This is quite huge outlet. Also there is most of time waiting for 5-10 minutes. Staff is very nice & for eating food in restaurant there is table service available. Upper floor currently is closed for eating.

Clean, modern, fast, efficient and friendly. It's been modernised, updated and improved significantly since I was last here .... That's a couple of years ago. McCafe is completely gone and the new roomy counter with a clean fresh wood finish is very pleasant. Plastic straws are gone too.

It's a McDonald, the food is allright/fine, the measures to adapt to COVID 19 are good, the security guard is very polite. Only issue I've noticed on few occasions : the management team conduct interviews with their staff in the restaurant room, not so far from where customers are so you can hear everything, not the top in terms of confidentiality for the staff tbh.

4* for taste and being essential. Busy at meal peak times, they forgot my large fries and found it out after i arrived home. my advise, check the bag before you leave! Although I would have expected staff should properly check the "paid" orders. C-19 protocols are displayed, although doubtfully effective at peak times if customers won't comply.

Love it In the morning for a coffee with my friends but would be great if they won't use that super smelly cleanser when customers in for a food/drink. I am allergic so it's not very pleasant when it's hard to breed. Very nice staff:)

Really impressed with the level of hygiene being maintained in the stillorgan branch by Robert. It really inspires confidence. The self service menu is sanitised after every customer, all touch points door handles, trays, tables are cleaned every few minutes. Robert is really on top of ensuring the public's safety while dining at McDonald's. He is always really pleasant, efficient and immaculatly groomed which adds to the level of confidence one can expect at stillorgan branch. The counter staff are always most courteous and have a very pleasant positive attitude. We'll done everyone

I want to emphasize that the employees & service is great - no problems with them, they're all top-notch. However, this McDonalds seems perpetually understaffed & has trouble quickly getting orders out. Also, they seem to routinely run out of certain menu items.

With the recent renovation this McDonald's quickly caught up with others in terms of technology and ease of use. With electronic ordering stations available it makes ordering your food very efficient. Not to mention the new modern layout and furniture which matches other McDonald's. Everytime I come here it is very clean due to the very hard working diligent staff!

I’m sitting here in the midst of the Thursday evening madness in what looks like an airport terminal on a bank holiday weekend wondering why McDonald’s, one of the world’s largest fast food restaurants could be so stupid as to implement a self service system that clearly is not user friendly. Between the pensioners repeatedly tapping on the ridiculously positioned screens and the dozens of children running around the mosh pit where orderly queues once stood, I am truly flabbergasted as to how what was once an enjoyable restaurant to visit now resembles the Battle of the Somme. However, I will give 3 stars as the first bite of my succulent Alabama Chicken Burger was complimented by Lynyrd Skynyrd’s smash hit playing on the sound system.

Recently been renovated so has a load of the touch screen ordering but like most of them that have been renovated the collection space is tiny and can easily get bogged down with too many orders coming out. The time I was there was just around 6pm on a weekday and seemed alright.

It's your bog standard McDonald's restaurant. Good for a quick meal now and then but wouldn't be in here all the time. Always clean and never had any problems with staff or out of order customers. Does be good after being in leisureplex. There's a small McCafe here if that's your cup of tea.

The key to this McDonalds is the staff. Nothing but smiles all round! Today I witnessed a women who spilt her coffee shout and abuse the guy who works on the floor, he was nothing but nice and accomodating to her when I would have told her to leave. Great guy and a credit to the place.

Food ok. Disappointed in ladies bathroom, neither hand drier working. Both hand driers very old fashioned compared to other McDonalds (Dyson) which are much better to use. The McDonalds in Stillorgan is very busy and could have better facilities.
