We discovered this place by accident but what an amazing breakfast we had. I think it's one of the best breakfasts I've tasted for a long time and service was great

Food was nice but service was poor. It wasn't that busy but staff didn't seem to be on the ball. There was just one girl who appeared to be aware of tables and was very pleasant. Wish I'd gotten her name. It's a shame as my lunch was lovely.

Booked for breakfast at 11, got served at 11.55. Told others had orders in ahead of us yet they arrived after us and we saw they ordered after us. Pancakes were cold - plate was hot. Rest of food was nice. Only giving review because last time we went, we booked in for breakfast as well and there was an issue with the table being available. Not sure if we'd go again.

Had prebooked lunch in Kates today. There was 14 people in the booking, from 2yrs old to grandparents and everyone was catered for. Good wholesome food and a decent selection on menu. Potions were generous and very tasty. Price good value too. Staff very friendly and not too long waiting for the food. Would definately recommend this little gem of a cafe.

Lovely spot for lunch or dinner. We got lunch and we were full for hours. Delicious food and cakes. They do breakfast and lunch menu. Wide selection of fresh cakes and a good cup of coffee.

It's basically an average cafe. Only outdoor seating. It was raining the day I was there so wasn't practical. Food was nice, staff are lovely. We weren't waiting long. Good price too.

It's a lovely village cafe with outdoor seating if needed. Staff are all exceptionally friendly and helpful. The only thing to bear in mind is how popular this place is as it can get very busy at lunch time. The food is delicious and fairly priced. I had their house special - home baked ham and cheddar toasted sandwich. It was generous and delicious, highly recommended if in the area.
