A McDonald's like most others, serve food and drink. Polite staff. However when I asked for no pickles in my cheeseburger they still put pickles in, a bit of a letdown.

Parking outside was closed off although they were open to walk ins. Either had to tackle the long drive thru que with a difficult baby or park far away and walk with my baby. Would’ve been great if the parking was open to enjoy the outdoor seating in this great weather. Food was good!

Here with my little one for her first happy meal. We sat quietly in a corner and she dropped all her fries as soon as opened her meal box. In a minute a gentleman from the staff came over with a fresh portion. They noticed and care for us to enjoy this moment. Thanks!!!

Has now become my regular "Day date" with my partner. When we get chance to go for a drive when the kids are in school. 😅😬🤫 We go twice a month max! And it always a fast paced drive through. It's just a shame that you can't deliver to east side of the city. Even though the Advertisement says "McDonald's" offer home delivery.

Best service ever. My kids have autism and the queues are beyond long. I told the man directing traffic and within a minute he had a manager at my car taking my order. He had the food out to us in the car in a matter of minutes. He also gave my 3 boys little teddy's. It made it so easy for me. Hugely appreciate the effort they made and the understanding they had. Thank you so much it makes a huge difference!!!!

Nice for an occasional breakfast or lunch and pricing is about average...Coffee is one of the nicest around for the price... Breakfast does finish a little too early for my liking, nonetheless it has changed from 10am to 11am which is a good thing. Staff are great and well managed... They keep the place clean and running efficiently and Covid guidelines are are bring adhered with contact tracing and presenting covid vacation certs if dining in is a given... Unlike some establishments I've visited around Galway city and county, McDonald's on the headford road is managed really well.

The thing is, you don't need a meal deal, grab a wrap and see how you get on, pretty filling right lol. Sneaky coffee there also, you think the price cheap so that would automatically correlate to mediocre coffee. Wrong again, pro tip, grab a flat white, ya welcome.

Drive through is a joke with the placement of the traffic cones, I have a big enough saloon and I'd be a handy enough pilot.. but yikes!.. need to get a Reliant Robin to fit in!

Great coffee! It can be very busy here at the weekends but mornings are always quiet. Staff are very nice and polite. The restaurant is extremely clean. The drive through is a little tight, people seem to take the corner too wide.

We've been coming here for about 10 years probably since the kids were eating kids meals and played with toys. Some of the stuff hasn't changed over the years and they keep the premises quite clean, including the toilets. The place gets pretty busy so it is important to come out of rush hour if you want to find a table.

Not too bad, pretty clean and fast. However the layout of tables is absolutely a joke! You have 2 enormous tables in the middle, one with iPad for kids to play with. Kids don’t eat at all as they are focused on these and secondly these 2 big tables are a lack of space? You are obliged to eat at these tables because all these other “normal “ are always busy and you have to eat squished between unknown people and their kids. At the back, close to the door to go to the toilets, you have a ridiculous sofa and you are not well on, not easy to eat. As the Mac Donald’s is not big inside, please remove these huge tables and install normal tables of 4 to make people comfortable to eat and to make it easier to find a table! A challenge to find a spot at every time will make me go to another one. Thank you

Decent McDonalds, clean facilities, friendly staff. Menu is a little lacking with regards to some of the special/promotional meals McDonalds have (Where’s my McSpicy?) but you can’t go wrong overall. Drive through is often busy but moves quickly.

It's a McDonald's, same as most others. Service has always been fairly quick. I've rarely had my order messed up at this location. Small parking lot though which can be a pain to get out of due to the traffic.

Usual Mc Donald's stuff. But sweet chilli chicken - wrap of the day, chicken nuggets and Sausage & Egg Muffin are unbeatable. The toy which is part of the Happy meal is so robust, innovative and uncomparable. If you McDonald's coupons, you can make a good value out of it. Drive thru services are known for their speedy service.
