Reviews of Emilie's - emilies.ie
Staying in Glenbeigh for several weeks and fighting the urge to order one of their pizzas every single night! Absolutely a must stop along the Ring of Kerry! We have had four pizza’s and also some brown bread with walnuts-all are unbelievably incredible! I am quite sure that any takeaway items purchased here would be amazing-the chef is so very talented!
Highly recommend this awesome place 10/10!!
The best and Our favourite choice takeaway and restaurant on the Kerry way.
All meals and deserts are unique and delicious. We find it always hard to choose, we love them all!
You just have to try the pecan pie and the sourdough bread!!!! but make sure you are not too late as those go fast. We always take away pizza to eat on the beach, my absolute fav is “Verdura” and “Margarita” for a child. Often we just drive 80 km after long week for a fab sunset and pizza on near the sea - 👌👌👌 🌊🌊🌊
From deserts point of view, freshly baked and displayed on the counter as part of the beautiful interior decoration. We had the cinnamon rolls and blueberry lemon glazed flat cake , it was divine! 🤤🤤
The shop serves best of nespresso coffee and is aiming to upgrade to barista sometime next year.
Didn't get the chance to tryout the pizza but if its anything like the desert then you're in very capable hands of the chef.
Absolutely great loved the coffee perfect friendly staff great management. Well organised DEFENTLY a well organised establishment plenty choses great products
The best guinness brown bread and cakes to die for. Their mince pies the best in Kerry too. Not forgetting they sell Lorge chocolates the best in Kerry too.
Stopped for morning coffee. Tasty coffee but the cakes were 9verpriced for the size of helping and that spoiled the visit. Just watch put what you pick from the counter.
Just love this place and all the amazing pastries and food selections. The staff are very friendly. Coffee and a pastry at Emile's are a highlight of our stay in Glenbeigh
Really nice pizza but not a whole lot else on the menu. Also opens in the morning serving scones & coffee plus other baked goods as they come out of the oven. The bread looked good but didn't get to sample it.
No discount for take-away pizzas so you may as well sit down & eat it there. See pic for a recent takeaway, its was ok but could have used a little more topping I think. Compare to the picture on their website where it looks totally different.
Staff are friendly but do some funny things. I was laughing as I watched one person wipe down a table, wiping the crumbs etc onto the floor & the chairs!
Updated review just to say watch out for the new wine corkage charge they've introduced on their own wine! We used to get a bottle with a pizza there but not anymore as the wine prices have gone up & there is an additional €10 charge on every bottle. Get a take-away instead & save €20 by buying a bottle of wine at the local garage.
Great coffee and fantastic selection of cakes. Reasonably priced. See the breads being baked in the wood fired oven. Sandwiches, pizzas, cheeses, bread and lots more ... what's not to love. Benches across the road to sit and take in the sun.
It's a new restraint and the menu is growing. I've only had the pizza and it was just ok. It was expensive as well, like €14 for a personal pizza. All of the items on the menu were in my opinion expensive. I wish there were some maybe less fancy, more affordable options. If your just feeding yourself or a couple you could justify the expense, but in my case I would be buying for a family of 4. I look forward to seeing how this place evolves, I understand they are just starting out and hopefully constructive reviews will have a positive impact. I truly wish them sucess!
