Service was good, food was good but not worth the price you pay. You could go to a far nicer nicer restaurant and pay same price for top food. Starter for Wings were a very small portion. Memphis burger was good but for near €20 its definitely not justified.

Having been let down by another restaurant they were closed when we arrived for our booking. I rand TGI Fridays and they were brilliant in accommodating our needs a party of 12 (2 tables) this was done in about 5 to 10 minutes. The kids had a great time and as they were happy the adults were able to relax and enjoy the good food.

Fahad was our server and I can say, hand down, without a doubt the best service I have ever received in my 20 years living in Ireland. The service was amazing. Made my visit with my girlfriend so much better than the average dining experience. The food is good, but seems to be a bit more expensive than I remember. Don't go for the food or the atmosphere, go for Fahad. Overall very good food and based on the service I received I will definitely be returning.

The place was massively busy, but lots of tables open. Still took over 10 minutes to get a host to seat us. Sesame chicken was great, but mozzarella sticks weren’t crispy at all. Mostly soggy because they were undercooked.

Social distancing actually helped the experience as you had a lot of privacy to enjoy your meal. The digital menus need work though as not everyone is going to be tech savvy!

Prices are way too high. Food is ok, but not great. The food is served hot and is well cooked, and the portion sizes are decent. Menu needs some more basic types of meals included. I have to say that the last time I was there they were out of a lot of stuff that was on the menu including drinks. Staff are polite and friendly however sometimes they are so busy that the quality of service suffers (not their fault).

Simply fantastic I've been here a few times with my fiancee and every time we're left amazed at just how good the food is. The restaurant is deceptively big, its wekk layed out with nooks so you don't feel like your sitting on top of people or crowded. The staff are always quick, prompt and courteous. Food as I've said is delicious, get the ribs if you can. Toilets are always clean. Love going here, It is a tad dearer than other restaurants like Eddie tickets etc but there's no comparing the food, it's worth it!

I used to love this place. The food is good. No frills. They've reduced the menu slightly, but seem to be constantly increasing their prices. How can you justify charging almost €20 for a chicken breast and some pasta in sauce!? Strictly only for occasional treats these days. Never seem to do any special offers either. Rip off.

A personal favourite. Excellent service everytime I go (about twice a year) and perfect food quality. The menu is large and has something for everyone. The selection of drinks and cocktails is huge too. They do the renowned Jack Daniels sauce (now called Fridays glaze I believe) which is lovely. The food is always warm and very enjoyable, it is a very comfort food location.

Quick family meal that we really enjoyed. Great service and food quality was good. Burgers on a pricey side, but really good, best I had in a while. Drinks however were basically a glass full of ice with poured liquid on it. 5 minutes later it was diluted and 50/50 water and coke. So a bit useless. I’ll ask for “no ice” next time I visit. Oh and surprisingly service charge was applied on a bill. First time ever in Dublin for a “party” of 3 people :/

Went there this afternoon with two hungry kids after a morning at the national aquatic center. The staff were excellent. They brought out the food as soon as it was ready as the kids were ravenous. Provided the kids with balloons and were quick and attentive for any of our needs. A excellent experience!

As a chain, it's a bit naff these days. This particular branch is what I'm reviewing. Staff were friendly but forgetful. Items were forgotten more than once which makes you wonder why they have note taking ability if they are just going to rely on faulty human memory. The toilets were clean. The bar was clean. The menu I was given was an old one though, which only became apparent when I tried to order something from it which was not on the "newer" menus. That's inconvenient. Why are those menus even in rotation? The food was quite bland, considering the price. Very child friendly though.

I've visited their units in the US and UK and all do a gluten free menu. There's just no excuse these days. Having said that the food is nice otherwise.

I went there today after leaving another restaurant around the corner with no gluten-free options for a coeliac child!! Arrived at TGI‘s and told them we need a gluten-free options. Instantly the server called for a manager to discuss what options were available. They seemed very clued in they had several options they had a gluten-free bun. It was a lovely meal and we were very happy. I really appreciate restaurants that cater for coeliac‘s with more than just one option on the table. Thank you!!

Jack Daniels glaze is very tasty, especially on the huge ribs or steak. Great for families but ensure you have a table reserved.

Well, couldn't rate TGI's lower than 5 for service, but unfortunately their menu options for Gluren & Lactose free meals aren't great. Their superb manager - Aisling - personally came out to talk me through their Gluten & Lactose free options; which are few by the way 😑 and catered for my needs. Bear in mind that food is a bit slow coming out, so don't go when you're starving but it's well worth the wait. The waiters & waitresses were such good sport and serenaded my "embarrassed" daughter with birthday songs 😊

Attended the after celebration of a christening in the Blanchardstown T.G.I Friday. The service wss fantastic, the staff were very accommodating to the range of requirements and allergens. Also, with so many children, the kids menu was fantastic even with picky eaters. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great food, good music and a lively atmosphere.

With backs turned on customers they were more intent on serving the floor staff at the cocktail bar end.There was a delay in service at one stage and staff did not know who had ordered drink until we had to raise my voice slightly to get their attention. One fellow was spinning glasses- others in deep conversation. This was on a friday night. We were waiting about 10 minutes before our drink was served.
