B. B.Served by the wonderful Adrian. He made our time even more memorable. I ate there with my girlfriend, and over small talk mentioned her birthday was coming up in the next few days. Later on he surprised her with an ice cream and candle! And sang a personalised Happy Birthday. Super efficient and very welcoming. 5 star service. Food was solid too.
J. M.Expensive. Food was lovely and staff very attentive. Maybe too much so. Felt we were taking too much time with our food as were asked 3 times could we clear something from our table. Eventually just gave up my plate. Could understand if busy but was almost empty. Even though service was good wouldn't return. When paying we were asked if we would like to leave a tip. This has actually never happened before anywhere ive been so taken aback. I had cash for tip but felt pressured. Wouldve left a tip anyway as always do but felt more expected than appreciated. Disappointed with TGI Friday to be honest 😕
N. C.Ate here yesterday evening with my partner for his birthday. What can I say? The food was fantastic, so fresh and flavoursome, and the staff wonderful. They even sang happy birthday to him. It was a great experience overall and we will definitely be back. Thanks guys.

J. M.We are regular visitors to TGIs. On our most recent visit, it was disappointing that there was no Bulmer's Light or Rockshore. No Captain Morgan's either but the barman visited our table to suggest an alternative, Bacardi Oakheart, which I enjoyed and will order again. Service for both drinks and food was prompt and waitress was very pleasant and attentive. Manager checked in. No mushrooms available which was a pity. However, we all thoroughly enjoyed all our food. It's a pity when the bill arrives as I really dislike having to pay a 5% service charge as it does not go to the staff.

K. V.I've always liked this restaurant (any of them in Dublin) The food is super tasty, the staff are super friendly and the atmosphere in general is always enjoyable. Ideal for groups, but also great for a more relaxed date. Prices are affordable, always a perfect choice when you want something different.
C. 8.Staff are absolutely fantastic. Lovely food. Catered to my friends allergies and when there was a problem with a meal the manager came immediately and was very attentive. Couldn't fault them one bit! So much better than the ones in England!

Which we did, all the time in view of a table for four that was vacant and was where we eventually seated !!! Food good when it eventually arrived. Overall a disappointing visit🤔
N. H.Would definitely recommend going in for lunch, not sure about dinners though, but TGI's are generally very good. We had a really nice waiter who helped us with my partner to choose something as he's lactose intolerant, and he genuinely seemed to care that you had a good time. Place was clean and tidy. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that I ordered a burger and it was very pickle-y, to the point where it wasn't that enjoyable. But that might just be the way they do it in America. Would definitely reccomend this place.

The place looks amazing. I love the new layout. The food is great as always. The Heineken here is spectacular. Staff are so friendly. I love the staff here. . TGI in Ireland must be the cleanest TGI I've seen anywhere in the world. Toilets were spotless. I highly recommended coming here.
M. R.I have visited this restaraunt numerous times and I feel that a 4 star rating is suitable. While some visits are amazing and the food is great with top notch service, there have been times where the wrong order is brought out or a side dish is forgotten. The toppings on some the fries I have ordered in the past
have sometimes been dry which makes me wonder if they have been microwaved rather than made fresh.
Otherwise a very good restaraunt, worth the visit!
K. F.Great food, great service in a good location in the old Bewley’s cafe on Westmoreland Street, very close to, but just far enough away from the madness of Temple Bar. Signature glaze is lovely, whether it’s on the ribs, steak or burger & the staff are very friendly, free refills on soft drinks a bonus. The menu is very extensive at reasonable prices considering the size of the portions, pizza being the only item absent from the menu. Good range of drinks available & great dessert menu.
E. A.The food is good, though many options are not even listed on the menu so it's worth taking the time to chat to your server. However, the prices are hideously high I paid more here for a starter, a main and one drink than I did in a one star Michelin restaurant for a five course meal for two. The server was very friendly and attentive, though it seams that despite them adding an automatic service charge to your bill, your server will get to see none of it. The credit card machine has the option to take tips too though. The seating was comfortable, the temperature pleasant, the music upbeat, inoffensive though a little loud, and the loos down a flight of stairs.
c. k.It's usually a good place to go to, I love the cocktails there.. The bar lady seemed so rude to me and my friend it was like she didn't want to serve us. But other than that it is a good place to go to.

