Supermac's was fine, quick and easy. The down side is that Google says the Papa John's is open until 0130 but they were closed at 2315 when we showed up. The listing should be revised since there are other locations around Galway where you can get drunken pizza at 2300.

Went in to get some pizza on a Friday evening - around 20:30 - and was told that it would take 45min because “the pizza guy was on his break”. What kind of fast food place has only one person making pizza - especially on busy nights like Friday? The pizza was good but I’ve had better at other Papa John’s stores. Dough was slightly undercooked.

In need of some repair and hygiene training. I asked a member of the team here to cleanone of the designated dining tables as there was what looked to be old hardened ketchup on the table. The bottle of spray she used just spat on the table and she dried it up with a shaby amount of blue paper but neglected to remove the lumpy hardened ketchup. Another member of the team thinks its okay to shout and roar across the restaurant at a small group of teens (polite and non confrontational) stateing that they have to buy something to which they were doing so anyways. If i wanted my kids to witness this kind of behaviour i would have brought them to a family fastfood restaurant where the team are trained in handling hard to deal with customers (these kids were not hard to deal with) or be atleast able to read their customers. So much neglect from training to maintenance this shop is letting the brand down.

Very fast serving food chain restaurant, Reasonable prices and kind and helpful staff. They never use frozen ingrindiend, which most of places would have. You can taste the difference. Would definately r3commend to family or friends.

When I walked in to this establishment and ordered my big bag of chips and a burger to go, I was greeted by a gracious man with a cheeky smile, that mans name was Seán White a face I will never forget. 10/10 Would chomp again
