Spectacular experience! As a chef it is pure joy eating at places like this. Not a single critique. The service was attentive and welcoming and the food was incredible. Interior is warm and super cozy. The best mussels I've ever had! The pasta special was creative and delicious. The pizza was awesome. Ingredients were fresh and flavors were on point! They seemed to be one of the only restaurants open and Thank goodness they were on this January day!

Definitely try the bruschetta with walnut and honey, it's very tasty. The Ballyhoura pizza was delicious. Staff were lovely also.

My friends and I had a wonderful pizza dinner at Bruno’s during our stay in Kinsale. The pizza and salad was delicious. The crust baked to perfection. The atmosphere was comfortable and unique. The service by all who work there was perfect!! I highly recommend this establishment!!

Great atmosphere and lovely food and wines. The pepperoni pizza is one of the best pizzas have ever had. If not the best. Gorgeous. The wine selection is very good. The service is friendly. It's very hard to find something wrong with this place. The open kitchen adds to the atmosphere. The imported wood oven from Naples does the trick every time. Definitely one of the best dining options in the Kinsale area.

They squeezed us apologetically into the Tower room, which we loved (we actually preferred that room). Water flowing down the rock wall, soft light, curved stone walls, a 'throne' room. The pizza was the best we've had in Ireland. I had the special with parma ham and my husband had the pepperoni, both very nice. Many thanks!

One of the best pizzas we've eaten and the best Italian restaurants (if not the best of all) in Kinsale! Great atmosphere, cosy and oryginal. Friendly, energetic and helpful staff. We came one minute after opening and it was nearly full (hence would recommend booking your table) even though we were comfortably seated at the bar and wonderfully served. Highly recommended place :)

The venue has a nice feel to it.. I had to remind myself I wasn't on holiday in Italy :) The kitchen is open so you can see them preparing the food & putting the pizzas in the oven. They don't take cards, so make sure you have enough cash.. not sure why they don't.. it seems a bit daft to me. The pizza (€15) was decent, and the ravioli was good too.. although at €17, the ravioli isn't cheap, and you don't get that much.

Amazing cozy little place. Friendly attentive staff and fast service. Most importantly, simply mouth watering dishes. If they have the white ravioli on their specials for the night, don’t think twice. Take it!

Just wow. This was a fantastic restaurant. We didn’t have a reservation but we were able to eat at the bar. Everything was fantastic. The garlic bread was best I have ever had. Ever. Anywhere. It was AMAZING. They had a great and friendly staff and it was a nice cozy spot to have dinner. Pricing was good as well.

Pizza is always my favourite thing to eat in a resturaunt but this is by far the best ive ever had, aswell as the garlic bread. Staff couldn't be more helpful and it was also nice that you could see them making the food. I couldnt recomened it anymore I definitely will be traveling back for it!

Good service. Quaint little place with a small but tasty menu. Wine is a little on the pricey side and they don't accept card payment - a issue throughout Kinsale. Worth a visit, though. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the food.

The food in Bruno's is very good, let's not get that wrong. However, it has inconsistent opening times and the maitre d' is rather grating and tends to deal with customers in a contrived manner (my opinion). It is highly unusual that they do not accept electronic payments (at all) in 2019, even if there is an ATM a 5 minute walk down the road. When it is open it seems to often be fully booked so it's difficult to understand the reticence to embrace the technology. The receipts are also hand written, so if you intend to expense a business meal here be prepared to have a fun talk with finance.

Update 2024. Ate in this time. Great service, smaller restaurant space, so its got a good buzz, not quiet but thats fine. Great service. Garlic bread is wow, Burrata was raved about, good pizzas, lovely evening. 2021 Have eaten there before and it was lovely just takeaway pizza and garlic bread this time and both were excellent.
