I would give it more than five stars, I really enjoyed my stake and the atmosphere of the place was amazing. The staff were so friendly they made our experience much enjoyable. They have blankets and heaters for the outside tables. Will visit again for sure 👍🏻

Stopped in for a late lunch on a Thursday and certainly a great choice. La Maison menu is just right and nails the Brasserie feel. Portions are good and certainly a nice bit of inventiveness in the dishes. I tried fish of the day which was a mid size fillet of halibut served with absolutely delicious Sweet Potato and cheese gratin. My wife had mussels followed by risotto both of which she could not look up from! I enjoyed a very nice Belgium beer and my wife two generous glasses of wine, service was exquisite and combined with a tasteful interior La Masion should be on you list for a taste of French excellence. Don’t forget to leave enough time to enjoy desert and perhaps a second bottle of wine!

Had such a pleasant experience at this restaurant, the food was delicious and the service was exceptional. We chose to eat at the terrace and were pleasantly surprised that they had heaters outside. La Maison has now become one of my go to places in the city center. Would definitely recommend.
J. H.
Great local. very welcoming. Excellent staff. Dishes at the height of expectations. prices in accordance with the local, affordable price.
M. B.
Great service and I had a tasty cod dinner.. my wife's chicken was a bit bland though. Two mains and a bottle of red wine was 87 euros.. so a bit pricy, otherwise would have given four stars.

Always enjoy coming here, delicious traditional French cooking and great service. The atmosphere is also very nice , with vintage decor.

It was our second time in La Maison and we will be back for more ! The food is so good and I could easily recommend everything on the menu. The service is one of the best in town and the place itself is very cozy.
Perfect for a special occasion but make sure to book ahead.
D. W.
My only complaint was that the meal was over too soon.
Prices are a little high, but not at all unexpectedly so for the calibre of restaurant.
The wine was excellent, the food was delicious, and the staff were lovely. Definitely recommended for a slightly nicer evening out.
V. S.
Beautiful restaurant with authentic French food, all cooked to perfection. Good choice on the menu even though I don't eat meat. Pleasant dinning room, comfy chairs and super attentive staff. Already looking forward to going back soon! Would highly recommend.
D. W.
Superb food, wonderful staff. Always a pleasure to dine here. Already looking forward to next visit !

All was really good : staff, food and wine
It worth the price

Excellent experience. The food, the service and the surprisingly cosy outdoor terrace were superb. The fennel and parmesan salad should become a seasonal menu staple. Absolutely delicious. All fantastic, will definitely be returning!

First time here as I was treated for my birthday. The staff were very friendly and welcoming with such a nice atmosphere to the place.
We got the cote de boeuf and was not disappointed! Such a huge portion as shown in the picture. The meat was so tender and juicy, and the peppercorn sauce was delicious with the fried potatoes.
To my surprise the staff, (chef included) came out with a gorgeous strawberry, cream and ice cream desert singing happy birthday. I had such a lovely birthday 😊

My first time in a French restaurant and the experience was wonderful. Food was amazing and equally supported by the service. My girlfriend is from Marseille and it was her birthday. We sat outside as the night was quite pleasant. Appreciate the fact that smoking is not allowed in the outside seating area! As soon as we got the starters we fell in love with it. Scallops and beef tartare just melts in your mouth. It was little expensive but compared to some of the other French restaurant, it was not as expensive but worth every penny. Highly recommend it!! We will definitely visit again!

What a wonderful place. Great food, great staff and a super cozy and peaceful atmosfere … I’ve seen some comments about the higher prices, but in this place you get what you pay for … quality and service. Ben fatto Giorgio tanti Auguri.

Good tasty food and portions. Visited twice, the first time with a voucher and second time to bring my French dad who is very picky with food. During our stays, we were lucky to be served by their French waiter from Bourgogne who contributed to the great experience each time with his professional yet fun attitude.
Try the steak tartare for starter, turbot fish and Tarte Tatin for dessert and you will be blown away. On the second visit, I had their fish of the day which was a sole, which they deboned at the table!
My favourite dish really was, during my first visit, from the "à la carte" menu: Turbot served with Chanterelle mushrooms, Lardons, fondue of leek, gnocchi. Everything worked so well together, each ingredient bringing something to the table with its own texture and taste, making each bite sumptuous on the palate.
The Tarte Tatin was good to share as it is quite big.
Very pleasant experience overall so. I warmly recommend!

