I decided to torture the staff and made a bulk buy of about 5 drinks to bring home to the family, three milk teas and two bubble waters.
Had two milk teas before that (trying out flavours with my fiancé) and even decided to give their waffles a go.
Yes, all in the span of 2-3 hours.
I honestly cannot find a fault in this place.
Their staff is friendly, every drink and waffle is crafted to perfection. They do not rush anything.
The available milk tea flavours are amazing, and the way they're sealed they lasted a trip by bus back home.
You can choose how much ice and sugar you put in and they haven't charged me extra for asking for half ice.
(As we know some places do charge extra if you order less ice because it acts as a filler and gets you less beverage overall)
Their milk tea mix comes pre-sweetened so I personally like a tiny amount of sugar as opposed to regular for the strawberry, honeydew, taro, coconut e.t.c. flavours for milk teas. The flavor stays nice and it's comfortably sweetened. (I'm someone who takes 2 teaspoons of sugar in my tea)
The original flavour of the milk tea is made from scratch so regular sugar is alright.
Bubble waters are presumably made with flavoured syrup so I had the 'tiny sugar' option with those as well and they turned out nice. Half sugar could maybe be better. They're slightly carbonated and refreshing, like a soda almost, but not as heavily carbonated.
Haven't tried the iced or cheese ones yet, but the least you can do is treat yourself to a milk tea or a waffle, I mean it.

Variety choice of bubble tea flavour, food freshly made, a little bit pricey for the sushi roll.
Recommended.
PS - Sushi burrito is really just a sushi roll cut into 2

Very nice and friendly staff, very tasty bubble tea. I recommend the taro milk mixed with coconut - it is the best!

Lovely little bubble tea café. I'm not an expert in bubble tea but have had in a few places and this was very nice. Readable enough prices with a few different options and extras. Tea was a little bit sweet but I've found most bubble tea is. Always a nice buzz from this place. Not many seats and most people grab and go but the walls beside the tables do have lots of fun postets with messages from customers all over the world which I thought was fun.

Not bad for bubble tea but a bit pricey!

Cute location in a small and busy alley. Bubble waffle was good but slightly pricey.

I dig it.
Admittedly I'm not a regular, but on the two occasions I've visited this place, I've been rewarded with a quaint atmosphere, and some bloody brilliant bubble tea. A recommended destination for someone who needs to make a quick stop and who's too prideful to get ripped off at the perpetual tourist that is Temple Bar.
Give it a try!

Lovely tasting tea from Mosa. Went to Dublin especially for it. Staff were very quiet but still made a nice taro milk tea with tapioca pearls. Nice spot on temple bar

Great tea: very flavourful both the tea and boba, lovely staff and adorable decor.
Though not great if you're a wheelchair user like I am for getting in as there are 2 steps but that's common for places as small as this as it is mainly for takeaway with a few bar stools

This shop is absolutely brilliant as soon as I entered this petite shop I was overwhelmed with the eccentric eroma in which was the signature boba tea ;enticed. Upon indulging in such a spectacle (boba tea) I was hypnotized by the sheer perfection and came to the realisation that this restaurant should be put on a god like status. As a whole I would definitely recommend magnificent 'mosa' shop to pretty much anyone who loves a good "cuppa" of bubble tea.

Amazing late-night bubble waffles. Skip the shake at Bunsen Burger and go here instead! Can be a bit cramped at busy times so don’t expect a seat or even a place to stand and eat inside. The line goes fast, but sometimes people stand in front of the register waiting for their food, you can just walk past them and place your order.

The bubble tea is extremely delicious. The place is quite small but very welcoming. The sticky notes idea is adorable too. Maybe just slightly overpriced for the bubble tea but worth it nevertheless.

Bubble Tea always top quality and staff are amazing and friendly. Plenty of chargers as well. A great place that I go to as often as possible, with a cute and charming decor. A definite must see!

Quite nice bubble tea. A bit overpriced, you can get cheaper bubble tea at other places. The place tends to attract a lot of teens and can sometimes be incredibly busy, especially on weekends.

Loved this place! Awesome deco, yummy bubble tea. Sushi burritos not bad at all. Lovely staff. Just a little too small. Not suitable for groups

Very Friendly staff! Went there with my friend once, they not only gave us a 10% discount as "first-time" customers but also a free drink! They recommended the burrito with eel and my friend loved it!

Not the best buckle tea we had. But the bubble waffles look like a blast. We didn’t try them as we were there for the tea.
T. S.
It was a bit overpriced. It was almost 5 euro for one drink. I got lychee with green apple since they ran out of boba. It was not worth the money.

Great bubble waffles and bubble tea. Love the atmosphere in the place. Nice staff and reasonable prices.

The bubble tea choice is varied and the drink itself is good, but the place is crowded and the staff was a bit rude

The bubbles tea are nice.
On the other hand, as it closes at 10pm and we arrived at 9:45 pm, the waiter just wanted to finish his day. She served us upset, coldly serious it was not great.
By cons, the guy was smiling and polite, so we'll say that compensates.
