N. S.Had the Cheeseburger, Buffalo wings and a cider and have to say the cheeseburger was one of the best I’ve ever had! No nonsense, just awesome beef flavour. Just how I love it. Definitely in my top 3 burger places in Europe!

In case you don't know, tap water is completely free (in all restaurants in Galway). It was served at the table without asking as soon as we arrived.
The food was good and the service was really fast. We ordered the Bacon CheeseBurgers. They came with a generous bowl of fries/chips. It is a small place but it doesn't feel crowded.

C. J.I've been looking for a good chicken burger in Galway for a while now, finally found it. The chipotle maple chicken burger is amazing, perfect amount of heat. Chips are great, and I finished with what might be the best chocolate milkshake I've ever had. The server, who's name I didn't catch, was exceedingly lovely. She was friendly and easy to chat to. I can't wait to come back and try more off the menu, probably my favourite food spot in Galway.
K. o. r.Delicious burgers, fries , vanilla or strawberry milk shakes and chicken. Everything we ordered was hot and so tasty. Staff were cheerful and friendly. Service was super speedy. There was only a small menu but everything on it looked delicious. No starters or desserts just burgers and chicken. It is all outdoor seating , a canopy cover, so we people watched as we ate. No booking needed, grab a free table and they pop u out a menu and u go inside to order and pay. My 2 family members ( note.. 2 very fussy burger people) loved their cheese burgers and chips. My chicken pieces were the most tender and flavourful I have ever had and my sweet potatoes fries were yummy. We will be back.

D.I have just been to Burgerstory, I am Celiac so to find they had a Full Gluten-free Burger Menu was fabulous, I am on holiday from England and have really struggled to find any Gluten-free options in Galway. So thank you for such a gorgeous delicious Cheeseburger and Fries, and the Staff are lovely and friendly too. It’s just a shame I can’t get Deliveroo when I go home.

T. M.You aint had Sweet potato fries till you had them here, my goodness, they will blow your taste buds away. Crispy, not to sweet nor salty, mushy, I cant even explain myself any further but well done guys. The Vegan Option I had was lovely, would of preferred a different healthier Bun but it was delicious. Hubby had the Cheese burger and he loved it. The HOT DIP is really HOT, so be careful on that one.
Milkshakes are creamy as well.. so go all out when you there.

Nice burger, but small in size. I did get the single ,as I didn't want a double to cloud my judgement on the taste.
Portion size in general was small, however was a tasty burger to get, once you were in the area.
Burger taste- juicy and very tender but no need for the mustard
Toppings on burger- onion was nice and crunchy and an adequate about of cheese for the size of the burger meat.
Extras- loaded fries and bacon was very tasty but chips were a little dry. They did have a crunch but the bacon and melted cheese saved them

M. L.I had a lovely meal here after visiting the Christmas market in the afternoon. I'm lactose and gluten intolerant and they were more than willing to accommodate me. They were unfortunately out of gluten free buns but they offered me a lovely fresh salad instead and it was delicious. All the staff are very friendly too and the restaurant itself is very clean and kept well. I would highly recommend.

A. P.Very cozy place with beautiful interior. Friendly staff and big menu to choose from. We ordered 5 cheeseburgers and fries and two milkshakes and we only waited for 10-15 minutes. Burgers are handmade and delicious and fairly well priced.
T. C.We stopped in during our visit. We ordered 2 burgers mine medium my wife's well done (she is pregnant and cant have raw meat). Mine came out rare which is fine. My wife's was medium which the restaurant said is their well done. The said they would remake it. They put the original burger back on the grill, when it came back out it was rubbery which would not have been the case if the remains it. That being said my burger was delicious and the fries were great.

This is first time I've had this out of all the burger places I've eaten in Ireland. I think it's like a homecook who doesn't know how to properly cook burgers, but burnt the outside. R. H.Very small little restaurant ! Good for a nice quick stop and chat or meet up with someone or for a quick bite to eat with friends! The food portions are small enough but do taste quite good and the ingredients are solid! Its a very compact building and maybe the burgers are a tad on the dear side for what you get but I did enjoy my experience here and will come back to try more of the menu ! I ordered the bacon cheese burger single and it was quite good taste wise and the fries were great for 8-9€ I think! Also very friendly staff ✔️

Fries - The buffalo fries were just fries soaked in hot sauce. Not the biggest fan, but that could just be my personal preference.
Overall it was a good stop, only food we had in Galway so nothing much to compare.
N. O.I eat here every time I come to Galway and I'm never disappointed. The burgers, loaded fries and shakes are delicious! Unfortunately, I don't eat chicken but I'm told it's really good. My favourite is the chili cheese burger with the bacon cheese fries, they are so so tasty. The rum and vanilla shake is amazing too!

We both had the cheeseburger and it's right up there with the best burgers we've both ever had. Good quality meat, freshly minced, simple ingredients not over-complicated done really well. All you can ask from a burger really.

A. J.Some of the best food in the city. Its food is better than most of the other restaurants rated much higher on TripAdvisor--downright outrageous! Get the burger with black pudding. It had a wonderful almost pastrami-like flavor. You can also get burgers cooked medium which is pretty rare in Ireland. Burgers and fries set you back less than 10 euro.

F. R.On arriving to this restaurant, myself and my partner knew this was where we wanted to eat, as we had been craving a tasty burger all day. We were warmly welcomed by the staff of The Burgerstory and took our time to decide our meals from the interesting range of burgers available. We were pleased to find out that all burgers came with paprika seasoned chips, which turned out to be up there with the best chips I've ever eaten. As for the burgers, we had the option of our burgers to be cooked either medium or well-done. I chose the bacon and cheese along with a strawberry milkshake and my partner chose 'The Double Damation' consisting of two large beef patties and a large slice of black pudding on a brioche bun alongside a beer. The total price of both our meals was approx 30 euro, and they were worth every last penny, to say the least. The burgers were juicy and bursting with flavour, and again up there with one of the best burgers I've eaten.
I would highly recommend The Burgerstory for any burger lovers around Galway city to go and enjoy a beautiful meal over looking the views of the sea on a sunny day.

Visiting Galway a friend who lives nearby recommended we go here and it was top Drawer, but don't take my word for it, go, in fact make your way to Galway just to experience it.