Excellent place to eat French cuisine in town with various specialities, and numerous choices of seafood.
The place is very charming, and quiet, which is ideal to spend a nice evening and have a conversation.
Service was excellent, and we had the chance to talk a bit with the wine specialist, explaining us how he selected wines, and recommending us good wines to go along the plates.
Food was great, and the "pâté" is definitely what you want to try in the entrance menu, as they bring a huge platter of different varieties and allow you to choose from or to select a bit of all.
G. L.
Food was beautiful. Staff were very attentive and professional. Can't wait to return.
B. I.
Magnificent! We have been meaning to visit of this restaurant for quite a while and we took the opportunity to visit it on Saturday night.
From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty and nothing was a problem. Giorgio and Eva our hostess were incredibly attentive funny and gave us excellent attention all night.
The food was beautifully presented cooked and the beef was melt in the mouth as was the steak.
Starters wer equally fabulous.
It was a memorable and special occasion to dine here.
A Bientot!

We had the most wonderful dining experience at La Maison this evening. We shared the pate and the waiter came out with a butcher block assortment of house made deliciousness that were served tableside. The meal and service were impeccable and the wine list is extensive and priced right. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!
M. K.
We had the Cote de Boeuf which was the highlight of our special birthday dinner today. Beautifully prepared, cooked medium rare and presented on a bed of wafer thin sauteed potatoes and sourdough bread to soak up all the fabulous cooking juices. Superb and a really special treat. Our compliments to the chef.

Amazing. This is real French. One of my French friends who is a totally classic French recommended here to me. It was successful. Everyone should start the real french food at this place. All staffs are sweet and helpful. The manager is great at serving and guests. I strongly recommend “La Maison” to every Irish and even French in Dublin.
Thanks for the night👍🏻

i think i just had the best meal of my entire life here. Randomly walked in because the pub kitchens were closed and hoooollllyy wow. Goat cheese appetizer, coq au vin, delicious red wine. If i had room for dessert i bet id have loved that too. Literally in shock, i would travel all the way back to dublin just to eat at this french restaurant again!!! Staff was SO friendly, quick service, outside available. 10 stars from me
K. I.
Absolutely delicious food!! Everything was perfect! The staff very friendly, good service! We will be back for sure :)
G. W.
I love this place. Great Classic French food. Friendly service. I've been for lunch and dinner and enjoy it every single time. One of my favorite places to eat in Dublin
a. M.
Fantastic food, vino and service. Cote de boeuf outrageously good dish. We sat outside, very cozy with heaters and blankets.
S.
So this little gem of a place should seriously be on your list of places to eat in Dublin. The food is absolutely amazing, especially the rissota. Wine is just divine by the bottle 😂 of course, and the staff are super friendly and love having a laugh with their clients super warm and friendly and the place is gorgeous. A must go place.
I.
Had an amazing dinner and I would recommend the steak for 2 many thanks from cian I will be returning !
P. M.
Great traditional French restaurant safe under new management. Fantastic steaks and scallop and salmon starters and warm service.
K. D.

We had a perfect night in this french restaurant. The food was delicious and the staff was really kind. They also have good wines!
S. l.
We went there several times and we once ordered take away during lockdown. We were never disappointed! Love that french restaurant.
T. N.
Delicious French restaurant hidden on a tiny street in Dublin. Besides their amazing meat and fish entrees, don’t forget to try their pot pies.
N. C.
Food was absolutely fabulous! 10/10. Best meal I've had in Dublin in a ages. Treat yourself... you will not be disappointed.
P. S.
I have to say well done what amazing food & outstanding service Saturday evening 28th August 2021. Thank you so much really enjoyed will be back.

