I go there quite often, since I really like the Chilli fries with extra cheese, and sometimes I order the veggie burger and the times I had ordered food has been tasty and good, the only thing i am disappointed it’s the service, I normally eat the food on my car since it’s too cold to eat outside (no heating or umbrella there) so in the middle of my food I have realized no napkins and cutlery has been added onto my bag. So if you read this,guys please attention to details. :)

Started out good but standards have slipped drastically.. Grease pouring out of the tinfoil the burgers are wrapped in, the chips are hit and miss and they also charge a €3 service fee if ordered on UberEats. That would be acceptable if it wasn’t for the decline in staff and service. Overall, poor compared to other branch’s

Just grabbed a last minute Burger from Wowburger Artane! So pleased with the service! I was really craving a burger and I tried to get one through the Just Eat app but it wasn’t working, so I went with my friend to the restaurant in hopes of getting some grub. Got to the order window and was meet with (very friendly staff member) Kai! Kai had remembered me from the last time I was there a number of months ago. I was greeted with a warm ‘Welcome back!’ Kai was super friendly and accommodating for the entirety of the transaction and even left the kiosk to walk down to us with our and handed our order to us directly rather than calling us from inside the kiosk. Kai went over and above to deliver top quality customer service! Kai puts the ‘WOW’ in Wowburger!

Firstly a bit of a mixed review, In the past I’ve dealt with lovely staff and the food was great. More recently, this branch is not representative of the wowburger brand. The food can be overly greasy to the point it’s dripping out the end of the bag, leaving me with a mess to clean off the car… Burgers & chips are sub par with other stores. I’ve found some staff to be rude and dismissive for no real reason. To the point where I wouldn’t bother going there anymore now. I hope wowburger take bad reviews here seriously, it’s a real let down to the name. I’ll be ordering from Glasnevin in future.
