N. F.Wow not expecting this little gem hidden in the ilac shopping centre! American style diner, food was amazing and menu had wide variety of choice. Very reasonably priced. Staff are friendly and they are pretty quick bringing the food.You must try one of the shakes !! Thanks shake dog ! We had a great experience!!
C. R.Great price and food and amazing staff. We got in straight away and didn't have to wait more than 10min for the food to come. The food is very tasty. We paid €25 for 2 people - burguer, chips and smoothy (2 of each!). Highly recommend to come here

M.The food was delicious, I got one cheddar burger and brownie milkshake, the food and the salad were fresh and the Shake was delicious too, the food came quickly but the problem were the staffs, they didn't say hi, hello, would you like anything else??? Nothing, when the waitress came with the drinks and the food I said thank you twice and she didn't said anything, one simple you're welcome would be nice. They must have a look at this, because if they don't get better costumer relationship police, people will go just for one time.
R. R.A good restaurant choice. The food flavours are okay, but visually it looks pretty good and everything tastes freshly made, good ingredients. So worth a visit to experience this. The food doesn’t lack flavour for trying, it’s just that sometimes burger and dogs can be simple. Good service and nice seating. Definitely pop in and try this place. A good few options on the menu and the staff are fast and efficient.

Also 1st time the waiter was very nice and explained the menu, but the 2nd time I was there, the guy was not in a good mood apparently. The food itself was really good and affordable.

What was lacking was the service, we arrived at the table and waited to answer, as soon as a Chinese man came he didn't even say a good afternoon and was already taking the order. The order came my boyfriend said thanks 2 times and Times and the attendant said nothing.
Only feedback, I think there should be training so that people who work can serve better, otherwise a lot will only go once and never again.

The ambience is very nice, and I thinks its a cozy place to hang with your friends and family in the Ilac center. The staff is nice and helping and they all are following Covid guidelines.
I ordered a Nutella Shake and yes I got one. I was expecting bit chocolaty shake as its Nutella. It was a Nutella in Vanilla ice cream shake. A few suggestions.
1. Change the Nutella Shake name to, Nutella and Cream shake or something similar.
2. The take away cup was a regular coffee cup with white lid on it. You could keep a shake cup with transparent semisphere lid to place cream on the top.
3. The straw was a regular cold drink one. If possible offer a wide straw option as well, it will be easy to have a think shake, after all.
I know Shake Dog is a nice food and shake chain, I wrote what I felt as a first impression. I will definitely try on few more shakes this month and will update my review accordingly.
Thanks to the shake dog to open up a nice place in the city center. 👍🏻
