Burger factory is my new favourite place to eat in kilkenny, the food is absolutely delicious and the staff are so kind and really well mannered always treat you very well and greet you with a smile on their face ! Such a lovely place to sit outside and eat your meal, its so peaceful and honestly it couldn't be in a better place in town . I absolutely love this place ! Its fantastic! Highly recommend!!! 😁😁😁

Severely underwhelming. Overly cooked burgers. Soggy chips, although the parmesan on top of the sweet potato ones is a nice twist. The staff were very nice and accommodating.

Really nice burgers. Better then your standard stuff. Cheeseburger with a touch of goat cheese - very good! Chicken burger also highly recommended. Friendly staff too. Prices are more than fair.

Food excellent. Our 2nd time ever in Kilkenny and lucky my son and his partner whom my wife and I were visiting knew of this excellent eaterie. Staff were so friendly and helpful.

Wondering food and the burgers are so fresh and taste, try the Cheesburger and you will not be disappointed.. The loaded fries are out of this world with jalapeño and cheese/bacon will feed 2 people and the outdoor dining is great. Quiet on a Sunday after 5pm and up the alleyway ( barrack lane) is Butlers Art Gallery, but that closes at 5 on Sunday. Will definitely be eating here again..

I just had the best burger ever. I ordered Boss Burger and was perfect. I like my burger to be well done but in the same time juicy and it was just like that. I can not recomand it enough. The tase was absolutly perfect. Sorry I have no pictures but I couldn't wait to eat it. The order was done in time and they folow all the quidelines for covid. Keep up the good work!

Amazingly fresh food. They even grill the avacado, something I never had before, and it makes it so so so much more tastier. The best vegetarian breakfast I ever had. Lovely polite staff. As a veggie it can be hard getting decent food options. Will definitely be back, and yes they can cook an egg properly.

The vegetarian breakfast was absolutely delicious, one of the best vegetarian breakfasts I have had. Perfect sized portions and great value for money. Staff were very friendly. Will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu.

The meat in the burger was very good. However, our request of no onions on one of our burgers was ignored - this was a health requirement. Also, the lettuce in the burger had sand in it, so it was clearly not washed properly. During a pandemic, that is extremely concerning. All other issues seem to have been resolved.

We tried: strand burger (tasty!), cheese one (terrible!), french fries (meh), and parmesan sweet potato fries (terrible!). So I dunno, maybe just don't order anything with cheese?
