Food is nice. You guys need to look at the running of the barista area thou. the girl was run off her feet. She was working constantly and was v nice, even thou you could see she was under pressure. No one was helping her. . Our food went cold while waiting on our order to be taken and americanos made.

Always a nice time at kays, great place to meet with friends. On this occasion though I was disappointed with the quality of the cooking of the breakfast. It was a little under done for me. Still a great experience and you must have your covid cert to enter. And the desserts are always delicious 😊

Food is always fantastic. A little expensive but overall amazing. Another plus is you get free crisps too! The staff are always so friendly and helpful too. Can be very busy at times but is usually ok. I highly recommend the ham and cheese soft bread toasted roll, it is amazing

Such a nice place with something for everyone's taste. I've tried a few of the different types of food here from the noodles, burgers, carvery and coffee. Ever meal was delicious. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

Would I Recommend? -Yes -Nice Decor -Nice Staff Decor was very nice, lovely atmosphere to the cafe and restaurant it had a more homely and local feel. Staff seemed very nice. I personally only experienced the cafe part. Tasting the coffee and pastries. The coffee was good but not the best of the best but it was perfectly priced in my eyes having experience in hospitality it came with a complimentary biscuit which was a lovely touch. Cakes seemed to be pricey, If they are homemade they are priced correctly but if they're ordered in, they are over priced. Covid signs were clear to understand and if in the square id recommend it to try its a nice spot to escape from your everyday cafe brands available.

If you like your food to be a good portion then please don't order the Mexican skillet as it would leave hungry,have been meny times and have had several different dishes and the only downfall unlike most eateries you have to pay for a top up for a cup of tea

Best breakfast ever today. HUGE selection of food available and also at all times during the day with pizza, dinners, salads etc, catering for absolutely everyone, top quality food and service, friendly staff, clean tables in comfy setting. Nothing to dislike, we had 2 large Irish Breakfasts (8 items) and 1 mini Irish (3 items), selection of toast with tea and coffee included. ample supply of ketchup, jams, butter etc Exceptional value for money.

When people can make the difference, this is the place to be I went with the family to the square this morning.... We realized that kids were so hungry, even if earlier than usual because of the excitement... So we head around and we saw the pretty restaurant (kay) with plenty of choice. My 2years old was having a little melt down and a fantastic lady from the kitchen approach me to insure I was looked after... So nice. Then I went to get more food and again she was trying to help while they were getting ready for lunch & the cashier was a cherry on the cake because with the manager did help me to sort the other child and..... Just these things that you can't buy... Best restaurant experience ever & the food is well presented and very good. Many thanks & hope whom reading this will be able to enjoy it as we did.