A.Were told wed be waiting around an hour for a table, even though there was loads free got seated in about 40 minutes, staff seemed quite rude we happened to just order a drink as another staff member came to take us to our table, i asked the girl behind the bar could i charge them to our table and could she bring them down when she makes them and she said no, i was in shock i dont see how this is a problem so i took a step back and asked why? Her reply oh its easier if you just wait and pay here, she hadnt even started to make either of the drinks yet ( A strawberry daiquiri and Jameson with ginger and lime) and it still took about another 6/7 minutes of me standing at the bar my girlfriend was sitting alone at the table for this period.
we ordered food, then table we were shown to was wonky and we asked to move to the one beside which was deemed fine by our server, the guy who brought the food down looked at us in absolute disgust at the fact wed moved tables ( we could see our orders in his hands) and asked abruptly were you sitting here? We said yes ( there was still nobody at the table ) he then sighed aggressively and sat the food down and stormed off as if wed done something wrong.
Still loads of empty tables throughout visit even though were forced to wait to be seated, other than that food was decent and the server staff member was nice and pleasant, the rest werent, wouldnt return in a hurry.
S. D. L.On the night we are here some staff getting rained, so service was slow but not taking the star away. Food amazing as always, process are good, and hot seated straight away. Had 2 cocktails, they were amazing! Friendly staff, can't do enough for you!
V. S.Very good location for this restaurant. The cocktails were amazing. If you go on a Thursday some are €6 each. (Try the pink punk Cosmo). The food was good as well & the staff were very helpful.
t. l.I've always been more towards Stephen's Green's TGI Fridays, but after managing to get a hotel room in downtown Dublin, pretty much next door to Fleet Street, we frequented this TGI for drinks and easy food when we just wanted to have a good time.
Having been there twice the last week, I can say that this is my absolute favourite TGI in Dublin. It just has that extra charm of a constant party, while Stephen's Green's is more like descending into a pub, which can be fine, but the wait staff is just so different.
We had the pleasure of two amazing waiters (Adrian and Carl), who made us feel welcome and made sure we constantly had anything we needed. Drinks didn't stay empty for long before we could order another one and they were so gosh darned charming, as if they really enjoy their job and their patrons.
Even when it was busy, they managed to give a smile and a "Hope all's just right!" when passing by.
Drinks were super tasty and plenty and food (especially the starters!) was amazingly yummy and just _right_. It's not fine dining, but for what it is, and for the price, it is definitely worth a visit or ten.

Just an American Dream in the middle of the town. Never a disappointment. Medium rare. Awesome Sauce. I need to write the name. Drizzle Onions... OMG. And many more options. Go to enjoy it.

They are still good though and located right on Grafton St. Good drink options and their menu had plenty for people who want different things. If visiting from the US, it's not something I would go out of my way to eat at but still good.

J.I didn’t have a good experience. It took ages for the drinks to arrive. The food was late for 1 person on our table and the bill was incorrect (2 double meals). The food was nice though, but for the price you pay, you expect better service!

J. C.It was ok some parts of the meal was lovely some were awful .The service was terrible. Maybe the girl serving us was new, since the building has been renovated it's gone downhill. Ordered a cocktail took her at least 10 min to say it was no longer available. I asked for gin and slimline tonic after a few min she sent someone else over to ask what I ordered. I told him the order then he came back with pink gin and tonic . I was so fed up waiting I just took it, but it wasn't the drink I ordered the 2 others in my group were finished their drinks and wanted to go. I'll not eat in that TGI again.

T. O. A. O.We really like going to TGIFs but this time it was our first time here in this restaurant at Fleet Street. And it won't be the last time! Whenever we will be again in Dublin, going to this TGIFs is a must! The restaurant is huge, the staff is very friendly and aware of their clients. Adrian was responsible for our table and recommended us the best cocktails. We've never been staying that long at a restaurant and spent so much money (haha) cause we felt so welcomed and comfy here. Many greetings from the German couple. Keep up the great work, food and cocktails! :)

Il locale é bello e non é affollato. Il personale é molto accogliente ed i panini sono veramente buoni.... Unica pecca é il prezzo che é decisamente alto ( ma comunque dublino gia é cara di per se).
