V. R.
Went with my girlfriends and ended up having the best meal we’ve had in a while. We ordered one hake and one chicken supreme tagine. The chicken was so tender and succulent that it kept falling apart and the sauce was incredible. My friends hake tagine was sensational as well. We also ordered saffron chicken Kebabs with harissa dip and Royal Lamb couscous. It was a hearty meal which was full of flavour. All in all an amazing experience with super friendly and smiling staff. We will be definitely back.
J. G.
Amazing place and evening we spent in there, the food is just out of this planet I remember I got the 7 hours slow cooked lamb shoulder it was terrific. We couldn't get a better service, the guy was so nice and attentive. Indeed hundred percent recommendable.
B. B.
Excellent food, very good service and a great atmosphere.
G. D. G.
The restaurant is absolutely fab. The food is terrific, reminds me when I went in Marrakesh ages ago. Service is top class, very attentive. Definitely a place worth to be visited. Staff make you feel you are at home, this above all is what let a customer come back. Money worth to be spent in here. A very big thanks to the lovely Argentine couple who looked after me and my wife during the meal, and of course as last but not least the chefs who cooked our amazing plate.
E. C.
I booked a table for the wrong date for a friends birthday and I didn’t realize until I showed up with the cake on the night. I was worried because it was a booking for 9 people on a Thursday night and knew I wouldn’t be able to get a table anywhere else last minute but the staff were extremely accommodating and set us up with an amazing table and sang Happy Birthday!
The food was incredible, I had the chicken supreme with saffron and pear and it was so delicious! The restaurant decor is stunning and feels very authentic. The mint tea tasted exactly like it did the first time I had it in Marrakech! Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back!
S. S.
It was our third visit to Dada yesterday and it was amazing as always. Cannot recommend this place enough. The mix of dips with pita is a great way to start your meal and can be shared. Tagines are amazing, the sweet potato tagine and the cauliflower tagine are the best. Try one of their teas with your dessert. Staff are very friendly and it is also great value for such high quality food and setting.

I’d walked past many times but never been in before tonight. The decor is beautiful and the food was wonderful! The waiter was able to recommend dishes and we had the pear chicken. I’d never had anything like it before, I was a little hesitant because it’s not a combination I’d normally think of but it was delicious! Definitely try it. We had a lovely evening and I will be recommending to friend.
I also noticed a number of vegetarian dishes, always a plus as I have friends and family who are veggie and always egger to try new tasty food.
H. J.
Delicious food, amazing value... never disappoints.
R. Z.
Great authentic Moroccan food! It's not very common to find North African food in Ireland. I was very happy to eat some couscous and lamb skewers in Dublin. I highly recommend the Couscous Royal which has a lot of vegetables and a mix of meat: chicken, lamb, and mergez (North African sausage). Finally, getting the mint tea is an absolute must. You simply cannot finish a Maghrebi meal without having some good mint tea! The decor of the restaurant is also very Moorish and nice, with enjoyable North African music.
K. S.
Really good food. The place has a nice Moroccan feel. The waiters are very attentive and friendly. The food has lots of flavour. My husband and kids love the chicken liver and the slow roasted lamb shoulder. I had the soup for starters and the spiced meatballs all of which were packed with flavour. Even the chips that the kids had were delicious. If only i had room for dessert.
H. P.
Great food! So many different tastes and delights!
K. T.
Love this place. Great staff and really good food. The 7h lamb shoulder is some of the best i have had and the couscous royal is just over the top.
Highly recommend the home made lemonade as well. Taste is tangy and not too sweet

I visited this restaurant following a recommendation: I wish I had acted on it sooner. The restaurant decor has seen better days but it is still in good shape. The staff were very welcoming and gave excellent service. The menu was mouth watering and the meal itself was excellent. The colleague I was dining with said that this was the best restaurant he had visited in Dublin (and we dine out two or three nights a week). WIGA? Yes, I would go again and my colleague is planning to invite a larger group next time.
