First time to this branch of Musashi, and it’s definitely as tasty as all the others, which is very. We were there for lunch late on a Saturday afternoon and it was nice and quite and very relaxing, and the staff were great, even adjusting the heating for us. I am very fond of the goyoza, but sushi and everything is great.

My first time at this branch, I got my order to takeaway.
I ordered the salmon box 🍱, which was €12.99 - perfect amount of food for one person, it came with 4 salmon avocado rolls, 4 small salmon rolls and 4 salmon nigiri 🍣
The food was made fresh and super promptly which was great for lunchtime!
I will definitely be back again to try more of the menu!!

Lovely atmosphere, great service and good food. The bathroom is also clean and there is even a wheel chair accessible one. The food is served speedily while we are there on a Tuesday evening. We got the vegetarian futomaki and the sushi platter. Both are delicious! Would definitely recommend!

Pretty good place. Sushi is nice. Watch out for a few dishes that might not be as delicious as the others, like the Chicken Teriyaki is not very good. Sauce and the chicken itself aren't tasty. But others like vegetables served along with the chicken, gyoza, sushi are all delicious, especially the vegetables. Perfectly sautéed, flavourful. I enjoyed the vegetables at the side more than the main dish

Top quality service. Food was delicious. Had a selection of sushi plus spicy chicken ramen.
Only downer was it was a little cold at our table due to being next to stairs. But not a major issue. Would recommend

The best sushi I have ever tasted! The service is always so kind and attentive and the platter we asked came with big chunks of fish (not like those places where you have 90% rice and 10% fish). Absolutely recommend!

Lovely place, lovely food. The staff are extremely friendly, well presented and very attentive. The restaurant is really well decorated, has a lovely relaxed feel to it and lovely lighting, all very pleasant. The food is so good, so we'll cooked, tender and tasty. If you do not like seafood the variety of the dishes you can eat is dramatically reduced but each choice is so delicious.
Covid restrictions review:
Their measures were OK, but not great, I was asked to sign in and asked if I had a cert but it was never checked, nor was it matched against my ID. I also did not see them check anyone else after me.
I think the tables are a little bit too close, they should really have dividers if they are going to be that close. I will still go back while it is not busy.
Gave 4 instead of 5 stars because of their covid restrictions compliance

My very first time having food like this. Have to say 10/10. Everything so fresh. Highly recommend this place. Hardworking friendly staff also. You would think I work there. I don't 😂. Im waiting to collect my girl and newborn baby from holles st and I was starving. 👌Definitely go back

Food is honestly superb, very unassuming exterior and furnishings but the food is to die for. Tonkatsu ramen and Ebi Gyoza the highlights for me, but ive had the majority of the sushi on the menu and can recommend it all.

If you try the Vegetarian Bento, and ask them if they can make it vegan, you get one of the tastiest meals you've ever eaten. And it isn't even expensive. The service is great and timely too. A very positive experience.

Fast and service and consistently great and fresh sushi! They're generous on the size of the sashimi, and I'm biased but all salmon options are the best. I'm sure other fish options are great too if you have other preferences.
The pork gyozas are great for sharing.
The tofu katsu curry is also recommended; it's a great sized portion and tasty while not too strong.
Every time I feel like having sushi in Dublin this is where I go.

Nice Japanese restaurant, very tasty food, excellent lunch options. Good for eat in or take away.

We had a lovely meal here for lunch. The sushi was beautiful.
It is the best sushi place I have found in Dublin (and I have tried quite a lot of them now!)
J. B.
Great food, atmosphere & service just after lunch time today. A great place to go to be away from all the hustle & bustle at that time of day. Good variety of choice on the lunch menu. Vegetarian lunch bento box was very good & so full of goodies for €9.95 :)

I love the katsu curry here; always delicious and very fresh. The lunch menu is available until 17.00 and you can have couple of different options for 11Euros. Also try the Japanese beer. Very refreshing.

