D. G.We visited Glas in May with a group of 6 and had absolutely amazing experience. We were welcomed by the lovely Ash and were offered a complimentary glass of Cava. Dinner was delicious. From the start to finish we all throughly enjoyed our meal. Wine was also fantastic and I fell in love with the restaurant's interiors. You feel warm, cozy and welcomed. All the ingredients are locally sourced and you can track them on the map which is attached to the menu. Dishes are based on fresh product and on what's currently in season.
n. o.Great meal in Glas restaurant last night. The crab starter was delicious as was the Black Sole and my friend had the pork belly and lamb. We were both impressed by all our courses and the complimentary cava on arrival was a lovely touch. Would highly recommend!
J. F.I can't believe such a place exists in Doolin. Superb. Complimentary cocktail, inventive crab amuse bouche in a tapioca cracker, apple cucumber sorbet, perfectly done and presented halibut and homemade brownie bites. Hake was amazing and the scallop appetizer was delicious. And the bonus is our friendly waitress looked and sounded like Saoirse Ronin. She gave us recommendations of what to see and do.
