I. b.I usually avoid rating fast food places. While this one was busy, it was incredibly clean with good bathrooms and great service. They even bring the food to your table. It is a mcdonald’s, but a very good one.it was clean, there were characters to play with the kids and it was nice! there was a bit of a problem with the order but they fixed it fast!🙂
J. H.Food was good the service was not we waited for a big mac with no cheese for at least 30 mins the rest of our party were finished before we got it and then we had to go back to the counter for it were the server said they thought they gave it to us we were forgotten
F. C.Just like most people are doing at the moment we used thecdrive through. The food was beautiful and we had one meal with a burger 🍔to be dressed in a special way. This was done to a T. I recommend this Mc D's. 👌
M. L.I must say I came through the drive thru on Wednesday morning and I was met with both a friendly attitude and professional manner. Not only was I asked did I need milk and sugar for my coffee but didn't need to ask for napkins and ketchup really friendly and professional staff member. I felt valued as a customer I love this store and now even more have this guy serve food more often he's great.

M. O. C.I was bringing my grand children for a take away. I could not go through the drive through as a lorry was about to clear the drain. I double parked and was served by a very welcoming happy assistant. However on my return to my car I was sickened The men at lorry were trying to power hose and break up food which they must have taken from drain. It was a shocking sight outside a restaurant 😰. Also the bottles of milk purchased were low fat for a 5 and 7 year old. It was a kids take away.?
V. V.Our favourite place, we are always buying mc donald wrap. Drive through is easy and convenient. Very quick.

k. u.Right now it's only drive through. Expect around 15-20 mins line. I don't know the exact reason why the wait is long but Supermacs Ballysimon Drive Through has quicker service.

J.The most messy McD I've ever been in.. sticky tables and chairs. No toilet tissue in disabled toilet... that was Friday around 11-12, so don't wanna know what's happening around lunch time. Place wasn't that busy, maybe 40% of seats were taken.
Food still nice, that's why I'm giving 3 stars.
R. N. L. '. C.Always wait ages here even if I am at the top of the queue. Most young workers here seem to chat a lot to each other and take their eye off who is at the checkout for longer than they should.
You can pay for meals, order them inside using a credit or debit card.
The premises itself is lovely, spacious with great amount of parking and a drive through. I would recommend if not eating in do go to the drive through if you can, the wait a lot shorter.
C. M.Food was of hot service was quick. But I was frustrated às they do not leave out extra items for self service like ketchup sugar and milk for tea. On three occasions I had to go up to the counter to request these items. When they actually should have been served with the food on the tray.

C.This place was nice, fast as it is supposed to be but I just felt that the cleanliness of the place wasn't very high! The bathrooms smelt so bad and you could smell them a metre or two before you even opened the door. Other than this, it was nice.

M. M.Mc Donald's is consistent. We just had drinks. The coffee is very good. The milkshakes too. We'd wanted McFlurrys but their machine was broken.
A. F.If you are in Limerick and you fancy McDonald's you have three options. This(Raheen) is the one you should choose.
The one in town is shocking bad, Castletroy is hit and miss but Raheen is the most consistently good of the three.
The biggest difference is the chips. Town are almost always just goop, Castletroy has good days and bad days but Raheen is almost always the firm crispy ones(fresh basically) and is the only one of the three with enough staff to keep things moving when it is busy.
The biggest downside is that if you go in around 1pm there will be 400 children standing in the queue but not queueing while one of them orders one burger or milkshake. Make sure to have the head out of the phone and watch the counter as the staff are used to the problem but if you are witnessing it for the first time you would swear the place is swamped.
Also of note is that the ice cream machine is sometimes out of order, maybe 30% of the time while Castletroy almost always has ice cream. If you want the best food go to Raheen but if you need that mcflurry fix try Castletroy.

A group of three guys in their early 20's walked in a lady came over ignored me served them. After serving them she did not serve me and went back chatting to a Co worker. Another staff member came to serve me.
