H. M.1st visit. Lemon sole 😍 main course and rhubarb and strawberry crumble dessert 🍨😋😍 Service brilliant 👏👌 2nd visit. Quick and effective service on busy bank holiday. Son had steak and chicken wings, both huge portions and I had the sausages and chips. €51 bargain. Be back soon. Great spot on Rosslare Road for food and drink.🍸👫🥳 and also 🚻 spotless. No booking required, 4pm, take note other establishments nearby!!!! Covid certs checked without fuss. Plenty staff on. 3rd visit for the full Irish on a wet Friday morning. Didn't disappoint. Service excellent. Food 😍🙏👍 See receipt 4 price. Be back soon. 🍸☕🍹

A. M.We had dinner in the Coal Bunker on Saturday night for my sisters birthday. Many positives the food was lovely, good atmosphere and the staff were great very friendly. Though one big minus was our group of 4 was not asked for any covid certs at the door when we came in so maybe nobody was checked at all.

S. O.What a little gem this place is. Unassuming at first glance the Coal Bunker is a good honest eatery with plenty of choice and quality food. The set up for outside dinning is spot on. Staff are very attentive and service was fast. There were 4 empty plates at the end of our lunch. The crispy duck and the homemade burger were delicious and those hand cut fries........ Larry and Emer who I think are the owners mingle with the customers and staff. More genuine and decent people you will not meet. Give this place a go. You won't regret it.
