Today we ordered takeaway, but found that the amount was less compared to what we had when we dined in-house previously (as in photos). It also looked less appetising as you can see. The red bowl is what we had for take away and the white plate is what we had when we dined in.

Okay so if you looking for the japanese experience this is not the place as anyother (go to Japan if you want to)
Quality is very nice.
The wassapi seems fresh and strong (loved it)
Sushi was decent and fresh(yet the fish wont say that much since its ireland but its tasty.
Asahi beer is very very nice.
Calamri noodles was not deep fried(the calamari).
Over all is very nice.

We had a pretty good dinner here. Staff were lovely and very attentive. Food was pretty good. We found the sashimi fresh and slices were quite generous. Calamari was also tasty and not overcooked.
Sushi rolls however could be improved in my opinion. The two we had were quite soggy - too much mayo/sauce. It would have been better to leave that to each customer's preference and would also prevent the tempura inside from getting soggy. It also detracted a bit from the core taste of the rolls. All in all, a decent place but we would probably try other sushi bars next time.

Excellent food and service. While it is a Sushi restaurant they could do with a slightly better menu to cater for people who are not into fish. A burger or steak. My party were all delighted and have booked to go back.

Amazing sushi served here! Lots of variety with the special rolls and nigiri sushi. Incredibly fresh sashimi and generous portions of it too. My 8- and 11-year olds were thrilled they got their raw salmon and ikura (raw salmon eggs) fix, which isn't easy to come by as we live in North Cork. Lovely chilled ambience (we were there off-peak) and views of the riverside. Sorry no pics as we were too busy stuffing our faces with the food.

Fresh sushi and warm tea were the perfect combination on a cold day. The staff was very attentive and served us incredible sushi variety with crispy chicken gyoza, and edamame. Would love to see the edamame warmed with a bit of salt on them but was still very tasty. Great experience!

Beautiful venue, great service, but I found the fish a little lackluster compared to their sister store on Poolbeg Street.
Still, the layout is beautiful and the dishes are arranged gorgeously.

Very chilled and nice location at the Liffey. Go there for some solid sushi options. I can recommend the tasty deluxe sushi/sashimi platters to share. As a starter we had the grilled prawns which had an excellent spicing (spicy and intense). Friendly and humble service.
