Tasty food but not the best experience First off let’s start with the positive: - The white béchamel sauce on both the porchetta and mushroom+truffle pizzas was delicious. It tastes like the white sauce in lasagne for anyone who hasn’t had it - The tiramisu was probably the best I’ve had These 2 positives are what saved this review from being 3 stars. The negatives of the experience: - My dad’s wine glass had lipstick on it. Milano’s did give us the bottle of wine for free to compensate, which was nice and another reason the review is a 4 instead of a 3 - Service was not the best. The server did not bring us water to start and when I asked they forgot and so I had to ask another server - The restaurant is very noisy when busy so if you want a nice quiet meal, then this is not the place Despite these issues, the food is great and if you can go at a less busy time then maybe the service and experience problems I mentioned will be mitigated

Disappointed that their chicken isn’t halal anymore but oh well, food is decent enough. Absolutely love the selection of their non alcoholic drinks. But it would be great to eat a dessert that has 0% alcohol. Alright service but I prefer the older Milanos. Don’t think I’d be returning. Keep up the ever mediocre work.

It has a good access, 3 min walk from free parking, free wifi. It did not need booking in advance. First I ordered Diavolo pizza and received American Ho, instead. The waiter replaced it in a minutes. The chocolate cake in the La Dolce Vita desserts was not fresh. Apart from those points, it was a pleasant experience. The menu with price is attached.

Yum!!! They have a great selection of tasty pizzas. They even provide 600 calorie choices on their menu. Their kids menu is good value. Our server was so helpful & friendly. Would recommend.

Nice restaurant. If you go at the time when everybody, then you have to wait in the queue. I suggest to avoid peak time. Staff members were nice and friendly, every time. They are quick and I like that a lot. When I ask for the bill, in the next second I have that and she brings the card reader with the bill (so I don't have to wait until she comes back again). Pizza is good, but could be a bit bigger and the toppings could be more rich (for that price I expect more food on my pizza). You can ask them to make the pizza larger, but unfortunately they put the same amount of toppings on that. The starters are really nice. Spicy prawns and the chicken wings as well. The sauce taste great, for both. The new pasta is delicious. This time the chef didn't slice up the chicken and the vegetables properly so they were big. But I did. Overall it's a good place to go on a date or have a nice meal with friends.

It's an Italian-style restaurant but far from being authentic. They serve a mix of pseudo-Italian / Mediterranean dishes at inflated prices. Having said that, their pizza is quite nice, albeit far too small. Good kids' menu, handy location, great staff, hence the 3-star rating.

Great pizza and very quick service. Kids menu is very good too. They cater well for coeliacs, so gluten free food is an option which isn't the case everywhere you go. Not too expensive, though the prices do seem to have increased lately.

We were met by a waiter when we entered. He was the nicest and most enthusiastic waiter I've met in a long time. He was great with our children and had a few jokes with them even though he was so busy. He was serving most of the tables and you could hear him from across the restaurant he was that bubbly and chatty to everyone. Highly recommend it. Oh and the food was great too 😂

Used to be called Pizza Express but obviously Milano sounds a bit more classy. First and foremost the staff provided good service in a busy restaurant. The food was OK. If you like genuine Italian food you will be disappointed. This is pseudo Italian at its worst. Bechamel sauce on a pizza? I don't consider the place to be good value. I know better places to eat at two thirds the price.

hi myself Lorna and my boyfriend went for meal last Saturday 6th July and was treated so well by Kevin and lua . we arrived about 8.30 and we were welcomed with such a beautiful presence by both these staff . the food was out of this world and we had an amazing time. we met the chef who was also very welcoming . Kevin served us and all I can say is he is a keeper what beautiful staff you have there . I highly recommend this for your children and couples they could not do enough . thank you

While NOT an Italian restaurant as such, their Pizzas' give Gotham Café a run for their money and they have very, very good staff indeed. What really helps is the presence of some quite excellent wine (for the price) & its sampling by the glass for five white & four reds (both 175 & 250 mls). The final top marks go for good quality firm seating.

My daughter took My sister L and l here for a meal before leaving L at airport. Shared the dough ball with dips starter between 3 of us and plenty to eat. M & I had the superfood salad and veg pizza between us and L had the canneloni plus some of the salad. Jugs of water. Then we had 2 coffees with salted caramel profiteroles. We all enjoyed our lovely food. The waiter was very good even with my daughter asking for the Vegan pizza with normal cheese on one side and no cheese on other. None of us like vegan cheese taste. There for an hour and had a great catch up.

Pizza is good, turnaround is generally quick (last Tuesday we were in and out within 40 minutes) and you can always find a coupon on milanooffers.ie. Wait staff is friendly and will honor special requests for old items no longer on the menu.

Terrible Food. Very very loud atmosphere. Staff were bad to me. But the toilets... The toilets were fantastic. Cystal clear water on in toilet stalls. Clear as an oceans water. But in fact the water tasted like the food (bad). But i had no bother drinking it. Also i discover that shrek lives in Milanos toilets I had a fantastic time at Milanos (toilets)

Freshly made food. Pizza was nicely baked. Staff are hardworking and always busy, very eager to please, and are always helpful and polite. Atmosphere can be a little too busy, and at times stressfully noisey. I would prefer a better lit table area as well. Their lighting looks cheap and nasty and does not do the job it should adequately. Choose your time to visit carefully. Busy times are not a relaxing experience. Traditional chips as a side dish are not on offer, Polenta chips are however. ? Two more things to note are that soft drinks, in my case a diet coke delivered in a small glass bottle and a accompanied by a drinking glass cost me €3.50 a pop. I have to mention that when paying by contactless mobile payment the payment device asked if I would like the option to leave a gratuity. I said yes and left a small gratuity as mark of respect for two staff members who were very friendly and helpful to me. However I would have preferred to have made a tip to a staff member as a personal gesture of gratitude.

We went to Milano's on May 27th for our anniversary. Although it was very busy, and the servers seemed rushed off their feet, we've had a server named Lee who made our afternoon truly special. Quite stressful place. A lot of ambient noise and waiters running from one place to another; The food is regular and the portions are not very large, not to mention that there are ingredients that cannot be seen. I ordered a Caesar salad and I'm still looking for the cheese... and when I ask if it was a mistake they tell me that they can add extra cheese. To put extra you have to put it in first. My daughter's dinner had to be ordered twice. BUT the waiters are very friendly and helpful and we didn't have to wait long for the food to be served. I won't repeat it, especially because of the noise that makes it almost impossible to have a conversation other than shouting.
