First time ever actually having a Supermac’s and I was pleasantly surprised. I visited at possibly the worst time ever. (The pubs were closing) and it was very busy but the staff seemed to be serving everyone relatively quickly so I don’t feel like I was waiting that long. Ended up purchasing chicken tenders with chips. The chips were great, but the tenders seemed a bit dry and tough. I’ll give it another go sometime.

Workers were visibly stretched thin like everywhere lately. The workers at the ice cream/sandwich section were working very hard. From what I witnessed management needs to chill. As these employees were going as fast as they could during peak lunch rush, one manager asked for one employee to leave the line and clean something. It was so ridiculous at that time for such a request with heavy line-ups, I literally laughed and rolled my eyes with the employee after they left.

Best place for a quick bite.. Go to supermac's. Close to Eyre Square in Galway city. Good for travellers and kids. There is no dedicated parking space.have to use the pay and park. They provide pizza,burger,chips,coffees,sandwich,rolls..etc. Enough seating even with the covid 19 restrictions. Seats are well spaced and well maintained washrooms.

Staff is amazing, but the managers could be more friendly. Food is just regular fast-food: not bad, go for it if you need to eat fast and cheap. But it is not tasty aswell. Gets crowded at night after Pub hours.

If your Into fast food , Supermacs is worth a visit, the Chicken box is a tasty feast in itself, well cooked pieces of chicken, and the portion of Fries is not bad either, you have the chicken rap meal, (sounds like a song title!😁) which is my favorite, I could go on but ,make a visit eat your way to your own opinion!

Was recently on a trip to galway and went to supermacs before heading out for the night as part of a reunion. Was served by a small girl who told me her name was Sarah when I asked at the Mexican station. Very good customer service, got a good burrito and got a drink added on for a euro which the girl suggested as an add on. I also got garlic cheese fries which were good. The seating area was quite untidy and messy and it was difficult to find any table that was clean but the excellent food and the girl that served me who was really polite and funny and chatty made my experience a four star rating. Need to look into full time seating area cleaners, it’s quite off putting

Was here as a group with our kids. There was an incident in the ladies toilet where a woman started harassing our children. I reported it to the security guard who was named Willie; and he dealt with my complaint in a professional an courteous manner. Thanks Willie. Also the supermacs managers on duty took my complaint seriously.

This place is where all of Galway flocks to at a Friday night for food. Loads of greasy options that seem brilliant after a night of drinking and dancing. But that also means its filled with blind drunk idiots from all over town just looking for trouble. Good the thing the security is adequate and on top at all times.

When I come to Ireland I eat Super Mac's three times a day. It's the most tasty of experiences. During peak drunk times the mood is always good. A Welsh woman told me I have beautiful eyes and I felt really good about myself, nobody tells men that, except at Super Mac's where the impossible is possible.

A Galweigan institution. A trip into this premises after a night on the town is as natural as breathing to many. It always works well as a pre drink meal after a Galway race meet also. I popped in for an ice cream recently with the folks and I was well impressed.

God I love Supermacs. The highlight of my visits home is indulging in a snack box with curry sauce, no, 2 curry sauce. I chow down on that like there is no tomorrow. And I am right, there is no tomorrow. Tomorrow is when I have to get back onto a plane and fly back to a God forsaken land that does not have Supermacs. Why? WHY?

As far as supermacs goes in my opinion if they are one of the best Astros restaurants in Ireland. Having some of the best ingredients largest menus and they help support with many Irish schools and irish football teams. From previous experience Stafford usually good for one my last previous experience your friend and I had great difficulty or a drink from a Polish woman working there.