Delicious food. The beef melted in your mouth. Full of flavour. Would definitely eat here again.

Super fresh and tasty sushi. Great service. Amazing Japanese mains and their gyoza is amazing. Eat here.

Food is wonderful. I had the Ebi Tempura and Spicy Chicken Ramen. Ramen is to die for. Highly recommend! Got some nice pictures too!
The service was great, not too busy but very relaxing after a long day of work.

Good Sushi restaurant in Dublin, with a great eye for a sweet tooth after a salty meal.
Food: 8/10
Service: 9/10
Restaurant vibe: 7/10

Great Japanese restaurant with great food and very friendly staff. Well worth a visit.

Excellent Sushi and more. Good wine selection and friendly service

We got the large Hogan platter between two and it was delicious. Very fresh, beautifully presented and very tasty
M. M.
Reasonable prices, nice atmosphere, food wonderfully presented and of high quality. Accommodating staff: Let us sit at the front bar when all the other tables were full, we were very grateful as the rain was so heavy outside, we would've been drenched trying to find another restaurant.

Fantastic sushi. Nom nom all gone

Excellent, 10/10, service and food are very good. Worth every penny.

Really like the place. Simple but authentic. Great food and friendly service. We'll be back.

The food is tasty and the staff friendly, but it's a bit pricy. The sushi are always good, but was a bit disappointed by the cha-han, which is not really rememberable. I would focus on the fish or the ramen rather than on the noodle or fried rice dishes.
G. G.
Variety of Japanese dishes, from sushi to noodles and ramen too. I tried the Ebi rainbow sushi roll and it was very tasty.
It's a very calm restaurant and with few tables.

Delicious bento box for only 10€, super quick service, they quickly arranged room for our buggy. Absolutely deserves 5 stars out of 5 !

Very nice place. Loved the Sushi and the Pork Gyozas. A little bit expensive but not more than many other places here in Dublin. Highly recommended.

Was a Yamamori customer for years. Will be going to Musashi from now on! The ebi gyoza and sashimi are incredible.
J. O.
Great Japanese and Asian restaurant with very good staff.
B. K.
Wouldn't go here for the ramen. The sushi and the sashimi on the other tables looked good enough though. The ramen broth was just a chicken stock with insta noodles and the egg was poached. It was more than enough it just could have been a lot tastier.
P. S.
Good food and friendly staff. The food is authentic Japanese with generous portion sizes. Definitely book ahead as it's quite popular.
A. R.
Love this sushi and noodle place. The portions are huge and the atmosphere is quite cosy. All the staff are really friendly and accommodating. They also have a wide range of special sushi rolls which I love!
M. V.
Great food. I come few times a month to their delicious sushi. :)
A. L.
Decent ingredients and Sushi. Very good service. Have a menu of the day.
V. M.
Yummy Japanese food! Spacious comfortable room!
R. N.
Pretty decent place in Dublin. So far just had the ramen and udon. Didn't try their sushi or sashimi.
J. A. Y.
Lovely place.. Quiet and peaceful, delicious sushi

Service was great, love their plum wine. But wasn't fully satisfied with sushi serving sizes. I ordered the duck gyoza and a spicy tuna roll. Spicy tuna roll was much smaller than I expected. My partner ordered a small sushi platter and it really was tiny. Hard to tell how much to order to have a satisfying meal.
Still, service was excellent and staff were very polite. I got a call to confirm my online reservation which I really appreciated.
P. B.
Very good, cant really fault it. The sushi was fresh and the bento box was really good value. Seats are a little uncomfortable and you probably wouldn't be settling in for the night but for a quick bite its great
L. Q.
I love this place. The unfortunate thing is the queue at lunchtime. It is lovely for an afterwork meeting with friends. It has a lovely atmosphere, great food and lovely staff!
J. K. J.
I loved this place and the food. The staff was also very warm and cooperative
A. M. R.
I love their menu, specially gyozas and ramen, ramen it's big enough for eating, but not too much so you won't finish it. Personnel was also really kind with us, and gave us enough time to review the menu before ordering (and we were slow this time...). Definitely, a place to come back...
Y. A.
Excellent. Very excellent. Beef teriyaki was our personal favourite.
A. G.
Daamn Musashi is tasty!
I've never gotten food delivered from here so was a little skeptical if the quality would hold up but it was fantastic. I got the Katsu Chicken Curry which was delicious and the portion size was perfect.
G. B.
Great bento and sushi, very tasty and good value.

