Nice food and rather busy which is good to see. The mussels were excellent. The Cajun chicken had a little too much cream for my liking but was still good.

Excellent, as usual. I had the scallops and my wife had salmon. Mussels for starter were memorable.

First time having Xmas Dinner in a restaurant and won't be my last but I think it will be my last having it in this restaurant. Staff were lovely friendly and courteous. Starters and dessert quite good ,main meal very little special effort made, there are so many tasty vegetables and ways to cook them that can make Xmas dinner special but alas it was as basic as it could be,I suspect the stuffing was out of a box,we got carrots and sprouts and creamed potatoes all perfectly edible ,but what about cauliflower, broccoli peas to name a few. My sister is a vegetarian she got a stuffed courgette with cous cous ,I have seen many vegetarian menus that would make my mouth water and this is what the chef thought a vegetarian would like on Xmas day. So little effort. To be honest I think 3 stars is a bit of a stretch

Great restaurant with the best mussels in garlic sauce in the whole area! Beautiful terrace surrounded by glass, with a gorgeous view on the bay just beneath it.
Highly recommended place to stop and enjoy. If you drink beer, have a pint of Guinness with the mussels! Cheers!

Lovely experience, I never had Lobster before so I chose to go with the "the sims" popular dish Lobster tremidor as main and crab claws as starter, was wonderfully cooked and very tasty, the staff were as well very friendly, was a very good recharging after a long driving. The only detail that was left behind was the han dryer that is crying for an upgrade.

The food in here was absolutely stunning. The fillet steak was beautiful as were the views. If booking, ask to be seated beside a window with views. We wanted to move tables to get an even better view but were told it was reserved. We were the last people there and no one arrived for the other table so that was frustrating. They also gave us the bill for the table next to us thankfully my partner realised. So just a few things to work on there but I would highly recommend this place.

A 10 minuet drive from our hotel and we found this little gem of a restaurant. The salmon was cooked to perfection. The steak was delicious , especially with the pepper sauce. We treated ourselves to a wee desert between us. Plesently surprised to find it only cost €60 . A busy little spot for a Tuesday night in the middle of no where . Thank you for a lovely evening .

Found this restaurant through a sign and then take a side road. We were expecting much but really pleasantly pleased
The restaurant is lovely and inviting. The staff are wonderful
We opted to sit outside with a view of Mulroy Bay and the weather was amazing as was the food. Brie was beautifully done. Vegetarian pasta was so tasty l had the homemade tomato sauce. Hubby had the Mulroy Bay mussels. He said they were fabulous. Cheesecake was shared but was tasty
We would highly recommend this restaurant
The staff welcome families with small children and have a children's menu
Out of 5stars l would give Ripples a 5+
