N. B.Had prebooked lunch in Kates today. There was 14 people in the booking, from 2yrs old to grandparents and everyone was catered for. Good wholesome food and a decent selection on menu. Potions were generous and very tasty. Price good value too. Staff very friendly and not too long waiting for the food. Would definately recommend this little gem of a cafe.

The only thing to bear in mind is how popular this place is as it can get very busy at lunch time. The food is delicious and fairly priced. I had their house special - home baked ham and cheddar toasted sandwich. It was generous and delicious, highly recommended if in the area.
