A. D.Absolute jewel in the crown of McDonalds Ireland. This restaurant is a destination for many lost Dub on shopping trip in the Big Smoke.
A visit to this modern masterpiece of fast food restaurants wouldn't be complete without sampling their simply delicious hot apple pies.
C.Super friendly service and very clean restrooms. Thanks you very much for this nice experience. Also great that there was a customer counter at the entrance. Will come again!

P. G.Located in Phibsborough, this is a superb McDonald's. It follows the Covid guidelines in a safe and expedient manner. What makes the place noteworthy is their fantastic staff. They are warm, welcoming and and are always upbeat, professional and helpful. The manager in particular was so kind and respectful to all the customers. This makes for more than a usual McDonald's experience. It feels good to eat there and I always have a pleasant time enjoying my food in a relaxed, safe and friendly environment. Hands down the best Mcdonald's in Dublin! Well done to all the staff!
G. O.As a McDonald's it's as good as it gets. It's no shocker McDonald's food is deathly unhealthy but if you're in the mood for it (like I was) this place is the one to get it. Absolutely huge, multiple floors going up the entire building full of comfy seats to enjoy your chickie nuggies on.

Electronically controlled ordering process works very well and is easy to customise your order to the way you like it and the order was then promptly delivered to my table by a polite staff member.
All in all a pleasant surprise and a yes from me. Recommended.

F. D.A great central location in the heart of Dublin, don't be fooled by the small entrance it's actually waaaaay bigger than you imagine on the inside, and the service was fast and toilets were clean, and the tables too. It can get crowded many times.

G. C.I have always been a fan of this branch. My usual go-to every Sunday, after church (St.Terese's). 4/5 as of the moment as this place becomes packed on rush hours. Despite the order-yourself screens that they have, social distancing becomes a problem. There are less to none of staff to keep an eye on the waiting customers. On my visit today, it was not that crowded, still I witnessed some waiting customers w/o masks either. They have toilets for customers, just not sure if it's useable at the moment. Wash your hands, Wear your masks, Watch your distance!

Like all McDonald's, the theme is common except for the quaint seating places that seat two individuals.
It's the first and second floor that are humungous and can accommodate large numbers. Unfortunately, the washrooms are on the second floor and take a while for you to reach them.
That apart the service is good and staff helpful.

t. l.I was lied to. This restaurant has a dark secret I'm going to expose. For the last year I've longed for a mango pineapple smoothie but it was removed from my home city at beginning of lockdown. I went to Dublin a month ago and saw two girls they looked the happiest a girl could be and do you know what I saw it there hands? A MANGO PINAPPLE SMOOTHIE. But I had to end my trip month short with no smoothie in hand but then my buddie offered me an invitation a second change at life you might say. So me and her wearing out Hope's and dreams on our shoulders matched to this Mc Donald's and you know what was on the very first menu we saw? THE MANGO PINAPPLE SMOOTHIE me and buddie were salivating at the thought of finally tasting this drink that was blessed by the heaven's for the first time in a year we marched to the order station and I asked the worked (SAD STORY AHEAD WARNING) "Can I please have 2 mango pinapple smoothies" And do you wanna know what I heard DO YOU WANNA KNOW WHAT I HEARD BACK "sorry we dont sell that here" My heart shattered broken into a million pieces pieces I walked away defeated and lied to. This store from the outside looks amazing but on the inside you see the true lies flacking off of the walls around you DO NOT BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU READ ESPECIALLY THE MENU this a warning and a cry for help this restaurant DOES NOT SERVE THE MANGO PINAPPLE SMOOTHIE good day.

C.The food is always nice here but the toilets are always a let down. There should be more regular checks done and cleaned, especially in this climate. Lots of seating available and the new serving layout was fine.

