Consistent and excellent. I could have written this review five years ago when we regularly called in. I didn't and then we were much less often in Limerick, so we moved on to other places. On a recent trip to the city we called in and were reminded of just how good the food is, how generous the portions are and how nicely the staff treat customers. There's an opening in Ennis for you guys if you feel like expanding.

Fast delivery and their foods are tasty! (Yellow fish curry and Green curry) A big portion, I couldn't finish it. (In the photos, they are only the half or just a bit more of the portion)

My wife ordered the prawn and grab meat fried rice. It was good, but the portion was not as large as I expected and there was no noticeable crab meat in it. My daughter ordered tom kah kai which has a very strong lime flavour, she couldn't finish it because of the taste. If you really like lime then this is for you. I had the fer pho bo kar and I liked it it. The portion was generous and it was what I expected. It was a just spicy enough to heat your throat but not over powering. Our server was not friendly at all, she made me feel unwelcome in their establishment, as if she would prefer we hadn't come in to eat. I would eat here again, the table next to us had some interesting food that smelled and looked really good. I don't expect to like everything on the menu, I do expect excellent customer service.

Impeccable food as always, the only restaurant I know in Limerick that has had consistent quality since the day they opened, even with takeaway. All dishes tried have been delicious but the lotus salad is always a favourite!

I ordered pad thai and chicken winglet. Could have been 5 star but the seafood pad thai was nowhere near the taste of the authentic one. Probably they have to cater the irish taste buds, the aroma isn’t there, no chilli on the side, sweetness was missing and too much salt but still the portion was big enough. The fried chicken wing was good though, love it.

Walked in the door and was hit with an array of lovely smells, lovely food and more. The menu is varied enough without being complex or having too many options. There is a great lunch deal for 10 euro. The food was amazing, everything is made to order and making choices within that is no issue, if you want something taken out or added they seem willing to assist anyone. I overheard a few people asking for the spice level to be reduced without issue. I asked for prawns to be swapped for chicken, again no issues. The service was also great, very attentive but no one hovering or taking plates away before you are finished. I love Asian Street food places but this one was actually one of my favourite places so far, pity there is not one close to me. Wholeheartedly recommend to anyone.

The food here is simply delicious. All menu items can be offered as vegetarian options which is a rarity but a very welcome one. Every dish we had was sumptuous. We were there for Lunch and the main course + ice-cream deal was a bargain at just over a tenner a head. Would happily revisit.

I loved Aroi when it first opened, it was tasty, it was fresh and the food was just great but the for a while I found it went a bit down hill. Portions became tiny, flavour was lacking and it just wasn't the Aroi I loved. I stopped going. Recently however, after I ventured in for the first time in ages, I was pleased to find it was back on form. The flavour was back, the quantity was back and was just great. Perfect for solo lunches and lunches with friends. Came after reading reviews on our overnight stay. Wow impressed. Started with tom yam soup. Wow stunning. Large bowl decorated with vibrant flavours. Chicken rice best ive EVER had. Place is a must

Had such a nice meal here. Got the crab fried rice which came with prawns as my main. Would highly recommend it. Also got the mint gelato which was also excellent. What made it even better Was The service here. Not only Was The food well cooked and tasty but it was also very fast. Couldn't ask for friendlier staff either. 10/10 from me. Will definitely be back when I'm in Limerick next

Very Nice place, I went with my friends for our last lunch together at Limerick in May and the staff as well as the owner were very kind and always with a smile. They took order and are very flexible with the allergies so we can ask to remove things. The food I ordered Pad Thai it was really savoury.

I used to frequent the Aroi in Cork City, was upset when it closed down. I happened to be in Limerick last night and visited. The manager was accommodating and let me get the starter of satay with Tofu instead of Chicken, delicious!!! I would recommend their crispy Lotus salad 👍

Very impressive. Informal atmosphere, serving a great selection of southeast Asian cuisine, street-food style (they also offer takeaway). The lamb rendang is amazing, while the Balinese-style catch of the day (served in a banana leaf) is something you'd expect to find in a high-end restaurant. Certainly not what you'd expect to find in this town!