S. F.
This place is very unique. Food is very rich, they know what they're doing with their spices, and decor is all African themed. Music is African too, there's certainly a sense that this place is trying to give you the full Moroccan experience. Early bird last until 6.30 and is very reasonably priced. Try their signature Moroccan teas when your finished eating. 10/10 would dine again!
D. M.
Best vegetarian food, I ever had in Dublin. :)
E. C.
Gorgeous food, amazing service. We had the set menu and it was a great way to try all the dishes for starters. I had the hake tangine for main course and it was delicious.
T. P.
I've just come back from this restaurant and I'm impressed! Staff was friendly and kind, always making sure we were comfortable. We had a starter, two tajines and Moroccan coffee. The starter and tajines made us full and left no space for dessert. All food was really delicious, nicely seasoned and spiced, not too salty and not greasy either. The coffee was unique, flavorful and enjoyable. Interior is pretty. Perhaps the only thing that was not too impressive was the wine. I wouldn't mind paying more for a glass of something better. But I didn't come here for wine so it didn't ruin my impression. Overall great value for money and I will definitely come back.
N. D.
Decent food, nice vibe and environment. Portions generous, too.
A. B.
We just celebrated our anniversary there. it waa delicious. Everything we had was seasoned perfectly, from the shrimp apppetizer to our main dishes of fish to the lemon cardamom tart. They also ja e reall Morrocan mint tea. The service was perfect. Our server was attentive but not overly so. The ambiance was fantastic. Do not hesitate to go to this gem of a restaurant.

Nice food top service and you feel like if you are seating in a traditional restaurant in Marrakech
M. H. S.
Tasteful food not blend and the service is very good. Enjoyed every bit of it.
f. f.
A group of us went for dinner and we had a great time. Fabulous service and great food. The staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend it to anyone, a brilliant find. Will be returning, next time I am in Dublin.
D. M.
Excellent food, dishes are as close to the authentic thing as you can get. Choose the menu if you are really hungry. The Couscous Royale is a treat all by itself.
The staff is very friendly, and the location is great. Almost always busy, so if you don't go for the early bird, you'd better reserve.
Definitely recommending it.
M. L.
The them to the place is cool with a nice Moroccan vibe. We went on valentine's night and could only Could form the valentine's menu which for what we got, was a pure rip off. The waitress wasn't very accomodating. I had to ask for a menu after being forgotten about for 10 minutes. I would probably my go back once more on a normal night as I suspect the food will be more impressive then.
S. V.
The staff are lovely. The early bird menu is reasonably priced but the standard of food does not seem to be what it used to be. The mains were adequate at best and the flat bread they serve with it was cold and hard as a rock.
M. L. D.
Spent the evening at Dada last night, I have to say the food, wine and atmosphere was incredible! Only reason for the 4 star review and not 5 is because when we originally sat outside the for a drink we where forgotten about on multiple occasions. But overall - Would highly recommend.
F. S. M.
Lovely food and atmosphere. Food seems light, so you won't end up being too full to leave, unless you order too much food of course.
Perfect for romantic setup, group dinners and celebrations. Staff seems very nice and accommodating.
S. M.
Great food. Great lighting and atmosphere.
M. G.
Staff lovely. Food fab. Great value . Will return soon pg
S. K.
Food, wine, service and atmosphere was amazing! Guys were working like models!😁
D. P.
I went there for a dinner with friends. For starter we had some bread with marrocan dips. You might need an extra round of bread, they won't charge you for that. For main course I had the slow cooked (7h) lamb shoulder. It was AMAZING. Full of taste, amazingly cooked and very soft meat. For a side we had couscous with olive oil. We brought our own wine (€5 for the cork). The staff was very professional and friendly. I couldn't recommend more.
D. E.
Unfortunately they got rid of most of the really good dishes, such as the Monkfish, which was fantastic! Now the flavors of their dishes are all very simple, hardly any fruitiness anymore. If you ever were in Morocco you will be disappointed about this lack of diversity in the menu. Hardly go there anymore, which is a shame as they were my favorite restaurant.
A. L.
Dada is such a beautiful restaurant in the heart of Dublin city. The Moroccan food is out of this world! The service is top notch. I would 100% recommend this for a delicious meal. So affordable too!
