Spontaneously came here for breakfast and really enjoyed ourselves. We got the full Irish breakfast with pancakes and bacons.The Irish breakfast had tea/coffee included in the the price but I was able to sub it for a mocha instead for only about €1 extra! Would definitely recommend coming here, and I will be back soon :)

Nice setup and atmosphere. Location also very central within Dundalk. Full Irish breakfast was very good. However there was a random ball of mashed potato included. One of the members within my accompanying party was also charged for an extra coffee that they did not have. Found this out on the receipt once we returned home

I enjoyed my meal as did my daughter and I wad the guest. The menu was extensive and was male run while on my last trip they were mainly ladies. There was a great variety pf coffee. MB

Excellent experience here. Nat and I had the testing plate and sea food chowder. Twas gorgeous. The staff are excellent. Very energetic and smiling. The atmosphere was great after the lockdown. We totally enjoyed our time there. You must visit. Rob was looking after us.

I love visiting Ruby’s and have hardly had any issues with food or the service over the years. However the menu is quite stale at this stage and I literally did a u-turn at the entrance when I noticed the menu was still unchanged after so long. I definitely won’t be visiting again until it is changed. The issue isn’t with the service or quality of food, if the menu was more recent this would be a 5 Star review.

Really good service friendly and fast, the food on the other hand wasn't fantastic, I got the lasagna wasn't the best, the chef must of used tomato puree as the tomato sauce making it extremely acidic. It wasnt over priced do but still wasn't good enough for a second visit. The three stars is mainly for the service.