We had a wonderful evening at La Maison! The waiters were very friendly and had plenty of good suggestions. After opting for the Côte du Boeuf for our main, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality and quantity of food served to us! With a delicious apple tart to finish us off, you couldn’t have had two happier customers! Thank you again La Maison.
A. d. J.
Lovely French restaurant. A bit of an older atmosphere but the food was delicious. The cote De boeuf was amazing and also the desserts (we had creme brulee and Chocolat fondant) were delicious. Wine and service were also very good. The only down would be the kind of old, formal atmosphere.
S. F.
One of my favourite restaurants in Dublin. Have been in here countless times and it never disappoints. The service is wonderful. Scallops St Jacques are always a great option. Really authentic Coq au Vin. Cote de bouef is really brilliant. The last time I visited I had the French onion soup and the fillet of sole, both absolutely delicious.
M. T.
Great service and delicious food. Authentic French bistro
A. G.
Wonderful food, amazing service. Can't wait to go back!
P. A.
Absolutely lovely lunch, great staff and service. Will definitely be back
e. m.
Fantastic food and service. The room is a little crowded & tight but that is understandable. Had fish of the day which was a wonderful grilled sea bass
N. C.
Amazing staff and very flavorful food. A fine French restaurant in the heart of Dublin. Have the after chocolate it is to die for.
J. M.
What an experience.....
We were given vouchers for Christmas 2019, first time in the city in 1.5 years due to covid. Like most folk we were unsure if the voucher would still be valid. Previous night to our visit I spoke to Kian you assured me all would be good. Arrived for lunch and we were treated to a masterclass of customer service from Leanne and Mark. The food was beyond delicious, sitting outside enjoying the buzz of Dublin while enjoying a fantastic meal. For main course we both had the chicken with a side of garden peas and baby potatoes, positively mouth watering. So excited about all this food I forget to take the actual names of the dishes but I couldn't forget the desert, white chocolate torte and a blackcurrant pana cotta. Nothing was too much for the team they allowed us to enjoy our food while being reasurred if there was anything we needed they would help. Even the to die for chocolate pieces to take home where a fantastic touch.
Thank you so much for accommodating our voucher and afternoon it was a pleasure we won't forget and we will be back.

Fab food servered with cate and love. Lovely setting..could be Left Bank in Paris.
A. M.
Went for the early bird menu. Staff were excellent, food amazing, and 3 courses and pichet of wine were very good value.
M. L. S.
There is a good menu (not big) with unique options. The service is excellent and the atmosphere too. Highly recommended!
T. D.
Real French food and style. Must-have is the pate, it comes on a cart. Tartare is also really good. Really nice place, especially compared to the mediocre spots that it is surrounded by.
M. O.
Had lunch here with a friend on a Saturday afternoon. Delightful little place with excellent food. We both had the omelette & it was beyond yummy. Lovely little rolls with delicious herb butter. Good strong coffee served with a little board of scrumptious white & dark chocolate . Service was superb & friendly.
We waited for a table as we did not make a reservation..so make a reservation as it is a busy...busy place. Easy to find & get to...Enjoy...
Y. T.
Lovely terrace with heaters. Great food and wine. Very romantic
Z. C.
Amazing cuisine, atmosphere and staff - truly French! Highly recommended!
R. H.
Great food and excellent selection of wines!
D. L. F.
Food was great, service was slow had to ask the waiter twice for a beer, and at least 3 times or more for desert port, which arrived after desert even though it was ordered before the desert
c. c.
Amazing food and superb service! We loved all dishes, even the bread with butter which is served at the beginning! The waitress was really nice and helpufull. At the end she bring us some white and dark chocolates.. Lovely!
The only bad thing.. No escargot in the lunch menu.. :(
Really recommended!!!!
H. S.
Greatest discovery of lockdown! Fresh sourdough baguettes, oozing chocolate cake, lovely pork pate and great service on top.
You can also get a pot with ready made mussels and cook at home. Perfect!
P. D.
Thoroughly enjoyed delicious food and wine.
A. A.
There is an effort made to make the place and the menu authentic French. The service is done with care. Unfortunately, the quality of the food is subpar to the ambiance.
Y. L.
We visited this place in the middle of December. Contradictive experience. The food was amazing and delicious, but the staff.. Delays in taking orders, unable to answer questions about the wine list, dumping food and run away.. For this price tag and rating their service was disappointing.. 😒
s. w.
Great authentic French food with attentive service and unpretentious surroundings. One of the best French restaurants in Dublin.
R. T.
Unbelievable food as well as unbelievable staff. Nicest place I've eaten in a few years!
D. C.
Wonderful experience, incredible food
D. A.
Unexpectedly great. Very authentic. Lovely interior and outside seating. Staff is French.
N. W.
Incredible. The best squab I've ever had, and an incredible wine selection. The staff was excellent and attentive. The best meal we had in Dublin, by far. I'm not even a huge fan of French food (booked it for my wife), but it exceeded all expectations! The not-too-loud music selection in the background was also excellent. We've got one last evening in Dublin this following week - basically an overnight layover - and I've made reservations to return. I can't wait.

