The girl who served us at the counter had a proper attitude. Abrupt and impolite. Misheard part of my order, even though I repeated it several times, but she remained non-apologetic. I ordered fish and chips for myself... had to wait five minutes or so but no problem with that as it's cooked fresh and served up on a proper plate with a side salad. The other item on our order was for 2 x chicken wraps with garlic sauce where there was a misunderstanding. She heard 'chicken breasts' and said they didn't come with garlic sauce. Finally managed to order the right thing. Wanted a choc milk shake but was told machine not working. Unfortunately the fish was not put on to cook first, the wraps were got almost straight away, put on a tray and left on the counter (so were lukewarm when fish was ready). So congrats due on excellent fish and chips, but nothing else. A shame.

Lovely dented a poor girls car as the car parking spots infront of the place is sloped downwards so when I opened the door it shot open and hit the poor ladies car. She gave me the evil eye and i was too ashamed to meet her eye back.

Suoermacs chain restaurant It is similar to an Irish version of McDonalds There is pizza and sub sandwiches available at this spot and there is plenty of indoor seating over two floors.

Good menu variety with Supermac's, Papa John's and SuperSubs all available under one roof. Food quality and service are both reliably good. This branch is a little way out of the town centre and is usually a bit quieter as a result. It also has a very handy drive-thru service.

I can't say I am a big fan of fast food but it is enjoyable now and then. Must say that the drive through was my haute cuisine a few times during lockdown. The staff deserve a smile and a thank you for their service.

Great food. But a tad expensive. But loaded fries is worth a go. Not a lot of Gluten free options. But to be expected. Still went here twice. My daughter loved it. Especially the giant tomato sauce bottles. Lol.

Only doing drive thru at the moment due to covid 19.... we have our take away treat every Friday and have come here for the past 3 weeks.... the food we have received has been overall good....however we have now for 3 weeks in a row received either the wrong order or incomplete order.... this evening we were left short a portion of nuggets and a portion of onion rings....as this is third time in a row we are retisant to return.

Visited lunch time March 7th 2020. Not as clean as other Supermac's I've been to. Service was very slow. Food was good though.

Good most of the time but the key to any good fastfood restaurant is consistency and this supermacs is not consistent. Went in with two kids yesterday. New girl who was very friendly was not sure how to use till. Experienced staff around her showed her no support even though quiet. End result order was messed up severely. When I let her know people in burger counter took burgers apart to make proper one meaning remnants of sauce on burger that was ordered plain. Chips were cold kids were aggrevated and just a poor experience. If order is messed up and takes time to rectify replace fries and at the very least apologise. Also got charge 25cent more for kids meals and never got the toy. Small things that take away from what could potentially be great but it's the little things that count.

Supermacs particularly Papa Johns is fantastic. Been to several over last few years in Tipperary Town, plaza in Loughrea and in Galway City. Kids love it and great value. Great choice of fast food with big increase in menu choice ... Ice cream is worth stopping for.

This is a solid supermacs. Good location, quick service, plenty of selection and seating and it’s plenty clean. As well as the usual supermacs stuff it’s a slightly larger one that has wraps and other selections of food available. You can’t go wrong.
