Family run restaurant with delicious food. Our server was really friendly and told us all about his family and how he works the weekends while at college. Lovely atmosphere inside while observing all the covid regulations.

Fabulous food, excellent service. Will definitely be back for more! House wine is very decent too. Staff are absolutely lovey. Restaurant itself is very tastefully decorated with a lovely relaxed vibe. One of the nicest restaurants in Kilkenny.

Such a lovely restaurant we've travelled from Dublin to it a couple times now they have several delicious vegan options, the mousakka and cauliflower steak was amazing! Also two vegan desserts which were delicious. Very helpful and friendly staff, our favourite spot in Kilkenny!

Couldn't fault anything about the experience from the food to the service to the prices - our waitress Rachel was lovely, full of chat and recommendations from the menu. Her boss, didn't catch his name (!) Was also lovely and kept us entertained with his easy ba ter. High recommend this place!

Can't recommend this place enough. The have a slightly smaller menu than most places but this is not a bad thing because of what they have on it they do really really well. Family run business and everyone was really nice. Really welcoming,even when I couldn't find my vaccine pass. They joked with us and served us water etc. until I found it. They even gave me the WiFi code to help me with Internet. When we went to order they discussed the menu with us and even offered an alternative to one of the cheeses in a pasta dish to suit my vegetarian girlfriend which was really nice. Afterward the lady brought the cheese substitute out from the kitchen to show us so we would know where to find it in the shops. They even put a little bit on a small plate as extra and for me to try. Also shared a starter and they brought out two sets of cutlery an plates as they thought we might want to share, didn't even have to ask. Overall really warm, genuine and welcoming place which I would recommend to everyone.

Lovely restaurant! I have to admit that I was surprised that we were able to book in the last minute on a Saturday... but we were a group of 6 and all of us were amazed by the food and service. Highly recommended.

Fine dining with a variety of menus and a wide range of choices in the menu. I had trio of bruschetta for lunch and my boyfriend had truffles antipasto. My trio of bruschetta was fabulous and my boyfriend's antipasto was lovely. I would recommend this restaurant for a fine lunch or fine dining for dinner.

unbelievable!!! we ordered dinner from Truffles and asked for an 8pm (ish) delivery slot. Our meal arrived at 825 + the delivery person immediately started apologising for late delivery.... no no its fine. 20 minutes later as we were enjoying an amazing meal, our doorbell rang again. the delivery lady back with 2 complementary desserts to compensate for the 'late' meal. totally unneccessary. The food in this restaurant is amazing, tasty and generous portions but its the customer service that sets it apart. Amazing customer experience, i can' t recommend it highly enough

We enjoyed the most delicious meal at Truffles last weekend. From making the booking to leaving the restaurant, the whole experience was just fabulous. Food was top notch and service even better and all at great value. Cannot recommend it enough!

Had a fabulous lunch here with my mother. Will definitely return - the food was delicious, atmosphere lovely and the staff were fabulous. Very attentive but not over the top. Lots of vegetarian options, although plenty of things for meat eaters also available. Toilets were spotless which is always a good sign. Couldn't fault it to be honest!

Went for early bird with 2 friends. We were so impressed with the whole experience. Menu was excellent, starters, mains and dessert were delicious. Wine was also really good. Staff we so friendly and attentive. A must visit if in Kilkenny !!!

Excellent standards are kept here at Truffles. We booked a table for five, two of whom are vegans. The quality of the food and service is exceptionally high. We vegans were very well catered to with a fully dedicated vegan menu. The roast celeriac wrapped in Nori seaweed was delightful, as was the Quinoa mains. There were even four separate vegan desserts available the day we visited.

Fantastic - have been 6 times and food and staff are just excellent. 5 star service today also for Father's Day. The smoked pork omg incredible!!! Parents first time there and they loved everything about the place and spoke highly of the standard of food. Cannot recommend this place high enough.
