Pleasant enough welcome from a restaurant still doing their best under difficult Covid-19 Regulations. Food good quality and prepared promptly. Peshwari Nan the best I've had for a good while with roasted almonds on top as well as light paste. Lovely view of harbour on a busy Saturday evening.

Good food, really tasty. Nice premises with indoor and outdoor seating. Pleasant staff. I couldn't fault the food or the service. The only sting in the tail is that the rice is not included with your mains and costs €3.45. Worth a visit but can end up a bit pricey.

Great location. Good prices. The food was nice in general, the naan bread was a little disappointment (the worst one I've ever tasted) , and the food wasnt as warm you usually get in an indian restaurant,where the food is still boiling in the plate.

Food was absolutely amazing!! I got the garlic chili masala. We have been traveling across Ireland for 6 days now and this was by far the best service we received. The service staff is consistently walking around and make sure you get refills, order food, and clear dishes quickly. The view of the harbor is a plus. Sadly low tide is in the evening when we went.

We stayed in Dungarvan last weekend and ordered dinner from Indian Ocean.The staff & service were excellent ,so professional and very quick. We got a few different dishes to try, the choice is fantastic, something for everyone, we loved it all!! Everything was so fresh,each sauce was completely different from the next and so delicious, definitely recommend Indian Ocean, they made our night,we will be returning for another great feast soon

I like to support local businesses and I love Indian food, but the service is at its best unfriendly and the take out food is truly awful, particularly if you order vegetarian. I've eaten in 3 times or more and take aways a bit more. Id rather fish and chips.

Wow...have to say wasn't sure what to expect when we walked in whilst passing, but this place is a real treat for Indian food. Fast, friendly service and all the food was excellent. Didnt bother with starters as was under time pressure, but beef madras meat was tender and sauce was delicious, very tasty special rice, perfectly cooked Bombay aloo, and Garlic nan too. Next time.thru Dungarvan, I'll be back ! A real find 😁

It's okay. The curries used to be full of flavour but of recent times they seem to be missing something. I recently ordered the vindaloo and was like a weak Madras. The Madras has no heat at all. I'm disappointed to be honest.

Good food, you won't go hungry We find the set menu for 2 people is the best value at €50 as you get three courses with a couple of courses within the main course. You will be stuffed afterwards and the food is excellent.

Always great food, my wife says it's too spicy, so she always orders same thing - Makhandi with lamb, I think it's the only dish there that's really mild mild. Personally loved Vindaloo, but be warned - it's extremaly HOT. I don't think I had anything like that in Ireland, some might say it's TOO HOT, but if you're brave give it a try - but don't forget to order some yoghurt to go with it! Very busy place on the weekends.