Nice place good food, also vegan opt

The food was amazing. We enjoyed the deluxe platter for two. Would have rated five stars, but our server wasn't great. I'm sure she is a wonderful individual, but she was either new or distracted or lacked training. Forgot my drink order and didn't know several menu details. It was hard to get her attention a few times.
B.
Nice staff. Good service. Nice layout. Kung Po noodles were tasty. Seemed a bit pricey for sushi, but then again I moved from Vancouver, Canada where good sushi places offer meals as cheap as McDonalds food, so might not be a fair comparison. I'll give this place another try for sure. 🍲🥟🍣

Always a nice place to have sushi in Dublin! Great price quality ratio

The food was amazing and the staff was really nice (Vladimir)! Can't wait to come back! :) Léa & Justine

Arrived at around 8pm on a busy Thursday night and there were no tables available so we were seated at the bar. We changed our minds and decided to get our order for takeaway. They were super nice and our order was ready in 15 minutes. ‘Noodless’ to say, it was delicious! :)
A. S.
The sushi is great quality, fresh, and beautifully presented.
Staff are attentive, a quality that's often lacking in Irish hospitality.
I paid €45 for what was arguably too much sushi for one person, and didn't regret a penny!
S. V.
I love the sushi in this place. It is so reasonably priced but the reason I am always going here is the fresh and delicious food. Would highly recommend. If you're lazy to walk there, order it online and have it delivered - a healthy takeaway treat as I call it.
E. M.
Lovely restaurant. Probably busy during the week but always quiet when I go Saturday lunch time. Best sushi in Dublin. I had the rainbow sushi this weekend and it was really special.
G. C.
Excellent Japanese food, not only Sushi.
S.
The staff was kind, food tasted incredible. I ordered the spicy tuna roll and ebi gyoza. Both were exactly what I needed as I'm very homesick and these are some of my fav foods from back home. Only smiles as I left.
P. R.
Great restaurant and service. The lunch menu is awesome and they rotate through a lot of bento options during the week. Prices are very reasonable. It can be busy at lunchtimes and hard to get a seat, but staff usually clean tables and get you seated quickly if you wait.
L. F.
Not a byow (bring your own wine) as their website was misleading for us. We brought wine and were told they serve wine now and we could not use our wine. Understandable but their website needs to be more clear. Food was fantastic however and super quick. The staff was very friendly as well.
徐.
nice place the menu deal after 5pm is great for budgets. This afternoon at 16.50 i went there the second time.pBento box s duck teriyaki looks and tastes like chicken even the texture too, and after i paid 10 euros for the bento of 9.95. I waited a long time for the change of 5 cents, it wasn't busy, i didn't get it until i went to the counter and asked. It s my money and i never said i wanted to tip them. I felt threaten by social pressure.I Too much sushi vinegar in the sushi rice.
M.
When i came here all the staff was kind and punctual. The food was also really tasty. Definitely coming again soon. 5 stars!
D. L.
Nice place, comfortable space and lightening. The food is consistently good, nothing amazing but tasty and fresh. The waiters are very friendly and smily. Decent selection of wine too.
N. S.
Amazing food. Friendly staff.
S. M.
Excellent sushi, either to eat in or take away. Personal favourite is the Katsu Curry, but when taking away, they could give you a larger sauce. Nice selection of drinks too
S. L.
My ramen broth was not very tasty and the chicken and porc very dry. A bit expensive for the quality, however quantity was there it was generously filled with meat. I'll come back to try sushis
