My wife recommended this place to me so we decided to go there on a date. The service is amazing. They have so many nice cocktails on the menu and the food was unreal. I can't wait to go back to this place ❤️

One of the best indian food I have tasted in Dublin. Good place to hangout with friends. Just that the Starters were a bit dry and chewy. But the biriyani was simply awesome. We loved it. And it went to a different level with the deserts. All the deserts we added were top notch. Must try if you need some good indian food experience. Covid certa required now for indoor dining.

Overall, food is good, cocktails are OK (I like Pina colado ;)). The staff I felt is good but manager maybe a little weird sometimes. 2 of our friends coming from back were a bit late and I wanted to order cocktails, imagine what they told me?? They told me and I quote, "there's no one right now to make cocktails as we are on high time and all our folks are on floor" :D ROFL .. But 5 mins later after I made a bad face, they served cocktails. End of the dinner we had a nice time and a bill of 249€, so we were not doing a timepass there for sure.

Lovely cosy place in the centre of Ranelagh. Staff is very friendly and professional. We got a table towards the end of the restaurant and it felt very cosy. Food was very good (from both a quantitative and qualitative standpoint) and the overall experience a great one. Highly recommended.

Really enjoyed our meal in this restaurant. However. I know for sure I left a pair of expensive reading glasses in this restaurant on our visit on Halloween night and I cannot believe they were not handed to a member of staff. Like, what member of the public, sits down in our previously occupied seats, and takes someone else's reading glasses? Two phone calls, and even another visit to the restaurant yielded no results. Just sayin'!!!

Amazing food and service . They have nice collection of wine if you are a wine lover. I think I got to taste one of best and authentic chicken tandoori here . They have that proper flavour of chicken tandoor . I would love to visit again and recommend people.

Located in Dublin, this Pakistani inspired restaurant is absolutely superb. With a modern, yet cozy feel I knew we were walking into something special right away. The food is impeccable. Seasonings and flavor are some of the best I have had anywhere. Everything from the curry and masala down to any of the meats. The stuffed cheesy Naan was also great and a good starter for our meal. The decor was modern and the color scheme withen the building is very rich with warm middle Eastern tones that made it very romantic for our honeymoon visit. Overall, a exceptional place to eat and couldn't recommend it enough. Unfortunately we live in the states and won't be able to return for a while.

Finally a true five star experience in Dublin. We made reservations online and we're pleasently surprised to see a true fine dining Pakistani establishment. The service and food were both exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to cater to our requirements. The ambiance of the very nice. After looking for a few restaurants on Christmas Eve as everything was nearly closed, we ended up having a great welcoming in this Pakistani Restaurant. How lucky! Food is great. And the staff was amazing, specially the Lebanese guy who I don't remember the name at the moment, but he was the one looking after us the whole dinner and his customer service was 👌 Fantastic experience and fantastic food. We ordered lobster, and I can highly recommend this starter. We will go back definitely. PS pics are not the best, but still.

My first time trying Vietnamese food and I wasn’t disappointed. Such great menu options and also some not too spicy options if you’re a novice like me. Nice wine list as well. We came early on a Saturday night and the place was very buzzy. Staff seem very knowledgeable and experienced.

It is a small restaurant but with great food and nice atmosphere, although it can be noisy with all the clients talking. We went there for dinner on a busy night but we had booked our table in advance so it was no problem. The service was quick and the staff was very friendly. The cocktails are also very good. Brilliant Place in every way! The food is amazing, the service is great and the cocktails are fantastic. I would highly recommend the tandoori prawns as they are so tasty. My partner and I have been here a couple of times and the staff are great, even put the prosecco we had bought before hand to bring home in the fridge! We weren't able to finish all our food and got its wrapped up to go. Love it.

I had my first meal in a restaurant this evening since lockdown and as always, Kinara never disappoints. From booking to arrival to staff to the food I felt 100% safe and well looked after during these strange times. Apart from all the staff wearing face shields, everything else felt so normal and the food tasted just as good, if not better than before. Well done to all the Kinara staff. I'll be back very soon.

