Food is usually on point when ordering at the restaurant. Online orders hit and miss. Be careful to clarify what is extra. Minus one star for not being able to use Covid certificate checker. Please invest in a better tablet and also there are apps that can do that too. Not that not being served is the end of the world, but a bit of the bummer when you are looking forward to sit down and have some food for at least illusion of normality.

Very nice food... central location... two small comments, we had burritos which were served wrapped in tinfoil and in a bag. It may be my own fault, but there were no napkins or plastic cutlery in the bag when we got to our Riverside dining area. Burritos can be messy. Second point. In these covid times, the servers were behind a perspex partition and wore masks. Great! However, with music blaring from a speaker over my head, it was embarrassingly difficult to hear the server and to make myself heard. Maybe they could turn down the volume a little. That said, they burritos were tasty.

The burrito bowl here is amazing, I love it! Mexican rice, black beans and a variety of options to choose from. It's so tasty and super filling, plus you can also get a student discount if you have a valid ID. Also, the 'Mexican Cola' is worth a try.

Had to change my review due to always missing items from orders. For some reason they never have lettuce, even though it's not even 4pm yet and they're open until 10. The food itself is usually nice if delivered right but a lot of the time you may pay for guacamole and that wont be included because they've ran out but no one notifies you. How you can run out of so many ingredients constantly before even half the work day is over. It's very inconsistent and it's a shame.

Words don't exist to convey how much I love this place, the staff and of course the food! The fajitas and burritos are incredibly filling and so so good. Hard shell tacos are way better than soft shell :) Keep in mind to ask for the loyalty stamp card (and a student discount if it applies and you have student ID with you).

Like. For Ireland, it's decent Mexican food. Nothing spectacular. Its good if you're not up for making your own burritos at home, but there are many ways their food could be improved to be at least "Chipotle-tier."

Friendly staff that listen to every custom detail. The food is ready very fast. Options for vegans, vegetarians and omnivores. By far the nicest nachos, burrito and burrito bowls I've ever had. Lots of people love Boojum but I think it is average. Decent option if you are starving and looking for something quick/easy. I had a burrito bowl with chicken, Mexican rice, black beans, mild salsa, and a small bit of cheese. I found it very salty....I was super thirsty for the rest of the day. Personally wouldn’t go back again but my husband loves his burritos from Boojum and visit quite frequently.

Very good food. I am not an expert on Mexican food but I really liked it. I had chicken fajitas and and my boyfriend had pork burrito. The meat in both was very good. The portions are massive but it's so good u don't want to leave any of it. It looks like loads of young people visit it, but it's defenetly a good place for people of all ages to get some nice food. It's also good for groups of people as they have long tables and loads of space. The staff is very nice and quick so even if there is a que, it moves very fast.

Good burrito bar in the heart of Limerick. Ran out of chicken when we visited which was dissapointing. Especially as it was quite early in the evening (18.30). Food we order was good and the service was fast. If you a craving some Mexican food this is definitely worth your consideration.

Ordered a vegan burrito and a girl with black hair served me. She never offered to change her gloves and I waited while she asked me which rice so then I asked polity "can you change you gloves please". There was only 2/3 people behind me. Does she not realise that vegans can get sick because meat is like poison to their body? Anyways she reluctantly changed her gloves and when she added the beans she never drained the water twice might I add because I asked for both beans. The beans were slopped on quickly. My burrito was soggy and damp. All my other times visiting this place I found the service exceptional.

Its ok a bit pricey for what it is really. Authentic Mexican food... Ehh that's reaching the salsa however is on point but the barbacoa that I had was on the dry side its supposed to be tender not chewy. If anyone from the States reads this, this is a replica of the chain Chipotle.

Always excellent no matter which one I go to, the service is fun and great portion sizes. They are very safety conscious with allergens as my partner has coeliac disease and they are always so obliging and make eating out easy! Love Boojum! They have always started doing churros, vegan, vegetarian, and other specialised Poco pots!
