T. O.Excellent chipper. This chipper is definitely a 'cut' above the rest. From the striking blue & white own label 'logo' on all of their packaging (which echoes their shopfront) to the great quality of their food. This chipper shouts 'class' in every way. Their fish and meat products are top-notch and very tasty. Also (important this) they were one of the few chippers around the area that stayed open in the early 'dark' days of the Covid 19 outbreak, when some of the other chippers 'chickened-out' and stayed shut. *Bravo to The Hamburger Bar!*
M. O. m.Go here often, it's fish and chips which is hard to mess up and they usually don't, although the portions are small and it's a bit overpriced the fish and the chips are quite nice. I wouldn't recommend anything else though and due to the prices I'd prefer somewhere else which has more of the same for less
J. G.Usually very quick with delivery and food always nice. Tonight waited over 90 mins for 3 qtr pounder meals. Claimed they were short staffed and should have said. Anyway food arrived up to standards except too much vinegar on chips.

P. G.A traditional fish & chip takeaway the food is good with all the usual burgers and fish options. You can also order for collection or local delivery. Daily specials midweek are pretty good value. Staff are friendly and the cooking areas are spotlessly clean always.

D. K.Always good food at a good price. One star deducted as there is a member of staff there who can be very rude at times. We ordered to this man and said we'd come back to collect after popping into the newsagent next door. When we came back, those who had already ordered were waiting near the til. We joined them. When the people in front of us left we were given out to for standing there and they claimed we needed to join the ordering queue. We explained we had already put in our order. He then grumbled and served us.
I. K.I'm not a big fan of chippers but these are good and the staff are so exceptionally nice. They do a Tuesday special of a snack box for €4 too. Most of the time there's a wait because of its popularity or because they are making the food fresh. The wait is never more than 10mins.
