Reviews of La Pizza
This isn’t a posh place by any means, closer to fast food than a proper restaurant. But it’ll do if you’re famished and on O’Connell street and all the other restaurants have long waits to be seated. The price could be cheaper for the food we got but the melted cheese on the lasagne and pizza were fabulous.
Not bad at all €10 gets you an 8" pizza chips and salad which is good for the center of Dublin (and pretty much any city!). More pasta dishes would be good.
There was no waiting time..... I got a seat by the window. I asked what the "Soup of the Day" was and I ordered before sitting down. It came immediately. Advertised as Soup with crusty bread and butter - however I got a bowl of (average, quality, flavoured - I'm being generous with 3 stars!) Carrot & Coriander soup with one slice of white toast, halved, no butter offered! for €4.50
Last night I had an absolutely delicious thick, creamy, wholesome Vegetable Soup in Murray's Bar &Grill nearby. It was served with 2 slices of homemade, wholemeal, Irish Soda Bread with 2 portions of butter.
I'm sorry I didn't go back there.
I wish I had read the reviews first! :-(
Service was fast and pleasant, which is why I have 3 stars.....
High value! Every soup is so delicious .
Pizza and fries were OK. Coke tasted watered down. At least the price was reasonable. Place looks cheap, don't make a meal of it. Fine if you're getting food when passing, seeing a movie etc.
Surprisingly good pizza but basically no pasta options. The service was very lazy, despite the fact there were multiple wait staff and a near empty restaurant. Prices are reasonable, but the spaghetti was not good.
Lovely food and fairly priced but what let it down was how badly it's run. The poor girl servicing people on her own was run off her feet and as a result people were coming in and not getting served and I was 10 minutes standing waiting to pay. Couple more staff to make that poor girls life easier and it would have been great
Great place to eat and food lovely especially the pizzas and very reasonable with prices. Would recommend eating here for family's and the likes. Will be back soon.
Nothing fancy. Good place to go for a quick bite to eat but to be fair it's nothing worth raving about. They do have various pizza meal deals, but not going to be running back in a hurry.
Very generous portions and the food is very fresh. the staff are friendly too and there usually isnt a long wait. competitively priced too.
Used to be some of the best pizza in Dublin! Now it tastes more like tomato soaked cardboard. Cheap and nice location though.
One of my preferred places for that warm bowl of soup on a cold day. Can't really say much about the rest of the menu, but the soups are always delicious.
Such a lovely place to relax and have a quiet coffee with friends. The staff have always been so friendly too! I'll definitely be back again.
One soup two sandwich, one cappuccino, one pizza (8")+ frise with salad one coke was 20€. The tasty was absolutely good for everybody.
Food and Service were okay, nothing special in both... Prices are reasonable if you take the evening deal
Quick service, but maybe too quick. Pizza seemed slightly under cooked and the Guinness was poured too fast.
Fantastic service, order served quickly, great lunch menu, friiendly and helpful staff.
Bit old fashion but i like it its a good quick stop to eat something simple just hate when tourist get in there bit noisy
Lovely food, friendly staff & good value. Would highly recommend 😊
Very reasonable priced food staff are lovely and service is good and quick.
Great food, fast friendly service. Good memories here!
Good location, fair prices & did not have to wait long for food
Excellent service and very good prices :D
I would love if they would have more recipes to choose from.
Great place, good food, friendly staff, good value, can't fault it.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟👍
You get what you pay for. Very average fish and chips served with enough salad to fill a tablespoon.
Not bad. Not good. Just food and a tea. A little under staffed
Really loved the leek and potato soup and their reasonable prices.
Service a bit cool, pizza was good.
Lovely fry hit the spot nice staff too and great coffee
Very tasty food. Great service!
Good pizza and good offer (pizza, salad and soda for 10 EUR)
The greatest pizza I've ever had the privilege of eating.
Super staff great food and good value
3 starts for the food, the rest is 2 stars, terrible service.
Pizza's are very delicious and very reasonable
They serve a tasty pasta Carbonara

The multi meat pizza is very good. The best pizza I've had so far in Dublin
(Translated) Nice place, the pizza was good and the staff nice, the waitress was from Salamanca and I finally understood English well.

Un lloc agradable, la pizza era bona i el personal agradable, la cambrera era de Salamanca i per fi he entès bé l'anglès.
It looks cheap, but in the end it's a bit expensive
Quick, cheaper than average, simple and not very elaborate dishes. Ideal restaurant for those who want to spend little, eat reasonably well and survive on Irish cuisine.
A large and spacious room for lunch.
The pizzas come in two sizes. It is possible to share your pizza between several guests.
Very well located restaurant, a very good rating for the Chicken Hawaiian which was delicious! And for a very reasonable price which doesn't spoil anything
On a commercial street there is this simple pizzeria where we ate a very good vegetable soup and pasta cooked in various ways and with good flavors.
Nice place, good service and excellent menu, especially fresh, good variety of beers. Good price
Attention in Spanish and good prices.
Pizza, service and prices OK, but you feel like you're in a train station.
Good price to eat in the center of Dublin. They have pretty cheap menus and it's not difficult to find a place.
A simple place but at an attractive price. The room is quite clean and quiet.
(Translated) It deserves for a quick and cheap meal