The best of restaurant experiences can be ruined by unfriendly staff and this was exactly the case here. The manager on the job looked quite irritated when we requested him to merge our tables, granted that it was our fault for telling him no one else will be joining us (but later 6 more people did) but he kept telling us that he had already booked the tables we had vacated. During our entire meal, the restaurant was mostly empty so I am unsure who he had booked them for and it almost felt like he was unwilling to assist us with our request by making excuses. The waiter serving us was borderline rude without crossing limits by showing an impatient attitude while taking orders. With that said this takes nothing away from the professionalism of the staff or their ability to serve us, it was not a congenial experience that you would normally have but it was not bad either. The food Kinara serves a fusion of Pakistani and Indian Cuisine. The Ambiance is amazing with and the atmosphere is good. The food was absolutely brilliant with amazing taste and texture. If you’re looking for a genuine Pakistani or Indian cuisine experience this would be an excellent option as the flavour is slightly modified to suit the European taste buds without losing the flavour. If you’re looking for the complete desi experience with the food being on the hot end of the scale make sure to tell the server and they will be more than happy to adjust their flavours to suit your desires. The place is usually packed so I would recommend to make advance bookings in order not to be disappointed.

This is the best Pakistani/ Indian food I've had in Dublin. It is a bit pricier than other spots but well worth it because it is such high quality, flavoursome, delicious food. The atmosphere is nice and the staff are lovely too. Would highly recommend it.

Probably one of the tastiest restaurants in the area. Excellent quality Pakistani food, a great menu, and perfect portion sizes. Any bumps along the way were ironed out smoothly by the staff. Their booking system is a little odd so it's best to just phone in your booking to make sure, but the staff are very accommodating nonetheless. I strongly recommend the house special Nihari Gosht for a medium-spicy, rich, flavourful curry that you wouldn't find many other places.

Good amount and reasonably priced given location (Dublin is expensive ) etc. Our case: we were three, had one main each, shared a fourth one, garlic naans, two lassi, total 88 euros.

Wonderful food! Yes, portions could be a bit larger, but the quality of food makes up for that, also you can just order rice and naan bread to fill yourself up more, if you're really hungry. I had the lamb signature dish, it was incredible, not your usual smelly or chewy lamb, instead it was cooked to perfection and full of flavor. My partner was also very happy with her chicken main. Naan is delicious, so are the poppadoms, which I don't usually like. Possibly the rice was not up to the rest of the food, both steamed and pilau rice were just average. Will visit again soon.

Unfortunately since losing their previous chef about a year ago, Kinara has been solid but not outstanding, and not good enough for the prices they charge. Previously I would have said Kinara was easily the best Indian/Pakistani restaurant in Dublin. We've visited Kinara five times since the chef change and each visit has underwhelmed somehow. Service has fallen off in quality as well, but it's the food that will prevent us from returning as frequently in the future.

Feel bad giving it 3 star but the guy who I dunno organizes the booking was borderline rude when I said I didn't have a booking (tbh we wanted a drink and something small to eat ) we were seated at the bar very little room which is understandable ...the worst part was we were told we would have a table when we ordered food which I thought was a bit strange ...tbh I mis heard the gentleman and was waiting to be seated to order but was told I had to order before I sat at my table I thought this was strange and felt very uncomfortable about it ,also my g f mentioned she felt a little uncomfortable which tbh really annoyed me. We were asked "what ya want " and got a bit of an exhale when I wanted more time ....I expected more from the gentleman he seemed maybe a manager or something definitely how you would not like to be treated ....anyway after being seated the food was very good and I feel bad for my waiter he was excellent and curtious and the 3 star rating doesn't reflect the 5 star service he provided.

I literally LOVE this place !! It's been my favourite restaurant over in Dublin since I tried it the first time. All their food is delicious, and for those who love spicy food (like me), you can finally have really hot dishes if you like. They have a lot of options and I'd say they adapt to the taste of anyone.
