Order out of papa johns frequently. Hats off to all your staff, they are always so pleasant but an extra mention to Trish.. genuinely what a lovely lovely girl. Excellent customer service a special mention- staff Jason was so warm and welcoming and attentive made our dining experience very pleasant . Despite the impractical and frequently unworkable restrictions imposed through Covid 19 policies Supermac offer excellent customer service and a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.

My wife and I were visiting the area and decided to stop in for some lunch, we were in a hurry and wanted to get the food to go so we can eat during our drive to Rock of Cashel. Long story short our order got messed up some how and a female manager got involved, we didn't made a fuss or create a scene but when she noticed it was over 20 minutes and our order was still not ready, she not just refunded the money and apologized multiple times but personally brought our food to us. I believe she went and beyond our expectation and it was probably the best customer service we experienced during our entire trip.