C. G.This is one of my most commonly visited fastfood place in Grafton Street. I decided to rate it, since I've seen vast amounts of improvements since just a few years back.
They've started with the self ordering kiosk, which have cut the queues of just ordering. There might be a slight build up of people around the counter waiting for their orders, but it's not as bad as a proper queues for orders. Foods comes out fast, anyway.
They've restricted toilet use to customers with proper toilet codes, which, to me, is another great idea. Making it more hygienic and cleaning up I assume is easier. Last time I visited, it was spick and span.
I also loved all the segregated bins that they've started. Very environmentally responsible, which is what we all obviously need with climate change threatening to eradicate life on earth. (Okay, pretty dark. But it's true.)
Staffs are also everywhere, making sure the area is constantly tidied. One which any food place needs.

C. B.Ever since the first lockdown Mcdonalds across Dublin have struggled to keep up with demand of take-aways but to be fair to the staff here they handled it well and we were in and out in 20 mins
S. R.Very good. Nothing different from any other McDonald's. Food is nice, coffee is nice. You get what you pay for. A lot of seating spread across a few floors. Plenty of plugs to charge your electronic devices
s. m.They got our order wrong, we couldn't go back to tell them because they had already closed and we had to take it away. Other than that they had social distancing signs were up, one of the signs on the ground were slippy. They had hand sanitiser at the entrance, and another one inside. They could have more hand sanitisers beside the touch screens so we could clean our hands after ordering. There was also a one way system form the entrance.

When I brought this to the attention of an attendant. He promptly notified the duty manager. I had not received a receipt with my meal! That wasn't even questioned, a chicken burger was given to me in good faith.

A. H.It's a pretty bog standard McDonald's. It's fine, there's no major issue with cleanliness, no nasty surprises in store.
It's a familiar place for anyone, so if you go in you know what you're in for; a quick bite of ~fine~ food. That's it. It's just fine, but it is always a place to fall back on if you can't decide between anything else, or if you don't want to be adventurous.
In short; you know what you're getting.

T. F.Always busy. Liked the complementary table service but ordered ketchup with kids meal and a coffe but did not get any ketchup or sugar and milk with coffee. So full could not even queue for it without leaving kid unsupervised to long.

I spilt coffee all over the table and floor and was struggling to clean it up watched by a disinterested security guard who offered no assistance . That was very frustrating as the least he could of done was to make the cleaning staff aware of the need.
A. P.A wonderful place to eat. Practically everything on the menu is very delicious. The workers are very friendly and the prices are very affordable. You can get a cheeseburger, a hamburger or many other delicious goods for a cool €1.50. The atmosphere is very congenial and the interior decor is excellent. There are some long tables for potential mini-parties. There's also the self-service option to make your order yourself (on the devices provided) instead of doing it at the counter with a worker. A must visit location for anyone who likes fun places, good food and cheap prices😃.
C.It had a wide variety of things to choose from, the staff were really quick and helpful, I didn't have to wait for my order fr more than five minutes even tho the place was crowded. The floor and everything else was very clean and I also enjoyed the music as it was relaxing and not tiring at all.

P. S.V. Comfortable tables and seating in spacious areas. I like chicken nuggets that are pure breast of chicken and fried in a separate frier for flavour. The cheese and bacon burgers are very tasty and maybe it's me,but I think the quality of burgers has improved in the meat in recent yesrs. Coffee tastes well for Americano black coffee without sugar and some may like the very high caffeine level.Bargain prices for the cheapest menu items.

L. T.About what you would come to expect from a McDonald's. You can order on screens and collect your order at this location. This is a busy place especially around lunch time if you are conserned about ques I would avoid eating here are busy hours.
M. D.This McDonald's actually surprised me, it had comfy seats, clean toilets And the staff were friendly enough to me. It's McDonald's. You know what you get when you eat there. Although, this McDonald's may just be the one that leaves you feeling less guilty for going!

M. T.I know what I’m getting with McDonalds so silver service isn’t expected. What is expected is fast service, after all, it is a fast food restaurant. On this occasion, I had to leave due to the slow service. Yes it was lunchtime but Other McDonald restaurants are quicker.

