C. L.Steak Night!! Friendly staff, good atmosphere and tasty food.
We visited due to the steak night deal (€13.95) as was great price for 10oz sirlon. Steak was cooked as requested, onion rings were crispy and chips as expected. Good value and no complaints all round.
We also ordered 2 kids meals, hamburger and mini steak (4oz with extra side of chips). Portions were excellent for kids and at €6 well worth it.
Restuarant its self is American diner themed with comfy booths that easily fit a family. Staff are amazing and nothing is too much effort.

T. C.It’s okay and that’s the best I can say. The food was on the low quality side and everything went cold very quick, except the milkshakes. The atmosphere was nice and all the stuff on the walls kept you busy looking around. The staff were extremely professional and friendly and really looked after us. We had a problem with our onion rings because the batter was so thick it didn’t cook in the middle and the waitress spotted me looking at this and stopped and took them away and took them off our bill.
It’s a long way off TGI Friday’s but it’s different from the norm but I couldn’t say I was amazed by the food like some other restaurants so that’s why I score it 3 stars. It’s a little bit above average but for the €50 our bill came to you could have had a OMG meal at TGI Friday’s for an extra €10 or so. I would eat here again but not by choice, only if someone else picked it, I won’t be rushing back.
As crocodile Dundee put it “ you can eat it but it tastes like s*** “ 🤭😜 that's a bit harsh but you get the idea.
L. C.The place has a good ambiance and the staff where great, the only thing that let it down was the quality of the food. Everything looked great but was only warm when it arrived at the table. I had the pulled pork buger which was very salty so where the ribs. The side of onion rings had such a thick batter on them it wasn't cooked through but the waitress was quick to notice and removed them from our bill. I feel the food needs to be of much better quality ( ie the meats ). I don't think I'd would go again of my own back. I did really enjoy my Ice cream Sunday.

P. H.American Diner in Letterkenny. Friendly, family atmosphere, nice service from staff. There is a wide and varied menu and is reasonably priced. Side order portions are very small compared to other restaurants. Overall well worth a visit

Surprisingly large Vegan menu (possibly for Veganuary); which looked very interesting even to omnivores like me.
Picked up their Takeaway menu on the way out. It may look a little pricier than others; but remember that this is not fast-food, and would be great for a stay-at-home dinner.
Definitely requires another visit soon.

J. M.Loved it. We went for the early bird menu and yes portions are slightly smaller but with 3course we left stuffed! We had the mushrooms and chicken wings to start and the burger and chicken melt for main's all were gorgeous and full of flavor! The staff were lovely, one waiter spotted our wobbly table and came over very discreetly and fixed it for us without us having to ask! Highly recommend

Food came at exactly when I was ready to eat..had 3 courses. .and so unbelievably brill prices.Now this was on a Monday. Don't know the weekend prices but hold out a day..it's well worth the wait..
O. G.Top stuff grub and prices and staff was great. If you don't book a table your waiting at the most 5 minutes. I have a son who isn't aloud eggs or all nuts and they were great to order from and very helpful when it came to his food. P. G.This was our favourite place to eat but am not sure I'll be going back again. Both the menu and the portion sizes have been drastically cut. Has it changed ownership??? On the plus side our waitress was really lovely and made a big fuss of my daughter on her birthday. Disappointed as not up to its usual high standard.
S. M.I love the BBQ ribs. Go here occasionally. Always good. I do not agree with paying 10% extra when there are more than 5 people and that includes children. Surely when you bring that number, the restaurant is making a greater profit. Still, I'll be back for the ribs. Go here hungry.

H.When for the early meal just to try it out and was more than happy, we pre-booked which is a good idea because they were busy and we had the set menu and were unable to eat the dissert as we were to full but were given it to take home. The food, service and atmosphere was relaxed and good. The one thing I will say is that this restaurant was very children friendly, they had a time and want to go back and the price will bring us back. Very happy with everything here and would recommend this restaurant for a family meal to anyone. Well done Stateside.

The restaurant recently underwent a menu shift and by the feel of it a shift in chef. While the food was still decent, compared to the old menu it feels like a different restaurant. The quality and amount of food has decreased quite drastically, the chicken was like rubber and the bread was a bit stale. Even the coke was different, it tasted like the kind of tesco own brand coke which was nearly flat. To put it bluntly it went from the kind of place where I was happy spending 25+ to the kind of place I would be happy spending under 15 for it. I won't be in a rush back.

I have always enjoyed the food here, there is usually a long wait on the food(20 mins+) plus but it's always worth it as the food is cooked fresh. The menus have a legend for allergens that are contained in dishes and the wait staff are very accommodating. They serve all manner of beverages alcoholic and non-alcoholic as well. I chose to give 5 stars as I have been here serveral times and not once have I been disappointed at the meal I was served.

Last time I was here we ended up waiting quite a while for our food to arrive, but the manager apologised and gave us any additional sides for free.