S. M.
Great atmosphere and decor. We had the early bird with couscous royale, pastela and the grilled mince kofta (a mistake, as we ordered the saffron chicken but waiter brought something else). Everything was delicious and perfectly spiced, with huge portions. Only complaint was one waiter, he was inattentive ovweall, though the other waiter and owner (?) were very gracious and attentive, as though we were guests in their home. Would definitely go back.
M. F.
Very good dishes in a high sundered. Different type of cuisine that is made in traditional Moroccan way. Love the teas. And must try the seven hours cooked shoulder for meat lovers. Good to bring collages or your boss or any body that you wanted them to try something different and to feel special sure they will love it.
T.
It is a Moroccan restaurant. Been here for a birthday dinner with a big group. Staff are extremely nice and patient. It looked like a very busy place. The only downside is that the food just wasn't that nice. It lacked any spices. Maybe that's how it's supposed to be but I imagined Moroccan food to be more spicy.
P. M.
The food was amazing( in my top 10 meals I’ve ever had), staff were polite, friendly and attentive, the restaurant is beautiful. All in all a great experience and I will be back.
M. -. K.
Hey,
Food was delicious and fresh but
the seats weren’t comfortable at all .
J. K.
Good authentic food experience. Great service.
B. M.
Halal food. Moroccan. A bit pricey but for special occasions or romancing it's okay. Very atmospheric. Great ambience. Lamb shank melts in the mouth. Staff good also. Chef was friendly.
C. W.
After trying so many places to get a table on a Saturday night, we decided to try this restaurant.
We were able to get a table, and it was busy inside, but the staff were very prompt and service was pretty quick. Food was delicious, I had a lentil soup, and a chicken and vegetable couscous dish, and I shared a bottle of wine with my partner.
Would really recommend.
T. P. L.
Beautiful restaurant and lovely staff with wonderful food.
Went here for my birthday and i almost felt like i was in Morocco! Highly recommended
K. V.
I really, really like this restaurant. The portions are big, the flavours are delicious; very authentic. You can't go wrong with Dada, definitely a place to visit in Dublin.
A. S.
I have been there twice and I have to say that food is amazing with big portions, and staff is kind and professional. Affordable price as well. The second time I went, we were 10 people and when we arrived the waiter gave us a different menu with a fixed price (reduced menu - 30 euro per person: less main courses) which included a selection of apetisers & starters, main courses & dessert. Everything was excellent and really lot of food. The only thing I didn't like was that nobody told us the menu was different. I suppose it changes for groups, but they should have communicated us in advance! Anyway, I definitely recommend this place.
A. M.
The owner and the staff are all so nice, so polite, and so knowledgeable. The food was absolutely excellent, although the portions may be considered small by some. Great experience!
E. R.
Huge dishes, it's nice!
Food is good, but hummus was huge disappointment.
We were a large group but the service was still quick and efficient, no mess-ups with orders or cheque.
Value for money? hmm. Not sure, prices are okay but not amazing.
Л. К.
Nice restaurant. Was one of the brave ones which were open during snow in Dublin. Starters were very tasty and nicely served. If you gluten intolerant you will get carrots and celery sticks to enjoy hummus, tatziki. The main dishes looked very yummy. I have ordered vegetarian (7 veggies) and it wasn't good. Veggies overcooked and a lot of beans. Personal is friendly.
D. N.
We traveled with a group of 15 or so, and with a group that large it's often difficult to find places to make reservations online or via email in Dublin. We made the reservation via Opentable, and they set us up on a long table in the front room.
Food (tagines, kebabs, etc.) and service was excellent. The menu was filled with great vegetarian and gluten-free options, which was greatly appreciated from a trip-planner's perspective. I was a little surprised that it was not all that busy given the location, decor and quality of food. Personally, if you're a tourist spending more than a few days in Ireland, why not throw in some variety? Our family loved Dada.
S. R.
Delicious food and excellent attention from friendly staff
A. a. M. A. V.
After a few steady visits to dada, where the food was always very good, the visit of today was a bit different. The food was still good and everyone enjoyed their food. But it was not as good as it used the be.