SAT LUNCH 17JULY lunch lovely food ,great service not cheap but worthed great wine list and head waiter very welcoming .Than you
N. D.
Food is amazing, well worth a visit.
A. G.
It is a moderately expensive restaurant and the tables are far too close together, like a cheap pizzeria. Having said that the food was lovely. Everything was delicious. I asked if I could have fries with my black sole instead of mash as I don't like mask and I was told "but of course" However, when the bill came I was charged €4.50 for the portion of fries. I would have preferred if the waitress had told me that when ordering.
S. M.
Dropped in for lunch on Saturday. Such a lovely welcome, the service was excellent. The food was very tasty and that little bit different with lovely blends of flavours. I also loved the decor and it was all at an acceptable price. Thank you
S. F.
Amazing lunch spot, service very attentive without being over done or intrusive, gorgeous food, champagne by the glass, what more could you want? Would highly recommend the seared tuna and steak tartare. Will definitely be back and also a big thank you to all the team for making the special occasion all the more special!
A. H.
Wow superb meal! !! Best prepared duck breast I have ever had. Others in my party had excellent fish dishes. Starters were excellent, generous portions, nice wine list.
Reasonably priced for what you get. Tip - order the green beans as a side to share.
Bistro like environment with outdoor street side seating. Unpretentious, but a foodie would be impressed. About $50 a person, and worth it.
T. L.
Very French :) felt like I was in a Parisian bistro. Went for lunch, but whilst the service was good. The food took over 40 minutes to arrive. Also the waitress didn't really understand what Gluten free was exactly.
t. a.
Fantastic service, lovely waiters and the food was splendid. I loved the onion soup and creme brulee in particular. The risotto was also amazing. I'd recommend it to anyone who's a fan of French cuisine
I. J.
Great food and even better staff.
P. S.
This is a great place for a Friday/Saturday night restaurant, let's say if you want to take your significant other out, or meet in a group of 4-6. The food is delicious, the service attentive and friendly, and the wine selection very good. Mind that it might be a bit noisy if you sit outside, as the nearby pubs attract street musicians and your Dublin party crowds.
B. C.
Had a beautiful fish skillet plate, fish was perfectly cooked, mussels were tasty and the sauce had the perfect aniseed hint. Still thinking about it, great dish.
N.
The staff in La Maison were amazing! A special big thank you to Erica. She put on an absolute show for my Dads 70th. Food and atmosphere was incredible. I will be back for sure, and will tell all friends of our great experience. Thanks again!! :)
d. w.
My family had a three night stay in dublin and we weren't sure where to eat a late breakfast brunch type of thing but we spotted La Maison and got seated right away. The service is great and the food is even better. I shared a stake with onion rings, a salad, and fries that filled us both. We also enjoyed bread and an interesting appetizer spread. Prices varry but would definitely recommend. Oh and sitting outdoors was even better!
F. N.
We were here on the 12th of July (Friday) for an early bird with my partner.
The place is a bit small inside, but the atmosphere is cosy and it is nicely decorated. It does remind one of the continental Europe for sure.
The best thing was the service. We were served by Tiago. He was attentive, pleasant, knowledgeable about the menu and helpful. He is amazing. We could see that other staff were courteous and pleasant as well and that this is a priority for them and for the restaurant.
This has made our evening.
The food was very, very good, especially the mackerel on the pan as a starter and chocolate fondant as the dessert (I love it). My girlfriend´s creme brulée was probably the best I have ever tasted.
There are nice touches all over. Don´t believe people saying "slow service" when all we could see was attentiveness and care. We will be back.
E. S. Y.
Amazing gins and food! One of the best meals we had in Ireland!
S. S.
A super lunch - top notch food and service.
A. O.
Enjoyed a late lunch here today. We sat outside & ordered from the early-bird menu. The food was top class and great service too. I couldnt recommend it enough.
W. W.
Upon arrival you can tell this is a very well presented restaurant. From the moment we were greeted and throughout the dining experience the staff were knowledable, helpful, and really lovely. Watching the food come out of the kitchen and be presented at the table next to ours was a pleasure to behold. It looked amazing, they put a lot of time into the aesthetics for everything they do here. Why then if everything was so well laid out and presented did I rate it only four stars? I did not eat here. The menu in my opinion did not have anything I liked. The menu on offer when we visited was very heavy on fish. It also had loads of corgette/squash dishes/sides and sweet potatoes. There were also a few vegetarian dishes. I do not like any of that. I was hoping for a beef dish and potatoes. They had one beef dish but it was for two people and if you are like me and are with someone who is vegetarian or doesn't eat red meat you are out of luck. We ordered wine before we had a look at the menu and ended up going elsewhere to actually eat. Again, this is more down to my tastes than their chefs abilities but the menu selection in my opinion was quite poor and when you are paying 10-15 euro for starters and 20-30 euro for main courses you want something that really piques your gastronomic curiosities not meh, I might be able to try that and eat some of that and it might be ok. Give this place a shot but my advice is to not look at reviews but instead make sure to check out the menu before making reservations.
