Fresh cod is Fresh. Staff friendly. Chicken burgers would be better if southern fried breast of chicken like Supermacs and not just a burger. Snack box chicken would be better if oven cooked or grilled or dried for less grease but then it is a chippers so fair is fair

While the food is of a very high standard the opening hours of Macari in Kinvara off the Navan Road are completely unreliable. On a Friday night recently they were closed at 10pm and again tonight they were closed at 6pm. The opening hours as stated on the web site are unreliable. But the food is very good myself and my husband have been customers for over 20 years.

Top quality chipper. Never had a bad meal out of here. Usually busy which is a good sign! Not the cheapest around but well worth that little bit more. I like the way they always throw a few extra chips into the bag too.

Good food, similar to other chippers I guess. Staff are very friendly and kebabs are great. Couple of more offers and whole onion rings would get this 5 stars.

This is a great chip shop. Family owned and run with passion. It’s not part of a commercial chain like Romeos and the personal touch really shows.