D. S.Located at the heart of Dublin's shopping district - Grafton Street, this McDonalds could not have been any more special. The whole restaurant, or whatever you want to label McDonalds as is placed in a very old building with lovely architecture that will leave you in awe as soon as you enter the store. Upon entering the place, the first impression you will be greeted with is the architecture I have mentioned previously as well as how small and packed it looks, but do not worry. As you proceed to the tills you will see that there is more to that place than just the front of the house. The place goes hundreds of metres into the back, covering 3 floors of the building making it the biggest McDonald's I have seen so far. The lovely architecture spreads throughout the whole place, all the way to the bathrooms. I don't think mentioning the food is necessary as McDonald's has a uniform service throughout the country and wherever you go you will be greeted with the same food everywhere. The service is very fast, but queues can be quite long at times. The fact that there is no self service booths where you can order your food adds oil to the fire.

We don't like the new digital ordering system even though you can still place your order with a real person. We can't fathom why they discontinued the crunchie Mc Flurry. It was our favourite. The night we visited the Grafton St outlet was jammed but did get served. Any port in a storm.

He looked very ill when I met him; turns out he got food poisoning last night (not the McDonalds food) and had been throwing up on his way over. He was very weak. He vomited all over the floor in there. The staff, including the manager, came to check on him and were very nice and accommodating. Thanks staff!

And I could taste the difference, I think I preferred the meat in Ireland. But if you're in Dublin, go to a pub! Take in some local culture food and music.

k. p.Your box standard McDonald's. Where the staff have yet to be replaced with the cold unsociable machines that takes your order and spews it into the industrial, shiny mechanical kitchen. Where the "cook" will pick everything they need from there unpacked, prepacked buffet of "fresh" (I guess your definition of fresh would have to be loose) ingredients and possibly take a patty from the steamer, that's been waiting like a puppy in a pet store waiting to be picked to go into your sandwich.....and for some reason....I will happily wolf this down like a turtle eating lettuce. There is also a cafe within the restaurant that does decent coffees with plenty of seats for you to sit and relax. The restaurant is a Pandora's box of deception and is alot bigger than you first expect. There is security at McDonald's cause unfortunately, meals at value prices attracts all sorts from the good to the bad. Ashame that it's necessary in this day and age were we believe we have advanced socially that we require security at a family restaurant. At least someone got a job out of it, silver linings and that. Untill the machines come ...

B. J.This McDonalds is large and open 24 hours, with plenty of seating areas.
There's a lovely McCafé to the front with some seating overlooking Grafton Street at ground floor level. The café dispensary is up three steps. There is ramp access (although because of the seating around the passage way it is not wide enough for wheelchair or buggy if its busy).
The main McDonalds servery area is wide with about 10 tills, with a wide area to queue.
Up a flight of stairs at the back is an area with Samsung Tablets with games and internet. Off of this room there's another room with lots of booths and private areas, which might be a better place to sit with smaller kids.
Toilets are not very accessible, they're up several flights of stairs, and the only seating accessible without steps is limited, about twenty seats between the McCafé and McDonalds serveries, so it's not the best for bringing a baby in a baby or older people other than for a short visit.

B. C.This den of the rather infamous clown is above average in its field, its field being city centre fast food joints. It is a level 7 structure, complete with bathrooms, a McCafé, basement seating, a multitude of cash registers, a crackden, and nice little computers on which the children can play family friendly games while they enjoy their happy meals. As much as one can love McDonald's, especially while drunk and looking for a like minded human being with whom to practice right hooks, I'm lovin' it.
c. b.I was so impressed with the staff tonight who dealt with a man with complex needs in a wheelchair. The young female staff member was particularly kind and patient.

D. M.Recently refurbished, this long established fast food chain on Grafton Street now has more seating, computer terminals with Twitter and Facebook access as well as free wifi and importantly it has a well-managed queuing system that is almost always fast moving.
The toilets are a long way through the back and up.