I loved the lamb and apricot tagine and now is just lamb with carrots.
The food is still good but not as good as it used to be.
Hope they get back on track :)
S. W.
Really nice food, decor and staff
T. R.
Great taste, but a bit expensive. Dada serves deliciously fragrant couscous and tagine dishes. Both our lamb and chicken tagine were super tasty. The restaurant itself is nice looking with a lot of north African decorations. Service is quick and friendly. Only con is the price, which I find a bit high for Moroccan food. Recommended
R. G.
Tasty food, very well cooked and prepared. A good variety of dishes. Nice atmosphere and hospitality all around. Spacious placebthat can accommodate big groups. It's a bit pricey though.
X. D.
Amazing food, service and atmosphere. Can be crowded and a bit slow on weekend evenings but its definitely worth the wait! Ordered vegetable tangine and it was YUM. The spicy potato wedges are devine😋 only thing is that they could improve on portion size. Will def come back
O. B.
Food is always good and service usually is. The waitress tonight wasn't. Shoved the bill between us mid conversation when we hadn't even asked for it. It was only 9.30 and we were drinking coffees and sipping wine. Pity because the rest of the staff are lovely and the waiter we had before her couldn't have been nicer. She needs some training in hospitality I think.
P. J.
Magnificent food and great service. Love this place.
A. R.
I often passed this place and never ventured to visit, but I did the other night, was I surprised, what a lovely place. Was warmly welcomed. What an ambient surround. "This is gonna be nice" I said. I wasn't disappointed. The service was second to none, and the food was delosh really delish, great menu, oh, the flavours, yummy. A wonderful experience and lookin forward to my next. Well priced. Thanks guys, will see you again soon. You go, you WILL enjoy.
23/11/18. My second time here. This place is great. The manager/owner welcomed me and reminded me where I (and my buddy) sat an'what we ate. Shown to my table (on my own) the service was 5* the food was 5* ambience and comfort was 5*. This I reckon
is the best restaurant in Dublin for the price. Well worth a visit and you can afford it too. Go there, you will enjoy
O. M.
Very tasty food and warm hosts..
M. G. (.
Very good food, loved the shared appetisers menu. Deducting a star for service-we were seated for more than half an hour and nobody came to ask if we need water or drinks - and heating, it was really cold downstairs.
S.
Great experience. Tasty food. Nice atmosphere and Arabic/Marroquish deco style. I like the option of brining your own wine. (You can also, order a wine on site). Friendly staff. Fast service even when it was crowled. 100% recommended.
J. G.
Such lovely service and delicious food! Thank you!
p. s.
I went for a business dinner , I always chose this place as its elegant with very nice decor who reminds me the beauty of south Spain , the waiters were very welcoming, specially the moroccan lady who helped my guests to understand the ingredients of the dishes , she was very professional, and nice ,we took a table at the end of the restaurant which gave us the feeling of being in a private place ,they have also a beautiful terrace looking to the Main Street ,I’ll go back to take a coffee there .
Thanks again !
R. R.
If you are into Morrocan food you can't miss this place. The food is like the traditional one you get in Morocco itself, service is great and the location is very central. Try the couscous royal, you will not regret for a second.
K. B.
One of my favourite places to eat in Dublin. I have been here more than once, but last time the food was disappointing. I think it was just one bad time because overall one the best places that serve authentic Moroccan food!
R. A.
Always love Dada.. but this time Tagines were served on a cold white dish instead of the tagine dishes they always use.. and which keeps it piping hot? but it was just warm .. still very tasty but the proper Tagine Dish coming out sizzling hot is what i was always used to !!!! and not sure why they used cold dishes...staff are always lovely and great atmosphere you always feel you are in morocco instead of Dublin
S. A.
Lovely cosy restaurant. I had the chicken liver and chicken tagine. The spices are amazing, and all the meat fell right of the bone. Would highly recommend. Price was okay, early bird rate. Portions were large and service was great.
