D. J.**EDIT** credit where it’s due, this place has really upped it’s game since this poor experience at the start so I have edited my review from 1 star to 3 star. (I’m not sure Domino’s can ever be above 3 star tbh)
I could see from the App that my pizza was out of the oven and at ‘quality checking’ status for 40 mins, so I called the restaurant to ask if there was a problem. They said there was no problem and my food was already on the way, I live 5 minutes from the restaurant. I continued to watch it in ‘quality checking’ status for another 25 mins. It arrived 35 minutes later and stone cold. Clearly it was sitting out of the oven for an hour. I called again to complain and was told that a replacement pizza would take the same length of time as they are short on drivers. They offered a refund as the only feasible option. I decided to reheat the pizza in the oven as I was starving after waiting 75 minutes but couldn’t eat it as it was absolutely smothered in BBQ sauce. Appreciate I did select the ‘additional BBQ sauce’ option but surely common sense should prevail with the amounts that are actually edible before completely destroying the pizza. The sauce was dripping off the base, along with all of the toppings. I couldn’t eat it even if I wanted to. First time ordering here, needless to say it’s going to take a lot for me to consider ordering from them again.
