The place wouldn't catch you eye from outside but the food is amazing and the staff very attentive and super friendly. Highly recommend, especially the seafood pasta!!

Lovely food in cosy and busy surroundings. I enjoyed the bruschetta and a pizza, but I think the stars of the menu are the arrancini, the porcini ravioli and the torta del nonna which has a creamy lemon filling.

Lovely service. A couple of mistakes were made (mistakes can happen anywhere so I won't blame anyone) but the waiter was incredibly nice about it. The food was good, your standard Italian fare, but I do like that there was an option to make any pizza on the menu a calzone. I'm allergic to mushrooms so this choice meant I got to eat something I normally don't. Will definitely be returning.

I went to the restaurant one week ago and I found the food delicious. I had Tagliatelle alla Bolognese as a main and was absolutely gorgeous! The staff was very helpful I felt myself as I was in a special Italian atmosphere. I recommend Pinocchio restaurant also if you want to try and have fun with their cookery classes!

Would highly recommend. When we were finished the waiter offered to box up our food without us having to ask. The two waiters were extremely nice and so was the food. The sound of the Luas overheard adds to the atmosphere too.

Great Italian food and a very good selection of wines as well. One of the few places in Dublin that does a very good burrata. Wish they were open a bit earlier in the day so we could have lunch there everyday. Keep up the good work guys!

I had dinner at Pinocchio, last night with a group of 5 people, the place is very welcoming with a relaxing atmosphere, the staff are attentive and friendly and the food was very good from pasta to pizza. Congratulations also for the choice of wines. Highly recommended

I went to Pinocchio Restaurant two days ago and the experience was absolutely amazing. Real Italian food (cheese, pasta, risotto...and the wine of course). The service was excellent and you can see through the window how the cook makes your food. I felt as when I was in Italy. I´ll be back for sure.

Nice place, helpful and friendly staff. The food wasn't great. Bruschetta wasnt Toasted enough and was soggy. Steak I asked for medium, half was medium the rest was very well done. The cheesecake desert wasn't great either. Seemed like it had been left out for too long. I ate half of it, unusual for me. I have heard very good things about this restaurant, and people seem to love the food. Maybe I was unlucky. But 3 poor courses suggests otherwise... (the excessively loud phone ringing seemed to disturb everyone)

An extraordinary experience! I went to Pinocchio Restaurant one week ago with my boyfriend. We decided to taste homemade ravioli filled with ricotta and spinach in forest honey and nuts creamy sause! The starter was good (parmigiana), but the pizza was poor, the lack of wood owen is evident. That's a pitty. The cost of wine is too expensive no really justifiable. Overall fine, but a bit disappointed. Hoping they will improve.

We were received by a waiter who doesn't know how to talk to people without being rude. We just had stepped in and he said they didn't have any table available (his first words) and then we said: we booked. He left to check it out and then he put us in our booked table. After that only the waitress attended us. I find that doesn't matter if you have a booked table or not, at least say hello for your customers and ask first of all if they have a booked table and then explain kindly that you don't have table at moment. About food, that's really a good menu. I recommend!

This is consistently one of Dublin's best and most authentic Italian restaurants. I've been visiting since it opened, perhaps at least 8 years and tonight was no exception. Whether it's a glass of wine and an antipasto of a late afternoon or early evening or a more lengthy evening meal, Pinocchio has never disappointed. And Antonio is a wonderful and welcoming host. And this evening I was told that Pinocchio Temple Bar in Essex St recently opened. Dublin continues to benefit from Marco and his dedicated team.

I would give it 2-3 stars on our experience. Food very average, I ordered Risotto with Dublin bay prawns and it came with no prawns just one prawn in its shell decorating the top, so basically I paid €19.95 for a rice dish. Two of us had our dinner served warm, not hot enough, sauces very bland ! One of us ordered lamb and it came with potatoes but no veg. On a positive note the staff are very nice and the décor is lovely. I would'nt rush back, their are plenty of other good Italian restaurants.

Fantastic menu and the food is just like Nona's. Marco is an exceptional host and makes you feel at home, the best. Giuseppi couldn't be more accommodating and helpful. Maurizio is a class act. The ingredients are fresh and wholesome. All the staff are to be commended for both their professional and friendly manner. This is one restaurant in Dublin, whether you are a local or an out-of-towner; YOU DEFINITELY DON'T WANT TO MISS OUT ON FOR A MEAL! BRAVO & DELIZIOSO.

On 30th June I went to Pinocchio to take part in a cookery class with my friend. We made three Italian dishes with just our hands. I really enjoyed it!! Giuseppe was so funny😋 It was an incredible handfull experience!! One of the most important thing that I learned in the class is to share with others and to cook like a real team!!💪👩‍🍳 The best moment of the event was when we ate together what we cooked before🍽 I'm looking forward to Pizza Cookery Class!! 🍕

Good restaurant suggested by an Itailain colleague. They have wine from different regions of Italy and good food .. Wouldn't call it authentic but great for Dublin standards. Only downside is it's below a luas station and you can hear the trams going above the restaurant.

Disappointing, have been to this restaurant on numerous occasions. Service was poor, waiter very rude to a Deliveroo boy who he made wait outside for at least fifteen minutes in the freezing cold. Food overpriced. Unfortunately it will be a while before I return.

Lovely fish at Pinocchio Ranelagh :) I went there for a dinner with my colleagues and we absolutely wanted to try fish in Dublin. I was smitten by one of the handmade special dishes of the day: crab meat with avocado mayonnaise and grappa mousse !! yummy!! I would definitely advice this place.
