A. C.Great experience here. Amazing food for the price. Very friendly staff. We spent four nights in Galway and ended up going here for dinner 3 times! Pizza italia and the chicken Caesar salad are delicious. Strongly suggest trying this out if you’re in town!

Unfortunately I didn’t eat here in the end, but upon arrival I was greeted by an amazing young lad (Zac I hope I got this name correct), he was pleasant, friendly and accommodating. With a packed restaurant he tried his upmost best to fit us in on a busy Saturday night. I work in the hospitality area myself and as a RM I couldn’t ask for anyone better to greet me. 5 stars for this employee. The smell of this restaurant was amazing when I’m back in Galway again, I will definitely be checking this place out. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
L. B.Great value for money and really great food. My partner and I don't drink so rang ahead to see if they had non-alcoholic wine. They didn't have any at the time but they're was no problem bringing our own. Both of us had more than enough to eat with some really tasty starters and main courses! We were so full we had no room for dessert. Lovely selection of pasta and pizza dishes with the option to pick your own pasta. Zack, or host, (at least I think that's his name) was a really nice guy and a credit to Zappis. Give him a raise! Looking forward to our next visit.

S. B.We came here without a reservation and it was quite busy, and were told it would be a fifteen minute wait. However, we got lucky and a table became available. We ordered a pizza and two pasta dishes, and three beers. The total came to around €51, which is quite reasonable. I had the spicy sausage pasta, and it was delicious. Staff were friendly, professional and efficient. I’d highly recommend this place if you fancy some Italian food while in Galway!

R. G.Simply put, I haven't had a pasta dish this fresh and delicious since I was in a small Italian village on the north edge of Lake Garda.
The restaurant is bright and clean with a reasonably spacious feel. The staff were very pleasant but somewhat over attentive, frequently asking if I was okay, however I put this down to my visit falling at a very quiet time.
The ordering system is quite novel; you are given a swipe card when you are seated, which you present when ordering from the waiting staff or at either of the counters or the bar. This card is used to keep your order all together and you simply present it at the till to pay on the way out. I imagine it would make eating in a large group very convenient if you wanted to spilt the bill a million ways, as you could each keep a separate card and thus a separate order.
Lastly I'll mention the food. I had bruschetta followed with fusilly carbonara and I have to say it was fantastic. For less than €14 excluding drinks I got a meal that hands down trounced the standards of some of the supposedly high end restaurants in this city. And now I leave, full and satisfied, eager to recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious, inexpensive food.

V. K.I've been here once last year and twice this year. The restaurant has an awesome atmosphere, the staff is super nice, funny and great overall. They have great food and great prices. Upon entering the second time we (my friends and I) were greeted as "the legends" by the staff. The staff also is made of helpful, honest people, who told me that my purse had fallen out of my pocket twice. The deserve the best rewiews and one day I will propose marriage to my future girlfriend in this more than just awesome restaurant. Thanks for everything and I hope I'll get the chance to return one day.

My pizza was well cooked with great flavt and plenty of toppings. My wife's pasta was lovely although a little more sauce would have made it perfect. Staff were both friendly and very attentive. Highly recommended we will be back the next time we are in Galway

We had the lasagna dinner and it was wonderful, delicate noodles, wonderful meat and cheese filling. Came with salad and garlic bread. Server was great, friendly and attentive.
