Family evening out. We sat in the upstairs section of the restaurant which had a lovely atmosphere and relaxed decor. Fantastic food, I was very pleasantly surprised with the menu and quality of the food. Children's menu had a great selection too. Staff were very hospitable and service was excellent. Will definitely be back again. Thanks to Louise and Micheál.

The two ladies that helped us this morning 6th Jan 2022 09:47 in Kells Kitchen for our breakfast were fantastic. The best service we've ever received at a road stop point. Without us asking they insightfully knew the extra sausage on our plate was for a excitable 21 month old. They offered to cut it up and place it into a bowl to cool while we payed, while they kept our breakfast plates under the heat. They then both helped to carry our plates to our seats while our hands were full without us asking. The price after also shocked us as how great value it was! Our thanks to them for making a stressful morning less so! :)

One of my not often given 5 star experiences is of the "Cook of Kells" , the popularity of this is displayed in both the queue for Sunday carvery lunch but also in the speed of the team to process those waiting in minutes and the great team work displayed to make it all happen seamlessly, customer service was excellent, usually a request for a bit less of one thing and a bit more of something else is usually met with a huff and a puff, but not here, its great to hear, "no problem, we can do that" and the food was delicious also, Great work guys, keep it up 👌😀😀

Dropped in yesterday with my sister and her Hubby for a quick Sarnie and Cuppa and we were all very impressed with the overall ambiance and lay out of the Plaza quality of the service and bang for your Buck we’re exceptional well done Micheal Damien and Paul this is a huge Asset to the Heritage Town of Kells Regards Denis