S. N.
Myself and my husband dined here on Saturday before we attended a french film festival in the IFT. We were blown away by everything ....the decor, ambience, very friendly and professional staff & the food was outstanding!! A very impressive wine list also. You could be forgiven thinking you were in France 🇨🇵We will definitely be back!! Merci beaucoup😊
B. K.
Excellent service and attention to detail on a wide range of traditional service standards. Consistent great experience every time, especially if seated in Louis' section. Soon becoming my favourite restaurant in Dublin.
D. W.
Really nice food, great service. Tables are a little close together but it wouldn't stop us going back. Homemade chocolates at the end are a nice touch.
S. M.
Very relaxed and great service. Menu varied and good quality. Didn't sample puddings but I am sure they would have been great too ! Typically French !
D. D.
Great service, excellent food. Good to be able to get out, eat outside in safety (all COVID-19 protocols in place) and enjoy a bit of normal life.
A. M.
Excellent... But not "fantastique"
Had a nice experience.
The pro's
Pate starter was delicious, but total starter envy when I tried the scallops...they were INCREDIBLE.
Shared main course of medium rare steak was beautifully seasoned and came with some lovely gratin potatoes and fresh salad.
Service was ok
The Con's (LITERALLY!)
17 euro for a glass of house Rose Champagne...clearly getting 7 glasses from the bottle as well with the less than generous pour was V disappointing
Waiting 30 mins for the dessert was annoying, and (admittedly) the dessert was not my choice and was not to my taste
170 without tip when we didn't have a bottle of wine (both had glass of champagne (e17 each!!), I had one glass of red and a dessert wine, both around e10), means this place is pretty pricey for a meal for 2 when there is so much competition out there at the moment.
Would I go there again... Maybe... But there are other places I would go first
D. O.
We had some lovely evening in La Maison. The passion for food and service Olivier has is amazing and has passed on to his wonderful staff.
The delicious plateau de pates, cote de boeuf and fresh fish is my favourite but there something for everyone.
Merci mon ami
P. S.
Fantastic restaurant in a great city centre location.
Really enjoyed our meal here. Scallops for starter as good as it gets. Cote De Boeuf really blew us away.
The owner chap had a word with us and we finished with complinentary chocolates. 10/10
J. L.
This is a magnificent French brasserie! The staff are friendly and very competent, the menu is short, and excellent. The Côte de Boeuf is an excessively large portion, the Cow au Vin is sublime, and the sides are magnificent. I would have given it five stars, but the soundtrack that often plays Jacques Brel makes me wish I could give it six. Magnifique!
G. S.
The food was good, the service friendly but, and it's a big but, with only 7 people dining, we were so crammed in that the waiters bumped against me every time they passed. Not cheap and not expensive but, unless I can be guaranteed the roomier upstairs space, I'm not going back.
G. C.
Scrumptious taste in every bite. A wonderful dining experience. Mediterranean Tarte in lunch menu was to die for. Bread served with a spectacular salsa Verde is mouth watering. Will come back on my next visit.
C. C.
Food normally super. However, on last occasion French onion soup had almost no liquid, filet steak was more like ribeye and had to find myself a clean fork! Husbands food was terrific & my desert 'to die for'. Will go again & hope it is back to 4star.
S. K.
I was here for a meal for my sisters wedding and the staff at La Maison were absolutely wonderful. There was a big group of us which they held no problem and the staff were so patient and kind, and the food was amazing. Thank you so much for a wonderful day!
P. C.
Excellent food and service. Highly recommend La maison
R. H.
Truly outstanding. Venison was succulent, dauphinoise of exquisite depth, and pears and wine or port sauce to die for. The grilled goats cheese salad coated in sesame seeds was also tremendous. I'm definitely going to have a dessert.
Friendly service, and the early bird prix fixe is all night Monday. And it's all interesting food on the prix fixe, (for example, the food above, and things like game terrine, pheasant and wild boar pie, a salmon papillote, a nut-loaf-stuffed aubergine, plus the classics, not just dull dishes).
Lovely decor and some good but not intrusive bebop jazz in the background. I rarely review bit i found it on here and it's the best French restaurant I've been to for a very long time. And the French are really good cooks.
P. M.
Great food, great service
M. B.
Beautiful food, such friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. An excellent experience
N. D.
Myself and 10 friends had a lovely evening for my birthday at La Maison last Saturday. Food, wine, atmosphere, staff, just perfect. Will be back soon 😁😁
Ø. A.