S. M.
Came for a work christmas do. 50 of us were rushed through in 2 hours. Staff walked off with unfinished wine bottles, attempted to over charge us by quantity of people or sneak in things which should have been in the menu. Tasty food but we all left unwilling to go back.
L. R.
Great way to eat with everyone sharing starters and mezze. The mains were all delicious. If you're looking for something a bit different i would highly recommend. Service was very good as well.
A. H.
Third time eating in Dada. Can never fault it! Amazing food and really friendly staff that go above and beyond for customers! Would highly recommend!!
L. M.
Had a lovely time in Dada. The staff were really friendly and attentive. Possibly the best customer service I've ever had in a restaurant. Food was delicious too.
S. F.
Really nice restaurant with an authentic feel. The food was very tasty and the prices are very good. If you like Moroccan food, this place won’t disappoint.
M. T.
Delicious food. Very friendly staff, especially our waiter Matteos was very helpful and filled with great humour. Absolutely fantastic experience.
J. L.
Lovely restaurant, I would ask for the Moroccan nationality after having dinner here. The atmosphere is so nice, the waiters were very welcoming and helpul. I told to the boss that I couldn't eat boulettes and he change them by some tacos-tacos sauce harissa mes morts. Such a lovely place <3
J. A.
Excellent food. Very authentic feel and friendly staff. Recommend making reservations. Atmosphere takes you right into the culture.
M. J.
Authentic Moroccan cuisine, super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Had the Hake and Pepper tagine which was delicious. Worth booking a table in advance. Well recommended.
L. W.
This restaurant was one of my favorites. Unfortunately the last two visits have resulted in me docking them stars. I think they lost a floor manager and a head chef. The service and food have gone south. Try the other Morrocan restaurant. Haven't been there yet but plan to soon. His reviews online are going up and up.
A. B.
Amazing food and ambiance. Lovely staff. Highly recommended for Moroccan Cuisine.
M. M.
Fabulous food and so reasonable with the early bird, with the added bonus of BOYB. Wonderful staff, so helful and friendly.
definitely no problem recommending this Restaurant.Looking forward to dining soon again in Dada
A. N. M.
Really great tasty food and the bring your own booze policy makes it great value. Buzzy, busy place in the evenings, great spot for large groups. Excellent service and gluten free options for coeliacs.
B. H.
You're either going to love or hate the decor – me, I like the ever so slightly over done Moroccan-ness of it. No arguing with the food though, which is excellent and good value. Particularly, as always, if you get there in time for the early bird. Very popular with ladies out on the town. Everything is spiced really well with food that's heavy on cumin, coriander and cinnamon and tagines and couscous feature prominently.
L. H.
Delicious food, was very flavoursome. Highly reccomend it. The monkfish was amazing. 10/10! Especially to our waiter mathelus and to the chef👌
S. B.
Food was authentic and very fresh having spent time in Casablanca. Even more impressive were the gracious and gentle staff, they made it. Highly recommended .
S. T.
Great Moroccan food. Service on a Friday evening was slow but that was expected given all the tables were full. Certainly a place to return in the future.
O. V.
Our Christmas time Christmas dinner dining experience was of a poor quality: 1) heated not freshly baked food 2)overcharged bill but was sorted out when pointed.but service was quick and staff - pleasant . big hopes about brilliant Moroccan food turned out into dry meatballs for main and pathetic brownie with very strong strong mint tea. 3 stars just for service not for food. hoped to bring my husband there but will never happens
M. F.
Good place for groups, ate here with a group of 7 - great group menu with shared starters. I opted for main of slow cooked lamb - highly recommend. Also very friendly staff.
L. S.
Best Moroccan restaurant in town. I usually order a bunch of little dishes to share but their tagines are also delicious. Enjoyed with a glass of their wine selection makes for a lively evening.
L. H.
My favourite place to eat in Dublin! Everything is delicious and they have a fantastic early bird menu.
E. M.
Evening bite to eat on a Friday. We we're told we couldn't book a table but no problem to fit us in. We arrived 6.30 and had to vacate table by 8pm which means they can do reservations! Table by the door was draughty and smokers outside window we're annoying as smoke wafted in. Service was slow and meals luke warm. I've had better days there and maybe time of year doesn't help.
