Order out of papa johns frequently. Hats off to all your staff, they are always so pleasant but an extra mention to Trish.. genuinely what a lovely lovely girl. Despite the impractical and frequently unworkable restrictions imposed through Covid 19 policies Supermac offer excellent customer service and a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.

My wife and I were visiting the area and decided to stop in for some lunch, we were in a hurry and wanted to get the food to go so we can eat during our drive to Rock of Cashel. Long story short our order got messed up some how and a female manager got involved, we didn't made a fuss or create a scene but when she noticed it was over 20 minutes and our order was still not ready, she not just refunded the money and apologized multiple times but personally brought our food to us. I believe she went and beyond our expectation and it was probably the best customer service we experienced during our entire trip.

Best Burger place in Ireland,I reckon. Far more than just burgers. You WONT leave feeling hungry! (unlike other fast food outlets...) Sub's, sandwiches,great ice cream bar and great pizzas too. And Irish!

I came by here accidentally cause I didn't search restaurant before arriving Kilkenny. This is a mini fastfood complex. I chose pizzeria's certain set menu that I could pick up 3 toppings. I selected 2 different spicy peppers, they decreased the greasiness. And chips came together were nice. Also the price was reasonable. I stopped by this place by chance because I didn't do any research about the restaurant before visiting Kilkenny. You can eat fast food such as pizza and hamburgers, but I chose pizza. When ordering a specific set menu, you could choose up to three toppings. I chose two types of peppers and they were good as they not only had a spicy taste but also kept the greasiness at bay. The fries that came with it were also great. Also, the price was not expensive which was nice.

The burger looks similar to a double cheeseburger. I can't remember ever having a better one. If this restaurant chain existed in Germany, the competitors would have to dress very warmly. It's a shame that I wasn't able to test several more dishes. Next time I would try the fries with the white sauce, I had curry with cheddar. Unfortunately all the tables were full of garbage and leftover food from previous guests, so no 5 stars.

Three rooms in one. It seems a bit chaotic because it's not clear where to pay and order. In the end it is a fast food restaurant with a wide choice. Sitting at the table my son received the news that he had been promoted, so it's good luck!
