V. E. C.Lovely restaurant. A small space in the garden, well designed, cosy ... created a safe environment in this pandemic situation. The aubergine was outstanding. The chicken breast covered by bacon was amazing. For pizza, it will be good to have an hot olive oil. The chips were well done. Looking forward to come back.

O. b.Popped in tonight, it's been an age since I went for a meal, friends down from Dublin, off we went, the duck was pull apart good, my missus ordered the pork belly, better again, on her dish was a toasted cheese potato gratin, it was savage, decided to go for a few desert's between the six of us and a few cocktails, tiramisu was lovely as was the coffee, now the mad stuff, tried a basil infusion martini, mental, but I'm glad I tried it! For what we got, very reasonable, nice floor staff, very relaxed vibe, defo go again over the Christmas. "To the manager, the floor and bar staff are a credit to ye".

K. M.Came in on a Friday evening without a booking. They gave us a table on the terrace, which is outdoors but well heated. The food and the service were exceptional and when the restaurant emptied out they invited us inside to finish our wine. Excellent evening all together
D.Top food and service. Had chicken wings and fillet steak. Chicken wing sauce was nice, there not my favourite preference of wings but still good quality. Steak was reasonable and cooked they way I liked. Waiting times between courses was quick and efficient.
k. r.My food was fab (wings for starters and the burger for mains), my husbands steak had to be sent back as it was served rare (he asked for medium to well done). The waiting time was extremely long. We were there 1 hour and 15 mins before we got our starters. We were there 3 and a half hours in total. The staff however are really nice. I'd like to go back in the hope the waiting time was a one off.

R. V.Lovely staff, atmosphere and good food. The burger was a huge hit for the kids. Chicken wings might be a bit hot for younger generations but definitely good if you like them spicy. The price range is average, expect to pay around 150€ for 4 persons. Service fees not included.

A. E.2nd time eating there ! Was hoping they still had crab brulee, but everything was still top notch! Was very busy so you need to book, especially weekend. We waited about 5mins over our actual booking time, but that's nothing really. Staff was great also!

Me and my girlfriend arrived for lunch with no reservation and we were seated straight away and the staff were very nice and helpful.
The fact we were sitting outside under umbrellas was a down side as the rain was very heavy.
But the food was fantastic, probably the best fish and chips I ever had and presentation was very creative.
I only give it 4 stars because of the sitting outside....even though umbrella were there....lots of leaks hahaha

L. C.First time out since lockdown and it was a bit mixed. The calamari was horrible, probably the worst I've ever had. My friend had the lobster mac and cheese and that was gorgeous to be fair. They told my other friend they couldnt cook her filet steak to her liking as they were all cooked the same?! Very odd. Our bill came to over 200 euros and we were told when we were leaving we couldnt split it so it caused abit of awkwardness and confusion and we had to walk down to the boi to take out money even though our lift had arrived,it would be nice to know at the start that parties of 4 cannot split the bill.
I will say the wait staff are nice and friendly though but I probably wont be going back anytime soon as it's fair to expensive for the quality of food you get

Most impressively, the food is reasonably priced and despite the upmarket ambience the staff are incredibly welcoming to families with young children. Couldn’t be more impressed. We eat here every time we drive through Limerick.

Went for a Christmas lunch with a group to find that, apart from dessert, there was not a single christmassy dish on the menu whatsoever. I had at least expected to find some ham and turkey.
Also, brace yourself: never before have I been to a restaurant that noisy. Despite best efforts, one can only have a conversation with people sitting right next to you.
b. o.Good and attentive service, excellent atmosphere, great value for a high-quality 3 course meal. Burger was delicious and the beef was perfectly cooked. However, there was a lot of sauce on it, which makes for a messy, though very tasty experience. Wings were spicy and fell off the bone with crisp skin. Combine with Treaty City Red Ale. Looking forward to returning on my next visit to Limerick.

J. C.19:00-21:30 weekday, out with a crowd from work - USA, Germany and Italy mainly. The food was really good. I ordered the Thai Green Curry and it was fabulous. The others ordered the traditional fare - steaks, and we're very happy with the quality. Deserts are excellent. Only downside: a little noisy as the table opposite were celebrating a birthday. Happy Birthday to whoever you are. This is now a regular on my infrequent nights out.

Told staff and we got steaks instead which were not great either. Mostly ended up eating the veg.. might have been an off night but was very disappointed.

A. M.We had a family dinner celebrating my mother in law’s birthday at Cornstore Restaurant last weekend. I had the BEST sweet potato fries ever! It was the perfect amount of crispiness on the outside and soft on the inside!!! I want some again! To summarize, everybody’s order from starters to dessert was delicious! Their staff also came out signing happy birthday with my mother in law’s dessert 🤗 Two thumbs to to the food and service here!

A. C.What an incredible experience! I have celiac and was struggling to find a place to eat dinner while in Limerick before catching the bus to Shannon airport and my husband and I found Cornstore!
The service was great, we had luggage with us that they kindly allowed us to store up front with the coats to make are dinner relaxing and enjoyable.
Our waitress Helen was kind and knowledgeable about the menu and provided great suggestions for what I could safely order and even chatted with the chef to make sure I felt comfortable.
Such great food and lovely atmosphere we will absolutely be returning when in Ireland again. This is a definite visit if you find yourself in Limerick, Ireland!

p. s.Just had dinner this evening at Cornstore. This is my third trip to Limerick, and this was by far the best meal I have experienced during my visits here. I had the oven roast salmon and it was cooked to perfection, the quinoa side with the pineapple mango salsa was a perfect complement. I had two sides: the grilled asparagus (which was outstanding) and the market greens, which was broccoli, snap peas, and green beans - incredibly fresh and favorable. I would recommend this restaurant in a second. Too bad I could only rate as high as five stars, because I would have given it the galaxy if I could.

The dessert menu is regularly changed and you are always surpised and never disapointed. If you want to treat yourself go there for diner or lunch.
