Nice place, food is lovely and staff are friendly.

Went in early for brekkie. No more covid cert at the door, but staff had masks on. Not too crowded at this time (9.30) so quick service. Breakfast was quite acceptable. Nice surroundings. 4 of us, bill €45.00 with extra coffees

Wonderful food but let down not slow service. Waiting for 20 minutes for a drink and bathrooms need to be attended better. Womens had no hand paper and hand dryer turned off so led to floor being very slippy. Place would greatly benefit from additional staff

Very reasonable menu. I had steak and chips well priced and tasty. Wife loved the seafood chowder, 2 young kids loved mini pizzas and chicken wrap. I had the apple crumble - seriously twas delicious. Fantastic food, but for me it was the service provided that was amazing! We had a fabulous waitress (possibly a manager, blonde girl with a black and white shirt) who was so cheerful and helpful and all round just fantastic at her job! She really made our visit and our meal that bit more spectacular! A credit to the restaurant !

Staff very helpful. Quick service. Clean and tidy environment to eat. Wheelchair access to bar and restaurant . Toilets are a bit of a squeeze but I have some use of legs so can manage. Food is excellent. I ordered fish and chips and ate all . Even the batter which I normally leave I loved here. Nice and crispy batter and chunky white flakes of cod. I have eaten here often and they have always kept good standards. Well done. Great for locals and visitors. Kids welcome here so family-friendly too.

Was out to dinner at the market bar and restaurant before Christmas with friends and loved it so much I promised to come back and bring my husband. Again the experience did not disappoint. From the friendly and helpful staff to the georgous food it was as I had experienced before. My husband had the market chicken curry and I had the noodles with prawns. The portions were generous and flavour was fab. We both had the Malteaser cheese cake. Well worth a visit when in Ennis

I'm a regular to the Market Bar and am always happy with service, food everything really but today they went above and beyond and turned up at our shop today with a tray full of treats knowing being black friday we would get no break at all. It meant so much but it's typical of how valuable a customer you are to them . # feeling the love.

I have been there several times. If you are a vegetarian you can get eggs or pancakes. One of the times I went it was 11:30 and I wanted to order a salad. I was told to wait until noon to order as that is when breakfast ends. Meanwhile my companions we're ordering breakfast. I suggested we leave. Then I was told she would ask the kitchen. I only go there if it is past noon.

I am coeliac and vegetrian and I had a three course dinner here last week it was the best meal I ever had in a restaurant, I would highly recommend it to anyone who is coeliac. If you can let them know in advance it would be great but not essential as they have a full gluten free menu.
