We came here for a family meal whilst visiting family who live in the Kilkenny area. We actually took advantage of a voucher scheme where you purchased a €50 voucher for €35 which made the meal extremely good value. The menu is extensive, food very nice and service of a good standard. All in all we had a lovely meal and our €150 worth of vouchers covered the cost of food and drink for our party of 7 to which we needed to add a further €15. This meant that the cost per head was less than €25/person.

Have been several times, and each time have been really happy with the beautiful tasting food. Great value on Sunday lunch menu. Lovely looking place too. Can clearly see the chef cooking the food too if you wish to watch from your seat.

I think it's worth recommending a restaurant in Kilkenny City. You can count on the service to help you choose a dish if you have any doubts. The cook is also very talented and will make a dish under you if you have any food allergies.