Great homely restaurant in the heart of Dublin city centre. The intimate rooms gives a nice, personal feel and the staff is friendly and happy to give recommendations. I'll be coming back here for sure!
B. T.
The food and service here are superb. I mean, it's really good. I'd definitely recommend checking this place out for a dinner with some drinks.
C. M.
Dropped in to get a coffee during lockdown and they’re so friendly! Been before for dinner, would definitely recommend, great food and service!
d.
Excellent food!! This place is a great find. The waiters were wonderful and the food was top notch!! It might be a little pricey, but well worth the money.
M. K.
A great French experience in the middle of Dublin. I loved the food and felt I could have been in the middle of Paris. Wine list was interesting too and very french. Will definitely return.
A. U.
Great atmosphere, superb food , I recommend the lamb and was absolutely fantastic.
Not to mention the desert what a joy. Everything was super delicious.
P. R.
Excellent cote de boeuf for two. Beautifully cooked and served in very comfortable surrounds with good staff. Also has a plentiful selection of wines by the glass and bottle.
j. M.
I love La Maison.
We are neighbours but I'm not biased
Great breakfast - their bread is ace
Great lunch, good value too
Perfect for dinner from simple to gold-plated bistro classiques
Great terrace, great staff
A winner all day long
F. F.
Delicious food, wonderful service, great location. I thought that I was on holidays in Brittany. Thank you all. I'll be back with some friends very soon.
C. D.
My mum and I love to go here for good French food and a glass of wine. The service is superb and it's a little bit special. Location is amazing too
J. I. I.
Delicious - authenric French restaurant with the characteristic perks of such places: compound butter with bagette bread, special dish for the day not in the menu, French music, a little cup of crushed lemonade ice to clean up your taste between dishes, free pieces of white and dark chocolate in addition to your dessert. And the food! Had a juicy pork filet with a soft mustard sauce, part of the fixed menu.
G. T.
For years I moaned it was not possible to get a good meal in Dublin. Good food you could get, but only if you endured snotty staff, high prices and pretentious presentation. I take it all back! La Maison is as good as it gets on all fronts. Please try it, I don't eat anywhere else in Dublin now.
S. L.
Very nice food, good atmosphere and attentive waiting staff. Different areas in the restaurant make it an idea place for an intimate or group setting.
M. O.
A really lovely experience - good food, friendly, welcoming and attentive staff. I've eaten there in large groups and on my own. Always good.
S. D.
Amazing food, great decor and atmosphere - feels like being in France! One of the best meals I had in my entire life.
C. C.
Excellent Food and services, specially the mexican girl. We was in our LG and she was very kind in support us with all the facilities.
D. H.
Came here for Lunch with a few people. Service was exquisite as was the food! I was offered a decanter for the wine which was lovely! Great selection of wines.
R. f.
One of our favourite places. Fantastic atmosphere if you sit outside on a Saturday, with all the activity on the street. Cote de boeuf is a must - order it medium!
J. O.
Great meal, good portion, tasted great, lovely room, friendly and attentive service, couldn't fault a thing :)
k. d.
We have a gorgeous meal last night and fantastic gins upstairs with the piano player. A fab night and we will be back. The staff are amazing. Thanks guys :)
T. W.
Absolutely outstanding food, courteous service and the overall posh feel. If not for the excessive Frenchness of the place that is funny at times (bordering on pretentious). Quite pricey but great pick for a romantic date.
D. A.
So far, the best french restaurant in town, my favourite!!! No one can make a better crème brûle and coq au vin as them 😍
j. l.
Great service and delicious. We will be back!
L. R.
Consistently good. No fuss. Delicious food. Warm atmosphere. One of my favorites. Try the Cote do Boeuf
G. L.
My wife is Parisian. She found la Maison's food met her standards and was reasonably priced. The terrine was excellent!
G. B.
One of my favourite places in Dublin to have lunch. The food (particularly the mussels) is great and the house Sauvignon is a must.
H. M.
One of my favorites in Dublin City....food always good and staff charming
D. C.
This place has been around for ages, but only went for the first time this eve. Very impressed, a great Sunday early bird - good, authentic (but not too fussy) French fare, at a decent price...
J. M.
Excellent value for money if you can be in time for the earlybird menu and great selection of French wines. Service superb and recommend you book to avoid disappointment
B. H.
Very French, very fine a lovely spot tucked away behind Powerscourt townhouse. Have the scallops, amazing!! Great service and a really good atmosphere. Will be back again.
r. s.
really tasty dishes, great services, very friendly staff. i would go back anytime for another dinner
C. C.
Always a lovely meal in here, have enjoyed a few family meals. Great location too,
G. R.
Food was excellent. Great value for money. Latge portions excellent service would highly recommend
C. S.
I love love this place! They serve the best côte de boeuf and tarte tatin. The manager is also very charming and very helpful :)
S. M.

