Just in the opening stage, this cafe (maybe Bistro) is certainly setting the bar high. Layout looks good, nice coffee machine and a top class chef as owner. It will be interesting how it develops within the Dungarvan F&B space. Worth keeping an eye out 😀. Friendly and professional service

Absolutely gorgeous food and wine. Also brilliant staff. Top class all round, very welcoming environment. I can't wait to return. The lamb tagine was exceptional as was the cheese board.

Unreal food , steak sandwich is competing with the best I’ve had . Really nice restaurant to enjoy the food also. The staff were so friendly and pleasant to deal with. A gem for future visits - pleasant surprise 👌 on our first of many visits

Really fabulous lunch. Great addition to the town as it has a different offering. Food was delicious. Service could be better but I think it is very new so that will likely improve. Will absolutely visit again when in Dungarvan

Good service average food Just came home from dinner here. Found the staff lovely and service was good. Atmosphere was lovely. The restaurant was about half full on a saturday night but most places are quite in town at the moment. Wine was expensive for a glass of midiocre sauvigon blanc. Food wise we had 2 course and skipped dessert as there was nothing exciting on the menu. We went for a Mc flurry in Mc Donald's afterwards. Starters was a mushroom risotto which tastes nice if lacking a little seasoning and quite over priced. the spicy chicken wings disappointed as they lacked any flavour and didn't find them spicy at all. My partner enjoyed his monkfish main and the ribeye steak was OK. The steak was a little chewy and the chips very disappointing as they were undercooked and frozen. Overall an average experience with food but atmosphere and staff was great. A little more attention to the food and this will be a great addition the the dungarvan food scene. Will defo try again 2 courses with drinks for 2 came to 104 euro.

Had dinner with family, two of whom had dietary requurents ( gluten free and dairy free). Food was top class as was everything else about The Copper Buoy. Nothing else needs saying, 5 star place.

I've had the pleasure of sampling different foods in the Copper Buoy the few times I've been there , and must say you won't find better . Congratulations to the chef the owners and the staff I'm sure ye will be there for many years to come . We will definitely be back .
