We ordered a fish sandwich that was very good, but the fish and chips were very oily, the fish dropping oil. Maybe it was because the restaurant was opened for just half a hour, was 3:30pm. The staff man seemed not too happy to attend us, was a bit rude. We were a little upset with the service. Maybe is better to order the food o the app or website to don’t be disappointed with the service.

Small things like the table wasn't cleaned and the small size of the café brought it down a bit. Just had the gluten free fresh fish meal that they do on the first Saturday of every month. Such a treat to have a take-away as I can't usually, having coeliac disease. It was very good. The staff were very efficient and friendly and the area we sat in was clean and tidy. Very happy with my experience there.

Nom nom nom :) their food is great especially the chips which are cooked freshly to order, they have a great menu and all priced reasonably and with a great selection. You're not waiting long for your food either. There's a few seats inside but they get filled up quickly but I have almost always used it for takeaway and it's not a problem. Like I said fast and freshly cooked, great value for money, big portions and I mean big, we usually get 2 large chips between 4 adults and there's a little bit left over after we have all eaten our meals.

I stop here occasionally for traditional Fish and Chips. In the past I have had reasonably good meals there. Today the quality was passable but definitely not exceptional. Jack Jordans need to do better if they are to retain my custom. In particular I think that they need to improve on how they present the batter. Today it was overcooked and the chips tasted like they were over processed.

Jack Jordons is the best local takeaway in the area. Excellent selection of food and the delivery is always extremely quick. Never had an issue with quality. The very rare time that they don’t have something they’ll let you know and let you pick an alternative (even a more expensive one) for free. Delivery driver is always extremely polite and food is always hot. There’s a seating area inside with plenty of room for several groups to sit down and eat the food fresh.