(Translated) (Visit 2019/03)
It was vacant when I entered the store at 13:00, but it was fairly crowded in about 30 minutes.
I ordered the following:
・ Tartare de filet de bceuf (small) [14.5 €]
・ Magret de canard de skeaghanore aux panais [19.5 €]
[Bread]
First of all, bread arrived. The basil sauce is delicious. It goes well with bread.
[Tartare de filet de bceuf]
Beef tartar is good with mustard mayonnaise.
Quail scotch eggs are crispy, light and delicious. The pickles by the side are also delicious with just the right amount of sourness.
[Magret de canard de skeaghanore aux panais]
Roasted duck meat with orange sauce.
The duck meat goes well with the sweet orange sauce and is delicious.
Mashed potatoes have a gentle taste.
Between the mashed potatoes and the duck meat is like a vegetable called parsnip.
I ate it for the first time, but it was a little sweet and mellow.

13:00入店時は空いていましたが、30分ほどでそこそこ混んできました。
以下を注文しました。
・Tartare de filet de bceuf(small) [14.5€]
・Magret de canard de skeaghanore aux panais [19.5€]
[パン]
まずはパンが到着。バジルのソースが美味しい。パンにも合う。
[Tartare de filet de bceuf]
牛肉のタルタルは、からしマヨネーズが合ってうまいです。
うずらのスコッチエッグは、サクッと軽くおいしい。そばにあるピクルスもちょうどよい酸っぱさでおいしい。
[Magret de canard de skeaghanore aux panais]