Not so Kean to go back too soon. Oh bring your own drinks as selection is limited.
S. A.
lovely food and great service.
B. D.
Classy and romantic atmosphere. The food is Moroccan and very well made (As far as I know.) You should consider making a reservation for dinner.
T. M.
Very delicious and lovely atmosphere.
Portions are huge, perfectly seasoned and staff seems to genuinely care about your experience.
Would certainly go back.
L.
Beautiful Food! Very friendly staff! Comfy atmosphere! And you can bring your own bottle of wine! Perfect! :)
D. O.
Delicious food at a great price. The service was wonderful as well, so friendly and welcoming. This place is particularly good for groups.
T. R.
Fantastic food. The number of options for coeliac options and gluten free choices was fantastic. It is great value for money as well, especially if you go for the early bird and byob!
S. S.
Tasty food. Cover outdoor tables. Fairly priced.
A. G.
Food was very good. Large portions and served steaming hot! The service was not always as fast as they could have been, but they were friendly and informative.
N. C.
Wonderful flavours and excellent value for money. I'd highly recommend the meat platter, 5/5.
R. M.
Friendly staff and a cosy setting. Food was reasonably priced, and good quality. They accepted me as a walk in. Recommended. I would definitely come back.

It was an amazing experience for us. The food was tasty and delicious. The service was great, Mateus helped us to have a great experience at Dada.
B. B.
Great place and respect to the waiter who brought some dates while waiting for my food when he ask if I’m fasting. These little things what make a restaurant 5 star!!! Food is fantastic as well
E. F.
Love everything about this Restaurant. Excellent food and the staff are very attentive and genuinely helpful. love the ambiance and decor too
C. K.
Great food. Loved the prawns as a starter, and the lamb apricot tagine was delightful. Service on Sunday was attentive. Would come back.
B. S. C.
Coming from Morocco, We are familiar with the mediterraneen food. Dada restaurant meets the standard and much more. Finding such a fine place in Dublin is a splendid surprise! Greate food & Service.
L. G.
Menu full of lots of flavours and great service. The homemade Lemonade was wonderful and I'd happily pay for the recipe.
T. R.
Fantastic food, and our waiter, Matt, went above and beyond to make our experience the best it could be. Would highly recommend!
D. F.
Great decor and good value early bird menu.
Start with the bread and dips (mmmm hummus!) or the fried prawns. For main I'm a big fan of the merguez sausage couscous or the kofta meatballs tagine in tomato sauce with eggs. And you really can't miss out on the spicy Moroccan coffee and pastries for dessert.
L. L.
Food was lovely but took a while to cool down as it was served in tagines. Had harira and pan fried chicken liver to start followed by Kofta Tagine and Chicken and potato Tagine. All delicious. Looking forward to returning. Staff lovely.
A. K.
Very nice to eat and friendly staff ! Not expensive compared to other place in Dublin and for the quality of food. I recommend highly 👌
C. W.
Really nice food tastes very fresh but slightly on the expensive side especially some of the starters. But probably worth the price overall
D. S.
First time in Dada and I really enjoyed it. Food was lovely and the service was even better. Looking forward to next visit.

Amazing ambience and lovely staff. Food is exquisite and the wine was tasty as well. Highly recommend it!

The atmosphere is nice here, staff were friendly and the food is good overall. Slightly strange music however for a Moroccan restaurant though.

As an Indian I loved it. It is very different but still feels like it is close to Indian taste. Amazing place to try out
G. R.
Absolute pleasure to eat, spend time and socialise at Dada! Wonderful service, food is delicious and fantastic experience. Thank you guys at Dada restaurant!

The best Moroccan food I've ever had. You have to come here at least once! You haven't lived until you try the lamb shoulder!
L. S.
One of my favourite places. The food is so good as is the service. Thanks for a great evening.

Pretty average fare. The Taluk was the best out of what we ordered. Mint tea is decent too. But the Tajines failed to impress.
